Just two nights here thankfully. Was shown to wrong room initially so had to pack again to go to correct room. Rooms were very shabby, bed was very hard, breakfast was unappetizing and staff generally seemed uninterested in providing customer service. I could very clearly hear occupants neighboring my room speaking, coughing etc Cheap yes, cheerful... no On the up...

We had a very simple bungalow, quite small. Unfortunately, you cannot flush toilet paper in the toilet and have to throw it in the garbage. I find this gross and unhygienic - the hotel really should invest into new toilets with better water pressure. Also, shower was very basic. Mosquitos present as well. Only Thai channels on TV, no international...

Thank you very much for staying with us and your fair comments. The room type you stayed must have been a Standard room which is our smallest room with the best rate that value for money. We look forward to seeing you come back and try our other room types with better facilities for more comfort and better experience.

We booked online and I made the mistake of booking the cheapest room, booked in late in evening the staff were friendly and welcoming but the room was tiny, which wasn't obvious by the photos. The bathroom was so small that the shower is literally next to the toilet with an old shower curtain that didn't go all the way...

This is a very rustic quaint spot. The pool is tired but they are replacing it next month so that'll be a huge plus. The staff are friendly and easy going. The rooms could use some modernization but they are quite charming non the less. The beach seemed to be quite nice but it was poor weather while we were...

Stayed for 5 nights. Aircon did not work, and overall the place is quite trashy. When we had to go to the airport the hotel staff wanted to arrange a taxi for us and told us we would even get a special price, only 1000 bat. We declined, and the very first taxi we encountered on the street did it...

Thank you for your comments. We'll improve overall services to meet our guests satisfaction as much as we can. However, regarding the airport transfer, our rate is a standard rate for all standard hotels to offer a private transfer service for a group of guests.

I spent 7 nights here, Spacious bungalow, good shower, hot water, staff very plesant, food good. Nice and close to walking street and fresh food markets. Beach nice, although was rough when i stayed so didnt swim too much in the ocean. The pool is nice and very cold and clean. Beware the mosquitos they are fierce biters, but probably...

Staff we're very nice. Right on beach, although you can't walk further over towards Lamai beach. Our cottage was very damp and musty smelling, the beds were also damp and smelly. The mesh on the bathroom window broken so mosquitoes could get in. Door would not shut unless locked from inside. After complaining the staff offered us another cottage but...

Thank you very much for your comments. We're sorry for your bad impression as you were staying with us during the heavy storm period with severe flooding situation all over the South of Thailand. Since our rooms were mainly made of woods, and it is so high humidity during the rainy period, things could get damp easily. Regarding the beach,...

I have a very soft spot for this resort! They saw me through two moped falls and a mugging - looking after me over and above what you would expect. The lovely, lovely cleaning lady who kept bringing me fresh aloe vera to help the wounds heal, set up special cushions so I could rest my injured leg. The wonderful...

Thank you very much for your nice comments about us, Ms. Sonia. We're still thinking about you as we don't know how you are doing with renewing the passport and having to travel around without it. Enjoyed our 7 nights stay at standard bunglow. Staff was friendly and helpful. Upgraded us to a bigger bunglow for free upon arrival. Good spot right (on the quiet end) on the beach. Only concern was that there was an empty field where garbage was burnt during the day. May get pretty Smokey sometime. Overall, for the price I felt...
