My partner and I booked this hotel for May 2023. It exceeded every expectation! We arrived at the hotel in the afternoon where we checked in at reception and greeted with a glass of bubbly, staff were polite and helpful. We were then taken to our room in a golf caddy with our luggage. Our room was beautiful and always clean, with plenty of refreshments in the fridge, which were topped up everyday. The all inclusive buffet had plenty of choice and the food was always hot, with the choice of sitting inside or outside. We also had the opportunity to eat at the other Al A Carte restaurants at the resort 3 times in the week we stayed, every restaurant served delicious food! Drinks were lovely with a wide selection. The staff were all lovely and were more than happy to help. Although there were lots of families staying at the resort, I liked that there were separate adults only areas especially around the pool in the day. There was never a rush to get sunbeds in the morning and getting up at the crack of dawn, even at 11/12 afternoon there were still sunbeds available. The only downside to the area was that we found it quite secluded, there was a mini mart up the road and a bus stop outside the hotel. But if you wanted to travel into Lindos (roughly 30/40mins) you can travel there and collect a bus time table from hotel reception. Travelled here for a week as a couple at the beginning of October. First impressions were outstanding, the check in process was easy and we loved that they looked after our bags outside whilst we checked in, then took us to the room on the caddy. We arrived late on Saturday night (TUI flight- they were also great), and had sandwhiches and snacks in the room for us. The whole stay was superb and we loved the Bohdi bar by the beach, we sunbathed here every day on the bean bags as they are way more comfy than the sunloungers. We hired a car for a day via the hotel, and took a trip to Rhodes which was worth it. The food was great, mostly. The meat was hit and miss and the resteraunts were lovely but lacked the 5 star quality. During one meal, my potato was still raw and inedible, during another meal my cheesecake was still frozen. Another con would be the bar staff, they are all so miserable and it really takes away from the experience, such a shame. And lastly, the buffet resteraunt was always an anxiety triggering experience for us. For such a large hotel I thought we'd be able to escape the screeming kids but it was impossible, they were everywhere. When you arrive at the resteraunt you get shown to a table, usually surrounded by children, quite often we would move straight after to a "quieter" section, and then we would be surrounded again. We would eat as quickly as possible so we could leave. So if you dont like being around children, I wouldnt recommend. Next time we will go to an adults only hotel, or to one with an adult only eating area. The other staff around the hotel were great. The room was made up every day and also recieved these amazing little snack pots with nuts and corn, I recommend storing these for your return journey :) The entertainment was ok, but we are quite happy with quieter evenings anyway. We enjoyed the short quizzes at the theatre. We were really happy to find out we could enjoy the all inclusive on our last day after check out, we werent being picked up till 6:45pm but were still able to use the facilities and eat the food, even a quick dinner at 6:30. They have a whole seperate building for storing luggage and showers etc, really great touch! Sort out the bar staff, sort out the food, and this would be a 5 star rating. …

Me and my missus enjoyed a well deserved 11-night in this resort. Checked-in late night but the check in was fast and efficient. We had 4 dinners in the speciality restaurants and the rest in the buffet apart from one which we dined out since it was our anniversary. Food was decent, a la carte better. Waiting and serving staff smiling and welcoming. All in all a very nice experience, defo worth going again.

We stayed here for a week with my brother and young nephew at the end of June 2023. We upgraded to have the swim up family room which was beautiful. It was really nice to have the pool right at the back of the room so we enjoyed that! The grounds and the hotel itself is stunning. The decor is beautiful and there’s so many places to eat and drink which is good when travelling with a young child. Half way through the week, we had money stolen from our room and this is what really put us off the whole place. I reported it and nothing was done. The managers I talked to were so rude to me it was actually a joke to be honest. I then spoke to the TUI reps who said they’d sort it and complain for me. But again, nothing was said to me. The day before we left, we checked in with the TUI reps about what time the bus would collect us for our flight and we were given the time. The next day we left - they’d told us the complete wrong time and we nearly missed our flight home. It was the most stressful experience with a baby and no one helping us. We wouldn’t visit this hotel again. …

