Anyone considering getting the early ferry to Wales should consider staying here. 10 minutes to the wharf - easy. But Churchtown House also offers friendly service from the proprietor very tidy and comfortable rooms and expansive grounds. While it does not provide dinner service nearby eateries serve well. And the breakfast that is provided is made to order so MP...

We arrived from Dublin after 3pm and were delighted to turn into the grounds of this beautiful house. We booked a suite which overlooked the courtyard - very tranquil. Our room had a sitting area (with armchairs we'd have liked to bring home) very large bed and 2 bathrooms. We were recommended to eat our meal at the Kilrane Inn...

We stayed here as it is only 5 minutes from Rosslare Harbour, and it really was a surprise. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome and could not fault our room. Beautiful gardens and grounds to explore. Spotlessly clean with good linens and towels and a very comfortable bed. They do not offer an evening meal...

We are not ones who usually stay in B &Bs but this one was recommended by Kelly's in Rosslare and what a gem. The house is old world charm and character, the proprietors were most engaging and helpful, acres of lawns to ramble about with the family pet, the most comfortable bed and peaceful location will ensure of our return...

We stayed here overnight to catch the ferry the next morning. We were very impressed when we turned into the drive and saw what a lovely house we were staying in and what beautiful gardens. Our room was spacious and quite luxurious. After staying in several other B&B's on our road trip, I was so happy to get a decent,...

Lovely place and highly recommended. Very peaceful and I slept like a log. Pauline served breakfast with a smile that set the day off to a Grand start. Very convenient for the ferry. I would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you for the hospitality.

Churchtown house is a rare gem in the B&B world. The building, mostly Georgian, is handsome and quietly sits in its own extensive grounds just 10 min from Rosslare ferry terminal. The rooms are spacious and well furnished, complete with tea and coffee making equipment and a TV that has BBC as well as Irish channels. There is reasonable WiFi...

A very pleasant hotel with welcoming owners, spotlessly clean rooms and a comfortable bed. The shower was really good too. The hotel is set in well maintained spacious gardens. There were no bar facilities and It would have been nice to have been able to order a drink and sit in the garden if the weather had been better. So...

We stayed here to break up the journey home to London from West Cork. I wish we'd arrived earlier and planned to stay a little longer in this spot. When we arrived we were greeted by the owner who also recommended a local pub for dinner and offered to help us bring up any luggage. The room was huge and...

Very convenient for the Rosslare ferry port. Friendly proprietors and a lovely property with extensive grounds. Our suite was comfortable and of good size. The most comfortable bed I had whilst in Ireland.
