Invisa Hotel Club Cala Blanca has received mixed reviews, with many travelers criticizing the value, citing additional charges and a disparity between advertised and actual quality. While the hotel's cleanliness is consistently commended, opinions on service vary, with some guests finding staff friendly and others unresponsive. The beachfront location is lauded for its views, although accessibility can be problematic. The amenities, including pools and family-oriented facilities, are generally appreciated, but not without some suggested improvements. Room quality is inconsistent; some are satisfied while others encounter discrepancies. The atmosphere's energy is noted, but noise levels can be disruptive for guests.

We stayed for a week at the beginning of June and had a fantastic peaceful week. We booked a Superior Premium double room through TUI, this was in Cala Blanca (not Cala Verde). TUI doesn't make it clear when booking which hotel you are in when booking which is quite misleading. Generally most rooms seem to be allocated in the 3 Star Blanca, i think the more expensive rooms are located in the 4 Start Verde, however don't let this put you off. You can use the facilities of both and we visited the Verde (further up the hill) during the day and evening and would say we actually preferred the Blanca, more facilities and more atmosphere. A lot of the Verde guests came down of an evening for the entertainment as the stage is bigger. Our room was perfectly adequate, clean, modern, spacious and lovely rainfall shower. We didn't have a sea view, but it was lovely and quiet and just across from the adults only pool, which was ideal as we spent most of our time there. The all-inclusive drinks were good and thought the food was good too. Buffet style, lots of choice, many of the same basic foods each day which the addition of variations depending on the theme of the day. We certainly didn't go hungry or thirsty, Estrella Dam, coke, fanta all included along with their local speciality spirit Hierbas, which i thoroughly enjoyed! It is a bit hilly, but accessible with slopes everywhere or steps. It's a quiet location, just the two hotels and some small shops but there are day trips available to the other parts of the island, which is pretty small only 20miles x 8miles (i think). There is also a land train on a Wednesday afternoon which takes you to visit a few places and the hippy market which costs €20. It was great for kids, but also good for couples with the adults only pool. Pool towels are provides in exchange for a card given when checking in. In room safes are free. We got wifi throughout the hotel. There is fridge in the room which contained two small bottles of water, coke, fanta, kit-kat and crisps on arrival which is included. Drinking water can be topped up at any of the bars. Overall it was a great week and would definitely return, especially if you just want to chill for a week! I produced a virtual tour of the grounds and room but it won't let me post the link but i also added the my images to Google Street View so you can see them on the map.

So, first time for us in Ibiza.

Once we arrived at the property we were greeted by the reception staff with politeness and smiles. They immediately gave us the room (sea view, Agua Blanca building).

Room: cleaned and sanitized every day, you could really smell the disinfectant and the cleaning ladies were always smiling and kind.

Restaurant: let's start by saying that we are outside Italy, so if you expect pasta cooked al dente, forget it. So I didn't really taste the pasta, you could tell it was a little overcooked. With the rest very good. Desserts could be improved by perhaps adding flavourings. They don't salt anything, I think they let the guests dose as they wish.
Beautiful because every evening there was a themed dinner. Fish evening, Mexican evening, Spanish evening, meat evening etc. The Italian evening turned out to be good. I didn't eat the pasta but the ravioli and gnocchi were cooked perfectly. Maybe they made the wrong combinations (like ravioli filled with ricotta and spinach they made them with pesto) but the cooking was excellent.
I would say that overall the food is good (though considering that we are abroad). Last year we were in Sardinia and we ate worse.
If I have to find a flaw, natural water tastes like chlorine. The rest of the drinks are fine.

Beach: unfortunately when we arrived there was a storm and a stormy sea, which brought a mountain of seaweed to the shore (it looks like posidonia) which the beach staff raked but there were so many that they then gave up.
The other days the sea is beautiful (although in my opinion there are places with more beautiful water).
The only problem are the stones when entering the water.
Paid beach as it is not owned by the structure but belongs to the state (18 Euros per day 2 sunbeds + 1 umbrella).

Bars: The bars are excellent, good cocktails and helpful staff. The only flaw in my opinion is that the prices are a little too high (it's true that we are in Ibiza so it's okay).

Swimming pools: beautiful but in my opinion too crowded. We only tried them one day and then always at sea.

Summary? In my opinion it is a great place for families. We had a great time and will certainly recommend the property to others. We stayed from 2 to 9 September 2023.

All round perfect holiday for our little family

We booked a last minute mini get away for my husbands birthday, and this hotel was a great price for all inclusive
We have 2 children 2 and 9

The hotel is perfect
Rooms yes small and basic unless you upgrade but toy are never in them, they are clean and tidy, and great air con !

