A curtesy car picked us up from the airport, which took about 30 mins. The friendly & efficient staff on reception, greeted us with a much appreciated drink & coconut ice cream. We had booked the Empire Suite, which was absolutely fabulous , overlooking the beach with its own pool ( A tick off the bucket list ) . We were surprised & delighted to find a bucket of ice, with a bottle of Procesco sitting in it, a nice touch, 😊 thank you Jane & Tut.
We loved our breakfasts, with a choice of dishes. We also had dinner there on most evenings, we found the food amazing & tasty, yes it was more expensive than in town, but in comparison to UK prices, we thought it was inexpensive .
The hotel is very close to the ‘ Grandfather & Grandmother rocks ‘, and the Red Temple, both are about a 5-10 minute walk away. Worth a visit.
The gardens & beach are kept immaculately tidy. ** please wear jelly shoes or the likes if going into the sea, as the sea urchins can be extremely painful if you stand on one .
There was live music on the beach one night & open air cinema another night. Brilliant.

We spent 10 days here in July during CoVid. We would have loved to stay 10 more. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this small boutique resort for many reasons, location, staff, food and the wonderful owners Yute and Jane.
All staff from the front of house, housekeeping, food & beverage, and Gardeners meet you every day with big smiles and ‘how can we help you attitude’. Jane and Yute (the owners) are also around each day to help our staff and make your staff as comfortable as possible. They will do anything and everything to help make your stay at their resort and on the island the best.
We have 2 children 9 & 7 and were concerned about being noisy in this tranquil oasis but We were quickly reassured that children are appreciated and there are so many places to spend time here! They have a kayak available for use and it’s easy to get around the small bay with the kids or on your own!
The food is delicious! We found ourselves ordering small dishes throughout the day just so we could eat more from their menu! We stayed in the family pool villa overlooking the gorgeous ocean and it was perfect for our family, allowing the kids to sleep in in the morning as their bedroom is in the back of the villa and is quiet and dark, while my husband and I could enjoy coffee on the balcony♥️
On our last night they ordered in special dishes of our choice to make a gorgeous last dinner 🍴 on our balcony. We had tuna steaks, salmon, crab fried rice, banana blossom salad, and papaya salad. DELICIOUS!!
The rain came in and they reset us up in our villa, all with a smile!
Special shout out to Khun Som who works the front desk and ‘wears many hats’ and of course all with a smile!
We highly recommend this beautiful resort. We have lived in Thailand for 8 years and have travelled extensively, this was a favorite for sure! We can’t wait to be beach here for Xmas holidays!

After having spent the previous week in Bangkok and Chiang Mai, we were after a relaxing second week and this hotel met my expectations. The gym and spa were closed but this was due to the pandemic and outside the hotel's control. The pandemic also meant the hotel wasn't as busy as usual, which meant plenty of room around the pool with a pool bar meant all our needs were met.

We had a two bedroom suite which was well proportioned with a decent shower and quietish air conditioning.

Food was above average for a hotel. Having a menu for ordering freshly cooked breakfast was exceptional and rarely seen in hotels nowadays.

Hotel is clean and staff are very helpful.

We had a romantic dinner on the very private beach front at Royal Beach and I must say that it was a fabulous experience. We were spoiled by the attentive restaurant staff who were very discreet while making sure we don't miss anything. We took mixed tapas and Rose bubbles and found the food quality very good and well priced.
Just perfect and will be back soon.

We stayed here for 3 weeks during quarantine. And It was our best three weeks of quarantine. All stuff was so nice and friendly, especially owners June and Juta. They always ready to help or answer your questions about anything or just have honest conversation with you.Hotel has huge mango trees which we were able to taste, even open durian for us :D During our stay we lived in family apartments with kitchen(there was everything you need and more, nice and clean) and honey moon apartments with sea view which was something Wow! Hotel has his own pretty much private beach, big area to walk or just chill, two jacuzzi and best part huge clean pool. Been to many hotels but only here we felt more like family members than guest!
Šiame viešbutyje buvome apsistoję 3sav karantino metu. Ir tai buvo geriausias laikas. Personalas labai draugiškas, rūpestingas, visad pakalbindavo ir padėdavo. Vaišino mangais iš sodo, padėjo atidaryti Durianą 😁🙈 Esame daug viešbučių aplankę (nuo standartinių iki labai prabangių) tačiau niekur nebuvo tokio malonaus ryšio su personalu/viešbučio valdytojais (Jane and Juta). Išvykti buvo gaila... Per tą laiką buvome apsistoję dviejų tipų apartamentuose - šeimyniniame priešais baseiną ir "Honey moon" apartamentuose. Abu buvo tvarkingi, patogūs ir erdvūs. Aplinka sutvarkyta, daug vietų prisėsti ir pasigrožėti vaizdais. Baseinas didelis ir švarus (kasdien valomas).Viešbutis ant jūros kranto, papludimys labai privatus.

Great rooms, enough space for the entire family. Air condition also ok.
Facilitirs are fine also.
Nice pool and an open bar to have cocktsild near it.
We had inclusive breakfast but the resturant also serves at night and it is very tasty and cheap.

Staff very friendly and helpful we were slightly disappointed we did not get room requested and we thought from pictures it was new, but fittings need attention. The floor in our fridge cupboard had collapsed and bottles kept falling out and smashing, not great. Overall our stay was good especially the staff having to deal with covid restrictions and breakfast is set times for each room booked the night before, which we all need to live with. Beach small and at present with bad weather needs cleaned up but the staff more than make up for little niggles. Massage shop over road to right very good and Thai restaurant down the road to left 10 minutes walk very pleasant.

We stayed here for 4 nights on arrival in Samui. I really enjoyed it here, it was peaceful! The pool is lovely (especially for those with little kids as half the pool is shallow, with a wall to stop them going further!) the pool bar was really nice (thanks Yut for those cocktails and pleasant chats! You were great!)
Rooms were really nice with everything you need.
Breakfast was good, eggs cooked to order any style, pastries, pancakes on some days, fruit, cereals etc.
we ate at the restaurant and all the food was really yummy from the pizzas to the pad kee mao I requested from the chef!
We didn’t get to swim at the beach as the ocean was being fierce and the tide was right in.
Hotel has a gym overlooking the ocean.
Thanks to all friendly staff for a nice stay.
The hotel is a bit far away from Lamai beach and the road is really busy to walk down (we did though, we walked up to grandfather rock which was cool).
Little family run restaurant called Pink Orchid is worth a try too, great food!

Absolutely loved staying here as a family of five and our friends (family of four - children all between 9 and 14).
Such a cosy place and very peaceful and quiet, but not far away from shops and bars if you take a 20 minute walk or a short ride with a taxi.
Breakfast is very nice and other meals delicious as well. Loved their pad thai!
Very nice rooms and close to the beach. We spent many fun and relaxing hours in the pool as well!
The 7/11 800 meters away offers many cheap and delicious drinks and snacks.

The hotel was excellent. It was clean and well kept, maybe the decor in the bathroom was a little dated.
We booked a room with a lounge and cooking facilities, but this was for the space really. We were not disappointed, there was a nice area to relax, rather than feeling you are in a bedroom.
The food in the hotel was nice, a good choice at breakfast, also cooked to order, so no cold or dried up food.
All the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The beach is nice and secluded, you could almost call it a private beach.
The only possible downside is the distance from the main resort, however that was not a problem for us, in fact it was ideal.
We would recommend this hotel.
