Detailed Reviews
Clean, bright and well maintained hotel, with nice, helpful and knowledgeable staff.
About 3 minutes from the beach, also close to number of amenities.
Overall, a very good experience. I can warmly recommend the hotel and would happily stay there again.

If I have to rate the hotel as a facility, it is ok for 3 stars - very clean and either recently built or recently renovated. Wi-Fi quality is good and they have several rooters to cover the facility with equal quality. The ground floor is open with tables and chairs where you can eat if you buy from the close supermarket or to go from a one of the two restaurants in the village. That's all for the facility itself- nothing special.
However the experience was not so ok. Starting from the arrival. The room was supposed to be ready by 14 h for check in but it was not until almost 15 h. This one hour is quite a significant delay after driving for almost 5 hours. When giving us the keys we were informed that the last of our 5nights stay we have to be moved due to another booking for a longer period!?!
The reservation was for a triple room but it turned out later that it is double with additional bed. We learned this the last night. Only after asking for price correction they said that they will charge less. So make sure you specifically ask for the room size after they check you in. On checking out and trying to pay it turned they don't have POS payment terminal and something was wrong with their credit card payment system so I had to drive 5km to the nearest city to find an ATM in order to withdraw cash. On trying to explain that my card is not accepted the receptionist showed me a webpage with something written in Greek!?! Interestingly the ATM didn't have problems with my card.
For the village - this is the dirtiest place I have ever been. If this is your first visit to the Greek seaside you may wrongly be left with impression that it is everywhere like this. The beach is full of cigarettes ends, plastic cups, paper trash and what not....And they don't clean it. If you are conscious about your health do not go the beach of the Village. In the vicinity of 10km there are beautiful clean Beaches typical for Greece - Nea Potidea, Ouzouni beach etc.
In the whole village there is no a single ATM as already noted and the places where you can eat out are limited to one tavern, two gyros spots and two pizza restaurant.
Not good experience at all.

Dear Mr. Andrey, We would like to thank you for your time to write a review about your experience in our Hotel. First of all, we would like to mention, that our Hotel is a 1* star Hotel but we try to offer our customers the best quality of services. Yes, we renovated our Hotel in 2013 & 2014. Our Garden- Ground floor is a Lounge Place, Breakfast – dining area where our Guests enjoy sitting there. As many hotels the check in time is at 14 o clock and check out is at 12 o clock. We have responsibility for the new coming Guests to deliver fresh & clean all the rooms. We are really sorry that you booked a triple Studio and we reserved a double with extra bed. The charge was from the first day less than your booking. And we also didn’t charge the extra bed. The “price correction” that you mentioned that we did on last day, is not true, because in our reservation system this is automatically corrected because of the type of room. Our hotel accepts credit cards, only sometimes problem may occur with our telephone line, in any case we had no intention to make you drive 5km in order to pay us that’s why we tried to explain why the delay. Also, the nearest Banks are in Nea Moudania 3 klm away from Paralia Dionysiou. The central location of the hotel at the beginning of Halkidiki's three 'legs', (peninsulas) Paralia Dionysiou, makes it the ideal base for trips around whole Chalkidiki. We are really sorry that we couldn't reach your expectations, and that you didn't enjoy your Holiday with us.

This little boutique of a hotel is a clean cut diamond of peace, serenity and aesthetics hidden amongst the pile of low quality rooms that are so common in Halkidiki. Every little detail is well thought of, and shows that the owner loves what he's doing!
To the more practical stuff, now: the building is very recently rennovated, with new bathroom, furniture, and great matresses ("Cocomat" ones). What impressed me the most, is that our room had a tent for the sun, which was automatically lowered in the morning! They also give you a remote to regulate the shade to your liking. All the other basics are there as well: A/C, TV, mini fridge, good wi-fi...In our room there was also a little kitchenette to make meals and enjoy on the balcony.
The breakfast was simple, yet tasty, with everything you need to get you started for the day ahead. Most of the things were handmade as well (no store-bought jams and cakes there;that was really something). The staff is very polite and discreet and can give you advice for the beaches and how to get around. All in all, a great experience (and excellent value for money!); we'll come back soon!