Food is plenty full,
So much choice , but if you want to mix it up
Just head oh the bus which is just outside the hotel and costs €1.20 to get into Santa Eulalia,

We would go for breakfast at 8:30 and then head on to the beach my nine-year-old loved the swing and would be on that for awhile

We would then head back up around 1 pm for lunch
And then go to Pirates Island, which the children absolutely adored
It was so much fun even for the adults
We found around this time a lot of people had gone for their lunch and a nap so there were plenty of sunbeds

We could never get a sunbed around the other two all the beds were reserved and even though you are not meant to still do it but to be honest, they always seemed very busy so we preferred what we did instead

We often preferred the terrace to eat breakfast and tea as the view was lovely over the sea
But get there early as it does get busy and full.

The reception team was so helpful and friendly
And it smelled amazing as you entered. I love that about hotels.

All in all we had an amazing time here, it’s so worth the money and we would definitely recommend and return.

Thank you so much xx

The staff were so friendly the bar staff always making jokes
I like that they implemented a dress code to have your lunch so that you weren’t looking at sweaty bodies whilst eating

A 3 star review for a very 3 star hotel, typical all inclusive. Packed restaurant with people queuing to get food that wasn’t hot when it came out! New food placed on top of old when replenishing dishes. Food from the grill is your best bet but wait to see them load the dishes from the grill as even this goes cold quickly. The fresh bread is manhandled as it’s cut as there is no napkins to hold the loaves while you cut. There is a good variety of food and theme nights but just be prepared to fight for it and for it to be cold once you sit and eat it!
There’s rumours of illness but think if people were just more careful and washed hands and their children’s and used sanitiser provided everyone would have a better chance! No child should be unsupervised long enough to stick their hands in the Parmesan 🤦🏼‍♀️
There are various rules, such as 2 drinks per person at the bar, no kids around the adult pool and no reserving sunbeds but there is no consistency about them being enforced. I would not be happy if I was here without children and trying to have a relaxing holiday! Regarding location, there are some restaurants outside the hotel but don’t expect the lively atmosphere of the larger beach resorts.
Lastly regarding mobility access, there are ramps all round the resort but they will be seriously challenging for wheelchair users without help. I’ve seen one wheelchair user and she was left waiting by people with pushchairs who felt they should have priority to get to the restaurant or use the ramps. Anyone who struggles with walking will find it hard to get around.
Be aware of being offered sea view upgrades, we got to our upgraded room and 3 beds had been pushed together so you had to climb in from the bottom to get into bed. Moving around the room was impossible.
The rooms are basic but clean and the majority of the staff work hard to keep everywhere clean but are fighting a losing battle around the pool areas.
I think the main point is how much you pay for it, if you get a cheap deal then crack on but definitely not worth the summer holiday price point!

Good points great location to the beach below
Pool for children and a separate for adults
Pleasant staff on reception but not informative on where things are when you arrive
Helpful staff who kept the rooms clean
Fruit available at both bars for free
Bad points. It's not a four star
The food was often not warm, it was salty, sometimes undercooked. A lot of the food was refused the next day understandable but boring for guests
The rooms themselves simple but no shower curtain and the beds so hard I had back ache.
Very small balconies with no privacy screens between.
Location on a hill so not great for mobility issues
My friend saw the bar tended leave the toilet without washing their hands which puts you off.
Never found the snack bar
Ice creams available but if you wanted big brand names extra was required.
Far from local town
Finally there is a cat colony here at the hotel be proactive register them with the local council get them trapped and neutered and have vet treatment .

