Just got back from a 7 night stay in this hotel and I’m afraid we would not return.
The hotel is definitely not a 4 star/platinum, it’s a 3 star at best.
Check in was very slow, despite only 3 couples checking in.
Our room was a decent size, but not a great view and we did get quite a bit of noise from people getting out of the lifts as we were right next to them.
Bet was pretty comfy but only one pillow which was quite low.
One of the rooms we had booked was a adapted room. Storage space in there was very small and the shower area was dangerous as it wet the whole of the bathroom/sink area.
Storage in the regular room was fine as it had normal wardrobes.
The rooms are cleaned regularly but it seems the cleaners are dragging dirt from one room to another as we often had long dark hairs left in our room after it had been cleaned.
We also had some silverfish insects on a few occasions which are pretty grim.
Food in the buffet restaurant was okay. Plenty of choice but often wasn’t very warm.
Restaurant staff were very friendly though.
All inclusive drinks were alright but they really need to clean the glasses better as we had lipstick on at least 5 glasses during our stay.
The Estrella beer seems to go flat very quickly and I think this is due to the glasses not being very clean.
The entertainment was described as low key when we booked. This is definitely the case.
We went to the entertainment room on a couple of occasions and it was very brightly lit which was not inviting at all.
On one occasion, the guitarist just didn’t show up.
The outdoor bar and the snack bar both have music on during the day and as they are side by side, playing different music just sounds like a noise.
Pool area was nice and always had plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas.
We knew the location was going to be pretty quiet but it was quieter than we’d expected so spent a lot of time in the evenings in Santa Eulalia and the Marina which is beautiful.
Overall the hotel could be much better with a few little changes.
The staff are the best thing about it currently.
With how the hotel is at present, we would not return in afraid as we have definitely stayed in better 3 star hotels in the Balearics.

This hotel is small clean and friendly but definatley not a 4* hotel. Most definatley not worthy of Tui putting a platinum badge on it either. Its a good 3 star but their is only 1 buffet with a basic selection that you would expect in a 3 star hotel in Spain. The al a carte which you are allowed 1 visit to is best avoided. Very poor and everyone complained who attended in the week we were here. We didn't eat there. We arrived on Friday night and they had given us as requested a ground floor near the pool. The hotel had a packed lunch for us as the restaurant was closed when we arrived. Very kind couple of sandwiches a bit fruit bottled water and juice. Their is a var across the road where we grabbed a pizza. Location is good about a 5 minute walk to the marina which is nice and plenty restaurants there to get a decent meal on evening, which we welcomed as the food is pretty average. Lunch today was poor. Good salads and some fresh fruit but not much else. Its a shame as the staff really are lovely here. The alcohol is poor too. Your not going to get drunk here the spirits are well watered down and cocktails are very poor too. There are some spirits you can pay for, but if you want a good gin and tonic or vodka I would definatley suggest you buy a bottle. Beer is OK my partner states. Pool is small but seems to be enough beds but lacks umbrellas. Very limited entertainment and nothing here if you've got kids. More for couples or older travellers. This hotel is around 30 minutes in travel time and we jumped in a taxi to avoid the queue at the airport cost us around 35 euro. The rooms are very clean and have just had a luck of paint. The minibar is completely empty so just a fridge. We wanted a quiet cheap break and that's what we got. Basic. Overall Tui need to remove the platinum badge and be honest with customers and give it a 3 star.

I have just returned home after 10days at this hotel with my 2 adult daughters. The reception staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We shared a room with 3 beds, on entering the room we were suprised to find the shower cubicle straight ahead, and toilet cubicle, no bathroom door!!. The room was modern and clean but lacked storage space, apart from the wardrobe, there was one drawer. Nowhere in the bathroom area to hang anything and only small shelf in shower. The shower was rainfall or usual option, lovely. We went all inclusive, the food was quite good, plenty of choice, friendly waiters, especially Alfonso. The pool was lovely with plenty of sun loungers, not enough brollies though and we experienced the usual 'towels on sunbeds' , the staff ignore it which i think is annoying when several beds were 'saved' and the towell owners didn't show up until nearly lunchtime. There was only really one shop opposite the hotel, a small supermarket, others closed down. The walk to the nearest beach is downhill about 10mins, to walk into Santa Eulalia is about 20-25mins or 10mins in a taxi (7-8 euros). The hotel entertainment was pretty poor unfortunately and weirdly inside quite a small room with a stage, most people sat outside, i felt the 'entertainment ' would be much better if it was outside with a few changes to the seating area. It was rather odd to have a band playing inside by the bar with the audience outside! Can't be great experience for the performers to be playing and unable to have any interaction with the audience. Overall this is a lovely hotel but it could be so much better, if you want peace and quiet, perfect. Santa Eulalia is beautiful and we really enjoyed a day on Cala Longa beach returning via the water taxi. We also visited the Hippy market in Es Cana and Ibiza old town/port. The staff at Siesta Club hotel make it, they really are lovely and so keen to help nothing is any trouble.

