Our room we got was down the basement and without a window. The room was smelly and dirty. We didn't get our room cleaned for 2 days even if we asked for it. Very dissapointed. There is also a building site next door. So they start to build and are really noisy early in the morning so you can't sleep... More

Our room was really good and was the only one that had a balcony. The tours we got via our Vietnamese relative were lousy though...Amazing that even a vietnamese can`t get it right from the info they deliver in the hotel... A lo of the other rooms were really on the smallish side with a "mustier" look and a view... More

Our room was down in the basement and so therefore without a window, or actually a window that looked out to a brick wall! We asked to change rooms but conveniently there were no more available. The lighting is also pretty depressing as it is a large neon tube light which has to be on at all times to see... More

The staff are very friendly and will negotiate a very fair price. They are very accommodating. Rooms are nice with modern bathrooms. Fans actually do their job. Only downside is the constant construction, and no view or Windows (in our room).

Good location. Very comfortable room. 5 minute walk to beach. Shower had a glass screen which was a bonus! Great value for money! Owners are very friendly and helpful, both speak English. Meals here were best price around and very good. I would definitely stay here again!

We just stayed in a family room at this hotel. I chose this place because the 2012 Lonely Planet described it as fresh and tropical. Personally, we felt that the rooms were dated for a 4 year old hotel. The TV reception was poor and there were no tea/coffee facilites usually included in family rooms. On a good note we... More

We stayed in Phu Quok for 2 nights and even though the island was lovely the hotel was a little to be desired... We had stayed in several places over the previous two weeks and paid less for what we did here and experienced better accommodation, it wasn't really bad it just could have been better. The roof top terrace... More

I stayed for 5 nights in the Sea Breeze Hotel and enjoyed them. It's a nice, clean and friendly hotel located closely to the city center and night market of Duong Dong. Sometimes it get's a little bit noisy due to the street and city center, but I guess that's a problem you habe with most of the hotels in... More

We thought the Hotel was right at the beach but it was not, so that was a little disappointing. Still there was only a short walk to get there. Hotel was very nice. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean everywhere but under the bed. It seemed like they haven't vacuumed under there for quite some while. But all over... More

Modern, bright hotel with lovely staff. The owner was very helpful and spoke excellent English. Her Dutch husband was also helpful on which beaches to visit, and accessibility (or otherwise) of roads. Reception staff arranged taxis reliably. Beautiful sunsets visible from the roof terrace, though the roof terrace is not really furnished for guests, and is where the washing is... More
