Beautiful B&B with excellent breakfast: homemade bread and yoghurt, delicious cheese and jam as well as ham etc. Not to forget the tasty coffee from Fogo, which we also took home. They have a nice small souvenir shop across the street. The rooms are well equiped and nicely decorated. It is silent, though you here the dogs bark in the...

We stayed at Migrante Guesthouse for one week during a Kitesurf Holiday on Boa Vista. It is located in the only bigger town of Sal Rei in the north west of BoaVista. The house is a beautiful gem renovated by Christiano and his father Toni. The were always there for advice and help. The rooms are decorated with an african...

When most people go to Boa Vista it is for a package deal... For an authentic, quality experience then this is the place. A real trip back in time with beautifully decorated rooms, beautiful courtyard for breakfast and such a great host in Antonio. Peaceful, an amazing restoration of the building with environmental ethics and local staff. An exquisite combination....

A gem of a place. The rooms are beautifully furnished and designed, there's a lovely courtyard to have your breakfast or drinks in, and the bar is tastefully designed and atmospheric. The host is very knowledgable about the island, and incredibly helpful in advising and helping and organise things for you. He even arranged a special concert from a good...

The hotel is very well situated in Sal Rei, in a quiet street. The bar, courtyard and rooms are charming, and decorated with a lot of taste. We loved it! Our stay was a real break from the rest of the world and very peaceful. Breakfast is really good and you can also have drinks in the bar during the...

If you prefer to spend your vacation in a huge hotel with an easy access to the beach, overcrowded pools, outdoor activities and loud music, this is not an option for you. Migrante is quite the opposite: a quiet, peaceful, little guesthouse with tasteful decoration, great food and an easy-going ambiance. The beach is a bit far, like a 20...

Sal Rey is not the prettiest towns I have visited but this hotel defenitely is! It has been renovated in such a way that it feels like it has been preserved very well and never changed in a 100 years. Run by a lovely couple that make you feel at home straight away. We'd come back any time!

We could not have picked a better place to stay on Boavista. The beautiful colonial house with it's little relaxing spots and corners felt like a home away from home from the moment we stepped in. Clean room and public spaces, comfy beds, good water pressure, cold beer - what more do you need? The owner Toni is a great...

Walking into the Migrante is like teleporting to another dimension from the hustle and bustle of the Cape Verde streets. This colonial style building with it's peaceful central courtyard has been loving restored from it's former ruins. Toni, the host, is as charming as the building and a wealth of knowledge about what to do and see on the island,...

We didn't stay here although the accommodation looks lovely, we came to this Guest House just for drinks on both our visits to Boa Vista, lovely to sit in the courtyard and have a nice cool bottle of Coke. Not a lot to do in Sal Rei so it would be a shame for anyone to miss this little gem
