Overall the stay was very nice, the hotel and room was great for a bigger family. There is a couple of shops near and a tavern also, but for more to see, shop and eat you need to go to Platanias, its about 2km away. The little fun train stop is next to the hotel and the busstop is near also. The buffee food was not good, we only eat there once, we were dissapointed (the dessert were great though). All the activities was in the next hotel, would be nice to have some program for the kids while you're eating. Also on their app/webpage they say there should be hairdresser in their spa, but they did not have one at all. The room was cleaned every day but very much variety in cleaning quality e.g. one day the beds were not made, the other day the old towels were left in the room, not wiped the sink in toilet etc. But we didn't mind. But very beautiful hotel, next to the ocean. I would recommend!

what a beautiful place, the food is outstanding, the staff are equally the same, cleanliness is 2nd to none .. everything about this hotel is 100% top quality . We were here during the covid pandemic. Temperature taken digitally by a machine when visiting the buffet restaurant, use of plastic gloves and mask while choosing your food. Eating u can remove them . It was not a problem at all. Sun beds are disinfected after each use.you would not think that there was a pandemic going on in the world .. so very clean, towels given in platic bags. Cutlery wrapped in plasic sealed bags . Bar staff brilliant. People cleaning behind the scenes . My view 100% safe and brilliant hotel

Nice and big hotel. At arrival we got an upgrade because we travelled with children. Nice pool-area but many people reserve sun-beds with their towels even though the staff remove towels in the evening many of the beds are taken before the pool open. Nice beach near the hotel. Free sunbeds. Our room was ok. Not everything was as clean as I like. I bought soap and a cloth and washed the bathroom, a lot of dirt was easy to clean. We also had a problem with ants in our bathroom. In our bathroom we had a poster asking us to reuse our towels by hanging them up. But everyday the housekeeping changed them. The cleanliness in every other place at the hotel was great.

The breakfast buffet has a lot of choices.

It is not a lot of restaurants nearby, but 1km away there is several. Platanias and Agia Marina is only 3km away with a lot of restaurants and shops. We paid approximately 10euros by taxi each way. The bus leaves every 30min right outside the hotel.

I recommend all inclusive if you stay here.

The staff is very friendly.

Sorry for the late review!

I have traveled around the Mediterranean all my life.
I've seen bad hotels and good ones. But, when you pay a certain amount of money and even more for a swim-out room, expectations are created for the price that you paid.

And no, we got no help at the reception.

This was our first sight:

(Before YOU reply with a passive aggressive answer, look at the pictures again) one more thing, the ants is not in the picture*

Issue after issue just not being resolved.
Checked in at midnight to be given rooms on same floor but several doors apart, manageable except for the chemical fumes in the kids’ room making everyone nauseous and headachey; only after asking repeatedly and getting the TUI rep involved did we finally get another room, but in a separate wing. Since then it’s been ‘computer says no’: no room move available for the other room, strictly one key per room (making doing separate activities difficult and hardly warming the neighbours to us when we have to knock loudly to wake up the sleeping teens), a leak going unattended for days (still not fixed). The hotel operates a two tier system where all inclusive guests are being gruffly turned away from ala carte offerings instead of just being asked if we’d like to pay extra. Parasols are stationery making all-day shade tricky and about a third are broken; hotel in general feels tired and unloved.
Weirdly, the hotel is situated on both sides of a road with all amenities on the north side, meaning we have to cross a road several times a day; hotel is also actually two semi-merged hotels with one reception left empty and a little ghost-like

Very well taken care of, clean, all the need facilities were available and good. Enough sunbeds at the pools and more on the beach. Hotel was also apartment, everything available in the kitchen. Lidl was 900 meters away towards Platanias and from Lidl to Platanias only 200 meters more. Good local supermarket 400 meters away and even next door to hotel there is local supermarket where all needed for breakfast is available.

We are definitely not coming back. The pictures esp of the rooms do not match the actual rooms, very dated and impersonal. Beware the family rooms only have double beds, in the whole resort, and the whole operation felt very commercialised.

Overall it was lovely but a bit confusing to start with as basically there are two adjoining hotels. You can pretty much use all the facilities but have to eat at the original hotel you booked for but can book the other hotels restaurant but it's the same food. Italian a la carte was exceptional. Odd that we were all inclusive but some things you had to pay for e.g. frappé? Staff fairly friendly especially Jürgen one of the waiters he really made our stay. On site Holiday reps were simply there to do a job but on the whole didn't interact with the guests, they would walk straight by without saying a word - not customer friendly. The singers in the team were great especially Marley she should be in a London West End musical. Great location fairly close to Platanius.

I had a wonderful time! The location of the hotel is very convenient, it has easy access to various commodities and is right on the beach front. It's very clean and well organised hotel. All staff members were very professional, polite and friendly. They made me feel welcome and attended to my needs. Especially at Thea's coffee shop, the staff was kind and lovely. They provided impeccable service and made me feel valued and well taken care of. The food was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. It is a perfect place to unwind, recharge and have fun. I would definitely stay there again.

The resort was very nice and pretty, it had a big dining area, it even had its own diner that was surrounded by the pool which was pretty cool. The bars were also cool with a wide variety of drinks, it also had snack bars too. It had a few entertainment centres + a concert almost every night. The air cons and the doors needed some work but everything else was perfect. The staff was very friendly, I miss my friends Mihalis, Ioanna and Elisavet. You guys were the best and made my vacation.
