Hotel, wonderful. "And Spa" ? puzzles me. No pool which is the only reason for the lack of a fifth star, but quiet and beautiful. A few lovely rooms- the bathrooms are lovely, balconies with wide views, the best behaved of dogs- a setter called Aris, and attentive friendly hosts who grill your food on the outside fire and serve...

Returned to my favorite Xemoni and had a great weekend there! Big rooms, great views to Oitilo beach, delicious breakfast with local tastes, and the people here are always very hospital and friendly. We enjoyed the spacious rooms with great veranda and the large bathroom. The hotel has spacious common spaces with great furniture and you can also enjoy the...

I would definitely give it 4 or even 5 stars as a bed&breakfast which is what it is. Pros: Clean and spacious, traditional breakfast, modern and well kept rooms. Cons: No (working) internet, a bit far from nice beeches, no hot water in the evening.

Went for our friends wedding celebration,&we had the whole hotel to ourselves which was great! The owner&staff were friendly, accomodating & happy to help. The hotel is made of stone which is obvious with the hot weather. They have a basement area which we used to get ready for the wedding and would be great for functions or private parties....

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, group of nine people. All of us were spellbound when we arrived. Not just the wonderful views but also the warm welcome we received by the owner Kostas and Dimitris. A beautiful, peaceful location with views over olive groves and the bay of New Oitylo village. Nicely decorated and comfortable rooms with...

This is a small rather luxury hotel, where the personal touch of the owner is apparent in every detail. From the stone building with the thick walls build in the traditional Mani manner to the hardwood oak floors, the Italian furniture and the impeccable beds. The owner is a local with an excellent and in depth knowledge of Mani, who...

When you enter the hotel premises you find yourself stairing at a magnificent stone building (typical and traditional way of building in these areas of Greece), even if it's little hard to find the dusty road (mind the tiny sings by the road on your way to Oitylo). This is a small hotel run by a very hospitable family. They...

If you look for great hospitality, superb views, comfortable rooms and excellent breakfasts, this is the one to book ! We were there for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Xemonia hotel is only 3 minutes away from the beach and some very decent Greek tavernas. Oytilio is also a good starting point for exploring the beautiful Mani region.