This hotel is dirty, dated and the most miserable place we’ve ever stayed.

Our room had dust, fluff and hairs on the floor when we checked in. The aircon was woeful and dated. The beds were uncomfortable and creaked like mad whenever you moved.

The pool area is very dirty and dated. The sun loungers were all filthy and in some cases cracked and fixed with gaffer tape. The atmosphere was soulless. Some parasols stayed up and some only went up about 3ft.
The previous nights plastic glasses, discarded food and spillages were cleared up until after 10.30am. It’s just ridiculous.

The all inclusive food was okay on appearance but whether your food was hot or not was a lottery. We were first in for breakfast at 8am. Hot bacon and sausage, stone cold beans and Luke warm tomatoes.

We paid £4200 for a week (family of 4 in 2 rooms). After 5 nights we cut our losses and booked a flight home. Tui’s adverts for this hotel are hugely inaccurate.

For less money we have holidayed in Minorca, Majorca and Turkey - all provided a much much better holiday.

There are lots of positive reviews for this hotel which absolutely baffles me. Maybe some people are easy pleased and have lower expectations.

Good mix of all ages staying here
Rooms had comfy beds, consistent hot water, great showers, good air con
We requested a high floor and got it, there is a ground floor with terraces and a further two floors. 233 and 234 have a small view of sea in the distance and pool
Key cards had to be reset on an almost daily basis, annoying when reception is busy and some guests seem to think letting the room doors bang all hours is OK
Food, plenty of choice, hot and fresh
Meat, fish, seafood, pasta, potatoes, salads, veg and a paella always available
Breakfast either cooked or continental with plenty of choice
Alphonso in restaurant “number one” and smiley guy working bar deserve a mention for their always happiness and desire to help.
Hotel entertainment is never for us but the guy is happy to include you or leave you alone either way, it’s mostly chilled out by the pool in the day apart from when the ever competitive water polo was on, was good to watch!
A few more sunbeds will be needed at busy times, it was perfect when we holidayed at beg July
Bottled water, even just one bottle a day should be available for guests with it being a 4star I feel, the self service tap and cups in the bar were not suffice
Bar great, estrella on tap, cocktails, wine decent and AI ice creams and lolly’s
Can’t comment on the a La carte as the app to book was a pain so we gave it up as a bad job
Snack bar ok
Santa Eulalia and the beach is beautiful
A walk along the promenade at night was lovely, loads of restaurants and bars and a lovely marina to wander round
I’d stay here again

My partner and I visited Sirenis Hotel for 10 nights, it is our first time staying in Ibiza and we were looking forward to staying in Santa Eualia resort due to high volume of recommendations for couples. We chose this hotel due to the reviews being decent and we thought all inclusive would be a nice change for us both.

Pros

The hotel staff are absolutely incredible and the best part about this hotel, they provide an excellent service and go above and beyond. Everyone works extremely hard working long hours and still providing top service to all guests. Special shoutout to Yenis the barman/bar server, without fail he would always remember our regular order of Gin and tonics and despite the heat and long hours, he would always have the biggest smile. Michael the entertainer, the maids, kitchen staff, waiters and receptionists work incredibly hard too, the hotel management are extremely lucky to have the staff working here.

The food at this hotel is okay, not great for vegetarians, however luckily we were not planning on eating here every night anyway, we enjoyed lovely meals down 'Restaurant street' and places to eat along the promanade. Alcoholic drinks are great at this hotel, they are not shy with the alcohol measurements. Ice-creams and decent bar snacks available throughout the day and big variety of soft drinks.

The hotel is in a great location, only a 10 minute walk to the main town of Santa Eualia for the restaurants and the beach. We've come across a few reviews complaining about the 'steep hill', neither of us are the fittest and the hill is absolutely fine, don't let this stop you from visiting the beautiful town or beach. The island of Ibiza is easily accessible to travel around, we travelled via taxis, boat and the bus, we spent a day in Es Canar visiting the Hippy Market and San Antonio Bay (recommend for all ages not just young) one evening for a wonderful dining experience at Kaspar whilst watching the beautiful sunset.

The rooms are very modern, spacious and clean we were extremely happy with our room with a pool view. Around the pool there are enough sun beds per person so there is no need to get up early to reserve a sun-bed.

Cons

In the evening it would be nice to hear some music playing at the outdoor bar, we are aware the hotel is located in a residential area however some music on low volume would be nice.

The gym has no fan or aircon so it was extremely hot and unbearable for the people who enjoyed a gym session now and again.

Evening meals were repetitive and not enough to choose from especially for Vegetarians.

