stayed there one night while walking the Moselsteig (long distance trail). The owner, Frau Feiden, was super kind, offered to give us breakfast an hour earlier than standard (7.15 instead of 8.15). The room was impeccable, with that feeling of cozy pine wood furniture. Chocolate on the pillow, complimentary mineral water, view over the roofs of the charming Ediger village.... More

We were booked in here by our cycle tour company and were a bit disappointed. Very very dated, but clean so can't complain too much. Other guests in the hotel/guesthouse had a dog staying which continued to bark from about 10:30pm to 12am. Ridiculous. Not the hotel owner or staff's fault but there should have been strict rules applying to... More

If you are looking for a modern, glass building kinda stay... stay away!! But if you want to stay in a nice comfy neat and clean and rustic place overlooking a river, this is the place. It provides bfast @ 9 Euro.. And 75 Euro per nite stay.. pretty decent and satisfying! Of course we went for Easter Holidays!

Stayed here for 2 nights in a double room in September 2012 in The Annexe. €96 per night with breakfast!! It had no passenger lift, granite steps and had 3 levels. We were on the second level and it was enough. On arrival, we had no proper welcome - just given the key & shown to the room by a... More

we had two large rooms for 6 people, and had a great time. Staff were really friendly and helpful, beds were really comfortable. Our shower was good, the other room didn't have a fixed shower head. A great village to relax in, walk around the vineyards and soak up the beautiful German countryside. I definitely didn't want to leave.

Arrived at hotel at 3 in the afternoon to find it locked, with a sign to say it would be open at 5 p.m. Knocked on the door and the owner eventually appeared to let us check in - was certainly not very welcoming. Room at front of hotel was small and a bit shabby with a really tiny very... More
