We arrived at check-in around 2 RMb the room was not checked, we left our stuff and went to the beach. After coming back we realized that the room smells like mold, shower is broken, hairdryer does not work, we informed the hotel manager about it, asked to change the room or fix at least what can be fixed, to what we received a refusal to move and information that we will fix, but then someday. As the plan was to stay in the hotel for 4 nights, we realized that we need to look for something else and reported about the intention to cancel the reservation. The manager made no attempt to smooth things over. After that we found a lovely room in a wonderful hotel 40 km away from the same place for the same price. The money paid for the room was never returned to us. I do not recommend this hotel. …

Billy and his team made our stay blissful from start to finish , nothing was too much trouble. Amazing location, comfortable clean rooms and a lovely bar/restaurant area. If you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful hotel then look no further , the Andromeda is heavenly. We arrived as strangers and left as friends 😍

If you're wanting a quiet, tranquil and relaxing little piece of paradise then this is the place for you. Billy, the owner, and all the staff were welcoming, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. All spoke excellent English. On arrival we were given a welcome drink and bottle of water, upgraded to a spacious maisonette which was spotless - cleaned on a daily basis. Had all the facilities that we needed plus air con, wifi and safe provided free of charge. Balcony overlooked the fabulous pool area which was surrounded by lush gardens. Plenty of sun beds and umbrellas, no getting up at silly o'clock to reserve your bed! There was also plenty of hot water, no cold showers for us! Breakfast was amazing both the Greek continental and cooked English, best coffee I've had abroad. We were the only people on half board so we were treated like royalty, totally spoilt with a delicious three course home cooked meal. Billy asked everyday what we'd like, we could never decide so left it as a surprise - outstanding and never disappointed. The location is good, it took us 20 minutes to walk to the nearest beaches, bars and restaurants. We had the best of both worlds, Andromeda is set in a quite area but the action isn't too far away. Billy went out of his way to ensure we had an enjoyable stay, we felt like part of the family. We didn't want to leave and will definitely go back. I can't recommend this place enough, so relaxing and peaceful. We felt really safe and well looked after.…

Greeted by the owner on arrival and taken to our room. Very spacious and very clean. Amenities are basic but ask for anything and Billy (owner) will arrange it for you. But do ask, nothing is a problem for any of the staff they want to ensure you have the perfect stay. Very welcoming and safe environment. Plenty of sunbeds. We love to walk so the walk to sidari beach was not a problem for us but it is a little trek but taxi cheap and readily available. All procedures are in place for covid-19 and we felt very safe here. Food was lovely and full English breakfast is delish. Huge thank you to Billy and the team.

What a wonderful hotel. Pleasure to stay in the andromeda for a week with billy and his team. The hotel is close enough to everything but far enough away to feel away from it all. The rooms are spotless and have everything you need. The food is delicious, pool and surrounding area are beautiful. It really is a little piece of paradise. Billy treats you like a friend and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend a stay here.

We have just returned from a 4 night stay here and would definitely return! We received a very warm welcome from the owner, Billy, who provided us with a ice cold large bottle of water which was gratefully accepted after a full days travelling! He carried my case to our room, provided us with some local info and left us to it. The rooms are basic but have all the essentials. The entire hotel is spotlessly clean, even the exterior paint is flawless. The hotel has a lovely large pool with views of olive groves, trees and mountains. It is about a 30 minute walk to Canal D’Amour beach and around a 25 minute walk into the centre of Sidari, both along an unlit road with no pavement however a taxi is only €6. Billy actually gave us a lift into the centre twice as there were no taxis! The food and drink service is excellent with a reduced menu due to the COVID-19 situation however still a large range of variety! Could not recommend this place enough! The Adromeda is an amazing place to stay. Upon arrival at the clearly well kept hotel, we were warmly welcomed with a cool refreshing drink, by the attentive owner 'Billy' and his friendly welcoming staff. Billy and his staff made our trip more interesting with there advice & tips about the area, wildlife and vehicle hire etc. You could stay within the complex as food and drinks are available, or the town of Sidari is within walking distance. I Would certainly recommend the Adromeda to families and couples alike! I am a seasoned traveller, having stayed far and wide, but the Adromeda ranks high on my lists of top places, it's certainly more of of a higher rating, than it's posted 2*. The Adromeda is a very clean, beautiful, relaxing place, with such a breath taking backdrop of the hills, forests and Olive Groves. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Billy and his staff make the Adromeda a true example of excellence with outstanding hospitality. We wanted somewhere warm, sunny, and peaceful for two weeks in September. Andromeda met our expectations really well. The complex is in a beautiful country setting, although a good half-hour walk from the beaches and Sidari, which suited us fine. Our apartment was clean, well-serviced, and had all we needed for self-catering breakfast and lunch, and in the evenings we always ate out to try the Andromeda Taverna and other local tavernas. The poolside was always quiet, with never a problem getting sunbeds even after lunch. Our host, Billy, and his staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the on-site taverna served good Greek food at good prices. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely go back.

What a fantastic slice of heaven this place is,very safe area for the solo traveller,plenty of places to explore or just chillax on one of the many sunbeds,deffo no need to reserve one here,two pools are always clean,appts very clean and tidy,food amazing and so tasty,bar open till 2 but isnt noisy and i couldnt hear it in appt,a very welcoming beautiful place of which i hope to return and pinch the resident darling pooch Dibi i miss,cant explain how welcoming this Hotel is and how safe i was made to feel as a female lone traveller and they dont put extra charges on for solo travellers,meals and beers roughly same price as town but cooked fresh and served with a smile,they speak excellent english,wifi my phone picked it up no probs,there is a book library for readers,pool table,appt had a microwave,2 ring cooker,fridge with mini freezer,sandwich maker toasty,kettle,first time iv actually enjoyed self catering,will deffo revisit…
