Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Staff was so kind, super nice and super helpful. They are the best thing at the hotel. And from our experience the only "great thing" there. Their "professional friendliness" was one of the nicest we ever experienced. BAD: Fitness room with one bicycle and stair-master in a same 5-square meter room where massages take place?! FALSE ADVERTISING! Very wrong. Also, bed mattresses are one of the worst we ever slept on! Extremely soft, dingy and very, very low quality.

We had a great pleasure to stay in this very nice place. Hotel staff was very friendly, helping us with whatever request we have got - starting with guiding us how to get there and ending with various recommendations where to go to eat. Comfortable room with big balcony able to accommodate even lying device to relax. Clean and big enough swimming pool, enough relaxing areas to stay around the pool, serving various drinks to make your relaxing stay really very comfortable.

We found this to be a great place to stay. The rooms are big, there is a lovely pool area and it is peaceful and quiet at night. The staff is very friendly and the owner asks what you would like for dinner, then goes out and buys the ingredients fresh. He makes you a gourmet, personalized supper. It is easy walking distance to a nice beach on the Adriatic and short drive into Pula, which is a lovely city to explore. The entire Istrian peninsula is gorgeous. If I go back to that part of the world I will stay there again!!

Beautiful place to sleeping, relaxing, eating. Staff people are very friendly and polite. There is also big pool. Chef Stefan cook verty tasty and delicious food for everyone. City Pula is cca 10 km away. Good for bicycling, we rented bikes there and go to dreamy beaches on Kamenjak.

Thought this place very expensive for it's position. Yes your could say the standard of accommodation is 5 star, but really for what? somewhere to basically sleep! Is really in a suburb in the middle of nowhere. No facilities near by, supposedly there was a restaurant 600mt away down a dirt road with no lighting. My main reason for initially choosing this place was parking on site. As we are aways wary of towns like Pula that really only have public parking available overnight for accommodation in the Old Town. Plus my husband doesn't like to drink at dinner then drive, we try to look for somewhere on the outskirts where we can walk to dinner etc. But not this place, we didn't even bother to pay extra for there breakfast, to me that was another extortion expense.

We stayed at Villa Oasiss for 6 nights with another couple and we were extremely happy with the accommodation. The Villa is set within a quiet location and is perfect for relaxing and unwinding. There are a few beach bars and restaurants 15-20 mins walk away but for any other nightlife or a greater variety we either got a taxi into Pula or Medulin for around 120 Kuna. The accommodation itself was clean, contemporary and very well cared for. The staff were outstanding and worked incredibly hard to make our stay as perfect as possible. They were very attentive and the breakfast and drinks were great. We were even fortunate enough to have the staff arrange a private wine tasting with the supplier of the Villa which we thoroughly enjoyed. Overall all highly enjoyable stay that we would definitely recommend!

We just spent 4 nights here and couldn't fault it. The accommodation is of a very high standard with a spacious room, balcony, comfortable bed and good shower. As there are 16 guests maximum it has a quiet, relaxed ambience and a lovely pool area. Breakfast was good and we also enjoyed two evening meals poolside. Within 10 mins walk there is a paved bathing area and another 15 min pleasant walk around the peninsula will take you to a larger beach area with inflatable water toys, a playground, bike hire, cafes & restaurants. You can be in Pula in 15 mins by taxi or car or c 20 mins to the airport. All the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful in every way.

I stayed in Villa Oasiss together with my sister during our Croatian trip. We have planned to spend 2 days visiting Pula but eventually we decided to go out one day and stay the second day at the hotel. It is the best place to stay if you want to relax and enjoy a pleasant atmosphere. Once you arrive you will be welcomed by the staff who cares about you as if you are their best friend. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with a private balcony. The view that you see is a view of the swimming pool and the area around. The food is fresh and tasty. Cooked by Stefan himself! Only thing I can suggest is you come here by car! The villa has parking so you don't need to worry. If you don't have a car then you'll get to use a bus to get to Pula. Stefan was so kind to take us around, helped us to find a supermarket on Sunday :) So the overall experience was amazing. Actually liked the hotel way more than the town itself :D

We had a perfect relaxed stay. Room, large balcony with table, chairs and a sunbed, Bedroom and bathroom all was to our liking. Every evening we had a delicious diner, prepared with fresh, local products. Especialy the fish was superb. The staff was very helpfull. A 10+ for them. Although a perfect large extremely clean pool, the poolside Itself felt a bit enclosed. No views to a garden, flowers or country side.
