The hotel was really nice, next to the beach and also the staffs especially the staff named "Lena" She was so friendly and professional. It was so nice talking to her. After a hectic week in Koh Samui we spent a heavenly relaxing 4 days here. Amazing location, fantastic friendly and efficient staff, great food, outstanding spa, extremely comfortable villas - just idyllic. Would definitely revisit for a battery reset!

Anantara is without a doubt the best option to stay at Koh Phangan. Worth every Bat. And all of it at the most beautiful beach on the Island. The extraordinary experience of luxury, hospitality, best taste and best SPA. Everything here is so friendly and so exceptionally welcoming. You have to try the massages at the resort SPA. This was the best one that I’ve ever had in Thailand. Must see, must stay, must experience.

Anantara is gem hidden in Koh Phangan. We felt like at home. We stayed here for 6 nights and so far the best resort we have visited in Thailand. Rooms are beautiful (we stayed in garden pool villa), moder design, large and well maintained. Housekeeping are doing daily great job. But what is the best about this resort are people. Staff is amazing, always willing to help and meet all your needs. Beach is beutiful and clean. There is a small village just few meters from the resort, with pharmacy, supermarket and many great restaurants. Currently we are in Koh Samui and we want to go back 🙏❤️🙏. What I like personally the most is that you feel like in the middle of jungle - lots of trees, flowers - 50 shades of of green everywhere 😍😍😍.

I first visited this beach as a backpacker 30 years ago. Then I arrived by rental trail bike and stayed in a bamboo shack. It was magical then and is just as magical now, (even if the price is rather higher and the water warmer now). Anantara have totally nailed the "barefoot luxury" vibe. The atmosphere is chilled, the food is great, the rooms are immaculate, the private pools sublime, but most of all, the staff are a delight. Our host Lily, could not have been more helpful, but all the staff were wonderful. We spent a week at this resort and enjoyed every aspect, the beach, the walks, the gym, the morning Yoga classes (thank you, Ao!), the dreamy spa and massage (thank you, Em!), the cooking lessons (thank you Chef Golf!), the e-foiling and swimming. My only suggestion is if it is possible for the resort to do more to work with and give back to the local community to better protect the local environment, that makes this place so special. I, and I suspect many other guests, would be happy to contribute to that. …

We came here with the goal to relax and enjoy. The plan was to not have a plan and honestly this hotel ist perfect for this purpose. We stayed most of the day at the beach with only a few others while the staff handed us drinks and food. And in case we wanted more action, the staff brang us the stand up paddle boards to the water and we paddled a bit. :) The staff is great. Everything is clean. The beach is not full with thousands of tourists and the hotel loungers have a good distance between them, so you enjoy your privacy. :)

This place is stunning! The villas, the staff the beach, just everything is pure luxury. Sanh in particular made our visit so special so much so that we will be sad to leave today for Koh Samui. Anantara Rasananda is the best boutique hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The hotel is actually much nicer than the pictures on the website. There are a small village behind the hotel with restaurants, massage parlours and shops so you don’t need anything else. We stayed 6 nights and that was perfect. The hotel restaurant is really wonderful with some of the best Thai food I’ve had and the prices are reasonable for what you get. The beach is powder sand and blue clear water