We spent 10 days at the hotel over half term. It is a beautifully designed hotel, very clean and fantastic facilities. The a la carte restaurants for dinner are very nice and good quality and we really enjoyed the entertainment team's shoes every night from T Bots to the main show. They are a very talented team and we enjoyed watching them every night! We also loved the baby club and kids club team who provided outstanding care and entertainment for our 22 month old and 4 year old every day! They were so caring, passionate and fun and our kids loved them! Special thanks to Jo, Abby and Caitlin in the baby club who our son absolutely adored! Unfortunately there were a few things which really marked our experience down, especially when compared to other Sensatori hotels. We spent October half term here as a family of 4 (2 kids age 14 & 10) and booked it last minute. We stayed in a family room with partition on the 1st floor of block 7. It was a very quiet area and the room was lovely with great views & great facilities. Before we arrived I'd read that our minibar would only be filled once but ours was replenished with Pepsi, beer, water, lemonade, crisps & peanuts every day. The lady that cleaned our room every day was so friendly & an asset to the hotel, making sure we had everything we needed. The entertainment team were really good. We're not really into shows but our 10 year old wanted to watch them & they were actually really good, much better than the usual AI entertainment. And the quiz was so much fun, even though we came 2nd every single night. The silent disco is also my new favourite thing ever, was so much fun. There was a lot of choice with regards to food and everything was very fresh. The desserts were OK, a bit samey every day but plenty of fresh fruit. We only ate in one a la carte restaurant, the Italian. The portions were enormous and food was just OK. Service was a bit hit & miss. My drink was missed and we wanted coffees at the end of the meal but was impossible to get anyone's attention. The best bit was no scramble to get a sunbed. It didn't matter what time of day you went to the pool, there was always sunbeds available. The pool was a bit chilly but we did brave it every day and you got used to it. It was also love having waiter service round the pool. We all really enjoyed ourselves & would recommend this hotel to everyone but there were a couple of niggles. The table size in the buffet restaurant was far too small to seat 4 people comfortably. The staff were slow at collecting used plates so you either had to balance your used plates on the edge of the table or clear it yourself. The paper cups used get very soggy very quickly and were tiny. They also use paper cups in the sports bar in the evenings even though they had plastic cups they wouldn't serve us drinks in them. Booking some activities was impossible, you had to be on the app exactly 24 hours before and even then we never got to participate in archery. Only being able to swap the pool towels every other day was a pain too as there's nowhere to hang the towels in the room or balcony to dry them off. At other Sensatori hotels we've been to the towels have been available to change whenever you want. Even though we had these few niggles we would definitely return again.…

The hotel resort is fantastic. We had a swim up room which had sun all day which was great. The weather was beautiful. The beach was pebbly, so take beach shoes. The sun beds were very comfortable and the sea water was a lovely temperature. The cocktails were very good and bar staff were fantastic. The buffet had a good selection. The Greek restaurant was excellent. The Italian and American were ok. The resort was due to close and I did get an end of season feeling from some of the staff especially certain people at the reception desk. I would thoroughly recommend this Hotel and I will be returning again in the near future.

Had a bit of winter sun at this amazing resort! One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. See end of my review for the minor negatives! Beautiful swim up room with lotions, robes, slippers and flip flops! Comfy bed. Great a la carte restaurants, tasty delicious food. Liberty and Italian serves large portions. Highly recommend the lamb shank. Greek restaurant has fab choice of food too. Pleasant friendly staff. Spacious resort, plenty of pools and sunbeds, access to sea. Bondhi beach bar is amazing at the end of the day with its chilled vibe. Resort had a good mix of all ages. All bars serve fab cocktails. It was my mums birthday while we were away, we had a little treat in our rooms because I mentioned it to guest relations. Had 2 double rooms next to each other. Now the small minor issues. Our rooms were 2010 and 2011. They get the sun early morning so you cant sit in the sun in the day. Booking system for restaurants is by app or computer in hotel, the app is probably easier! Birthday cake was €35, we had a candle in a piece of cake from restaurant! Expensive spa treatments and to keep a room on. We did neither! The beach is pebbly so take beach shoes, sea is beautifully clear and we laid on the warm pebbles which was lovely! Deffo recommend this resort.…

Stayed here for a week in October with my husband and cannot fault one thing. We had swim up room with limited sea view and it was just beautiful. Bed was so comfy too! Room spotless. Water and drinks topped up every day. The pool areas are spotless snd well spread out . We used the adult only pool which was about 1 minute from sea. Food was amazing especially in the the A La Carte restaurants- we thought Gaia was absolutely outstanding. Buffet breakfasts and lunches were lovely with plenty of choice for everyone. Dinners in evening were also spot on. We used the spa and had a Cretan massage … divine. This hotel has something for everyone- kids have their own pool area and there’s a mixed zone and also water slides and great play park. The hotel is on its own about 25/30 min walk from Gennadi and probs 5/10 more to Kiotari but this did not detract from holiday at all. We would highly recommend and we’d happily return.