Returned yesterday after a 5 night stay & review is based on my own personal experience. Firstly when I booked this break with TUI it states 4* & I wasn't at the time aware there were 2 hotels on this resort, after looking on trip advisor I realised that the cala Verde was rated at 4* and the cala blanca at 3* I believed at the time of booking that I paid for 4* so expected to be staying at the cala Verde so I emailed the hotel on a few occasions to ask for confirmation that we would be in the Verde only to be told no I was in the blanca, I asked how do you determine which guests are given which hotel & got no response from this apart from you can book each hotel separately but you can't choose when booking through TUI. When checking in we were asked for €11 each tax which again I wasn't aware of as not on the TUI website & talking to others they weren't aware either. The room was average, I was shocked to discover the mugs were plastic and no little milk pots supplied - if you want milk you either have to buy from the little spar or do what we did & take an empty water bottle and get some at breakfast. The toilet seat needed a new one as it was quite stained the rest of the bathroom was very nice & the big shower was good. When my friend was getting into her bed she discovered 2 "big" stains on her top sheet, I called reception to inform them & got this response "well what do you want to do about it" " we have nobody here to do anything" I was extremely shocked & told them I expect a clean sheet and I would change it myself. 30 mins later I had to call again and finally 10 mins after that we got 3 sheets brought to our room. No apologies made by the reception staff. Food was plentiful but repetitive and cold alot of the time, most staff in the restaurant weren't very sociable but the bar staff were all very nice and the animation team were great and engaging they work hard to make sure guests are enjoying themselves. We requested a room clean and when returning to our room after breakfast our door was propped open and the house keeper was down the corridor cleaning another room she came to close the door and said she would come back later I asked her why the door was left opened when she's cleaning other rooms we could have been anyone in that room - she said she didn't understand me which is fair enough but totally unacceptable leaving doors open for anyone to walk in. The room clean is basically, change of towels, bed made & bin emptied no cleaning was done. We only went to one pool by the restaurant as this was the only one that suited us as music was played & a lovely view of the beach & nice atmosphere. Beach is lovely and plenty of sunbeds but you need to pay, I'm not sure how much as we never used them we just had lovely walks along the beach. We had a nice relaxing time despite the above issues, not what we are used to & not what we expected. But like I said in the beginning it's based on my personal opinion, I wouldn't return to this resort myself but I wouldn't suggest to others not to go.

Booked through first choice.
When we arrived, reception staff were quick to check us in, gave us a map and overall polite. We stayed in a room where the front door was the balcony area just next to one of the pools. Room was fine, but there was a gap underneath the door (about 1cm) so ants were coming in. Again it was just a few and I had an insect plug in which done the trick. I was scared to get moved somewhere else because this one seemed like the best location for us. Beds were hard, but didn’t really bother me until the last few nights. Couple refreshments in the fridge on arrival. Cleaners were fine, made the beds everyday, mopped and fresh towels. Food was good, we don’t have restrictions and aren’t big eaters. Everything cooked fine except the paella was hard one night. Overall food had a good range of choices with themed dinners. Cats were an issue at the restaurant, lots of them and people were feeding them so they kept coming back. Can’t comment on entertainment as we never went to it. We used the adults only pool, it was cold but it was nice once you get in. I had a massage, HIGHLY recommend, the women is absolutely lovely. Definitely would return just for a massage from her again. We also hired a car from the hotel which cost €220 for 4 days, worth every penny. We travelled the full island, from well known places to little local beaches. (Recommend time and space for sunset). We also had a beach day €18 for 2 sun longers, table and parasol which was worth it. We swam in the sea, there are fish but they didn’t bother us and we didn’t bother them. We are out at a local restaurant called FEEL Ibiza and it was amazing and highly recommend. The local shop had a good selection of clothes and gifts too.
We would return in future but the location of the hotel and steepness of the hill would be an issue for mobility/children. Very secluded if you don’t drive, I wouldn’t take my kids there as they would get bored after a day. Good for couples who want the quiet side to Ibiza. Main towns are very expensive (san Antonio €12 for 2 cans of cola). We had a good holiday.

Visited this hotel via Jet2 as a family of 4. Personally wouldn’t return as I think there is much better out there but as a cheap getaway there wasn’t really much we could complain about.

Pros & cons:

Pros
Hotel very clean and smells lovely in reception
Pools spread out so non felt overcrowded
Staff friendly
Lovely beach on your doorstep
Can hire pool towels for free
Lots of drinks to choose from on all inclusive

Cons
Jet2 advertise as a 4* however there are two hotels here and we got put in the 3* (it wasn’t bad just a little more basic)
A small walk to the restaurant as it isn’t located in the hotel (not an issue for us but would prefer to be closer)
Long queues for food and not much for “picky” eaters (if you like octopus over pizza then youl be fine)
Children’s entertainment only 30mins
Daytime entertainment not very well advertised as to where to go
Nothing nearby other than a small shop (we needed to buy milk for our toddler and struggled in the nearby spar shop)
Get told you can preorder a cold breakfast for departure day but it isn’t explained that you have to collect from restaurant and not reception

Overall I think if you get a good deal and are looking for a last minute get away it’s perfect but if you are looking for a “family friendly” hotel (as jet2 advertise this as) you’d be better off looking at somewhere else l

We were on half board for a week as a family in this resort. Overall, we found it very good value and had a good holiday. This is a solid 3 star hotel with lots of facilities for families with kids. And good service.