Overall this is a wonderful hotel with wonderful hard working staff and we have both had an amazing holiday experience here!

We stayed for ten nights and found the staff very friendly and had a shower grip mat in the room within an hour of requesting it....shiny slippery tiles in the shower. Taxes are paid on arrival and an iron and board can be hired with a deposit.
Food was plentiful and varied with lots of choices and the ice cream at the snack bar very welcome. The grill night was lovely, do book it on arrivsl. At lunch time you can eat in the dining room for buffet or be served at your table outside by the lovely staff...do ask for a menu as there is no other list on show.

The room was immaculate and the comfiest bed I've ever had in a hotel. We took our own cappuccino sachets, milk sachets and tea bags for the room as we like a morning cuppa on the balcony and they are not supplied but there is a kettle and clean cups every day. The fridge kept cold when we left the card in the electric slot.
We booked the four poster sun beds a couple of times for 20 euros with sangria, but never had a day when we couldn't find normal sun beds which were comfortable.
We didn't do the night entertainment because on description 'show' wasn't explanatory enough for us and it's held in a small bar. We did however find excellent bars in the resort with our own choice of music. There was no pool entertainment until the last couple of days when I joined in the water aerobics, something I'm used to every day in all previous 4 star hotels.
The bus stop into the resort is outside the hotel which goes to Eularia station where you can catch buses to other resorts. To Es canar for the hippy market it's 2.95 euros one way and a walk onto their beach is recommended. You can take the ferry back for 11 euros each and taxis outside the market in abundance making a nice day out. The shops are cheaper there too so save your souvenir/gift buying for there.

You can reach the beach by walking left or right out of the hotel, both ways have a bit of a decline and incline on return but plenty of low walls if you need to take a rest. Reaching the beach gives you a full view ahead of the resort's beach and a walk half way up to the fountain, turn left and you're in the centre for shops, bars and the bus station. Walking further along the prom takes you to the beautiful harbour.

There is music played around the pool all day which can be loud whilst at the snack bar and it is very repetetive and on a loop, the only thing we would suggest is a more varied music selection as we had enough of Adele after ten days.

Just got back from 4 nights at this hotel. We have had the best time . Staff were very friendly, could not do enough for us. Big shout to Michael the entertainment guy who got us off our sunbeds to do water aerobics every day. That said if one of our party did not want to take part he was not pushy.
Loads of choice in the restaurant for all meals and could always find something great to eat. Staff un here also very friendly and attentive. Ate in the Brazilian al la carte which was amazing. No good for veggies but if you love meat definitely give it a go
Bar staff were very patient and friendly, learning what we liked and our names made it easier for them and us when ordering
Rooms cleaned and fresh towels every day as was the pool area. Sunbed and parasols plentiful
A little walk to the marina which was fine with us as meant the place wasn't really noisy at bed time
If I had 1 little complaint it would be you have to pay to have the mini bar stocked in the room but this did not by any means spoil the stay. Just got water from the bar and stocked it ourselves
Definitely would recommend for anyone, families, couples and groups. No good if you are wanting the big club scene

Friendly and helpful staff always smiling and couldn't do enough for you. Clean hotel. Very comfortable beds which is unusual for abroad! Large shower, tea making facilities - take your own tea bags/coffee. Food good. I was delighted to see that there was porridge at breakfast and it was delicious. Lots of fruit at every meal. The only negative for us was the constant loud thumping music around the pool and bar area which made it very hard to concentrate if you wanted to read by the pool or just relax. What's wrong with listening to the birds singing or the rustling of the leaves in the trees?! We lasted 10 mins then gave up. We would return if they turned down the music or at least played something a little more restful.

This is the first review that I have ever drafted. The reasoning for me taking time to do so is that I have read some negative reviews concerning the Hotel which in all honesty are completely unjustified. This Hotel is with out doubt on par if not better than any Hotel that I have stayed at. I am 70 and for some 50 years I it has been common for me to holiday for some 4 times a year and my family and I are all mirrored in my appraisal of the Hotel , it is fantastic. I stayed at the Hotel in early MAy 2022. We were a party of 10 , and my wife had her 70th birthday there. All 10 of us were of the same opinion that the choice of this Hotel was second to none.. The rating of this Hotel is undervalued. The whole Hotel’s staff , from the maid to the Manager were truly fantastic, always greeting you with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were modern and comfortable. There was a good choice of food, which was always freshly cooked . There was no need for any one to leave towels on the sun loungers because there was more than enough beds which included stacks in reserve. The lifeguard would move any beds to any where that you wanted them. There was no financial supplement for any thing. The location of the Hotel is great. We are booking to go back there in October 2022 before it closes,, we can not wait. This Hotel is ideal for all age groups and should not be missed. This is the first Hotel that I have stayed at where noting falls into question. See you in October Mark and family