Location is good for a relax holiday. Not much to do around except the resort itself, but the beach is great (though the sunbeds are 18-21 euro per day). A small supermarket nearby and a few good restaurants for lunch (the Bar Es Alocs on the beach is actually good value, the Es Figueral Vegetarian a bit further is a nice fancy change). With a rental car you can explore a bit more of the island, otherwise you depend on the hotel shuttles (paid) or the touristic train (expensive). Note that the hotel is on a hill next to the beach so there are lots of stairs indeed - but there are ways around most, but not all.

The room was large and clean and as requested we got a room on the quiet side towards the adults pool. Good beds. Kettle and small fridge present. One thing that could be improved is the shower as there is no door and the whatever you do the water splashes out. Considering that all is wood around it it cannot be very good on the long term...

The overall facilities are great: several swimming pools, including an indoor small one, each with a kids part. Unfortunately the water was super cold in October so we did not use the pools. Luckily the sea water was still warm enough for a swim. The kids enjoyed the Pirates Boat and the 2 playgrounds (one next to the restaurant and one at the mini club). Nice well maintained gardens.

One thing a bit annoying is that there is basically only one restaurant in the whole resort. The location on the beach is great cause you can have a nice table outside and enjoy the sunset (or sunrise). But it is pretty crowded if the resort is full and indeed - there are annoying queues at the food stations. On the other hand - the food was great and varied, with themes and something to eat for everybody. The drinks were horrible - the coffee was one of the worse I had in a hotel (I do understand that they optimize for speed, but common...), the wine was not drinkable, the juices were just bad - the problem was that you could not get any better paid option as there was no drink service during dinner.

One last thing is that smoking (including marijuana) seems allowed everywhere outside which is pretty annoying to be honest. This is more on the guests than the hotel but it feels a bit weird in a family hotel with lots of facilities for kids.

All in all - although there are some improvement points I think that Invisa Cala Blanca was a good choice and certainly good value for money. Honestly we would probably try a different hotel next time we go to Ibiza but that does not change the fact that this is a good resort that could be great with some small improvements.

Just got back from a week holiday at Cala Blanca with wife & kids (8 & 3).

You get what you pay for folks. I think we actually overpaid a little if I'm honest.

It was nice enough. We enjoyed the family time together and that's what it's all about. I'm sure you could find fault with 5 star resorts if you look hard enough.

Pros - Beach, Tex Mex dinner and lunch at the restaurant above buffet restaurant/main pool (nice sea views), mini twisters are part of the all inclusive "ice creams".

Cons - Room smelt of drains, aircon not great in room, food average (mostly cold) at buffet, lots of queuing for food at peak times.

I read a lot of reviews before going and was genuinely excited. It's all about opinion and I think some folks were getting a little over-excited with how amazing the food is.

With the main buffet restaurant it's like every other average all inclusive. Maybe slightly worse in terms of choice, especially at breakfast. If you like fried eggs, Spanish omelette, sausages and hash browns (super oniony) then you'll be fine. The "fresh" juice was anything but fresh, but just syrup and water... Dinner was slightly better but again, no better than you would get anywhere else. At peak times there were so many people in there it really wasn't enjoyable.

Make sure you have just over 30 euros when you check in for tourist tax or whatever they call it.

If you want to use an iron, you'll need to hand over 20 euros (cash only) as a deposit to reception. Then it's 3 euros a day to use. A lot of other hotels I've been to do not charge to use an iron.

You're not supposed to "reserve" sunbeds before 9:15 but let's be real, that's never going to happen. Get down there for around 8:00 - 8:30 and you should be fine.

Both restaurants were down the hill from our room and the pool we mainly used. Fine going there but a bit of a push with the buggy going back up. It's not really far but in the heat you feel it a bit.

Make sure all your clothes are dry before going for lunch or dinner. I made the mistake of having wet shorts and a bit of a wet t-shirt and the guy said I couldn't sit down as per their rules. So had to go back to the room and change. No big deal, but was a long walk and would have been nice to be told everything had to be bone dry.

We did have a nice time but a week is definitely more than enough time there. Would I go back? I think you could get better for the same money, so no.

If you've been to some nice all-inclusive resorts before (4 star and above) then just manage your expectations. It's 3 stars.

Enjoy!

Hi do they replenish the snacks and drinks in fridge. Or do you have to ask? Thanks

We didn’t have our fridge replenished during our stay. We didn’t ask so not sure if they will restock if you ask. But there was nothing in the room about having the fridge restocked so I don’t think they do.

The beach is easy to access. There are steps down to the beach but there is also a slope down to the beach. The facilities are accessible but walking around the hotel can be a bit difficult as it is built on a hill so it can become very tiring. Weather in April is alright and can be quite nice. On a few days it can get a bit chilly but it’s normally a decent temperature. When its the evening, I recommend taking a jacket to keep you warm but it’s not too cold during the day
