The whole experience exceeded all our expectations. From the minute we stepped through the doors we were welcomed by the beautiful smiley face of Claire, the Manager who took us on a tour of the retreat. We were overwhelmed from the beginning to the end. Everything is first class and top quality. All the staff were super polite and always smiling, the classes were out of this world and the juices, wow they were delicious. We were never hungry and haven't slept so well in ages. The location is also stunning. We also met so many like minded fantastic friendly people who many were staying for their umpteenth time which is something in itself. We'll definitely be going back. We were lucky to be there when Jason was there and were happy to have beaten him at Pickle ball. A massive thanks to all for giving us an experience we'll never forget.…

The booking team are adorable!! The staff within the retreat are simply incredible at what they do and Mariana that does the colonics is so experienced at what she does. This now brings me onto the guest team. Jo is just the best guest manager you could ever wish to be allocated. She treated us so well with such attention to detail. Everything was perfectly led and she is so warm and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. She supports and encourages every step of the way. The personal touch this lady gives is 5*. She gets to know her guests and provides that extra special service. She is a gift!!! Amy the Yoga teacher is absolutely stunning at what she does. I’ve never met a yoga teacher so authentic in everything she does. Find her online for her simply wonderful classes at Fittayoga. Natalie the fitness instructor is an absolute gem. I didn’t go for the fitness side of things but I saw her classes and they were absolutely incredible! The amazing part for me was the beautiful Jo organising me meeting Jason Vale because she knew I’m a huge fan. This man is one of the purest souls I’ve ever met. His kindness and personal touch is like nothing over ever in my life seen. He is an absolute Juice Master in his soul and in his teaching. This place is truly wonderful. Everything is 5* quality! Our 8th visit here and each year I struggle to find something that would make it better but this year I found it....staying 2 weeks, we just didn't want to leave! The most amazing and magical week where you refind yourself, reset your health, push yourself out of your comfort zone and meet the most amazing people. No classes are compulsory so you don't feel that you have to join in but they are so great you want to. Jason's energy in his rebounding has to be seen to be believed, Elena's beautiful smile and encouraging giggles push you through the hardest keep fit sessions and Kenny's unique and wonderful yoga even made my stiff joints want to do it. The therapists were amazing as always and Tim did a fab job managing the week. And reception, cleaning and the juicing team just make everything so easy and pleasant. The juices are so filling, as crazy as it sounds you are never hungry and returning home 9lbs lighter is the greatest kickstart to a new journey. You cannot compare Juicy to any other holiday you just have to experience it.…

There is a sense of magic about this place - it offers an oasis of calm but with a spirit of "can do". The team - from guest manager, fitness instructor, yoga teacher, kitchen staff, front of house and everyone else - creates a welcoming, friendly, positive, kind and relaxing atmosphere. I have used Jason Vales juice recipes for a few years and completed some of his 5 and 7 day juice detoxes. I always felt amazing after and thought the juices were delicious. Decided to book a week at Juicy Oasis, its only my second solo holiday, booked an EcoPod. The communication throughout the booking and prep was perfect. The retreat is up in the mountains about 1 hour 45 from Lisbon Airport and you can pay for a pick up from the hotel. That suited me being solo and you straight away meet other guests ready to start their holiday. The Juicy Oasis is a stunning location, on a wide river with mountains surrounding, its like the energy of the river, the cool breeze, and birdsong stimulate your senses and revitalises you straight away. The whole team at JO are friendly, genuine, caring and professional. I met a bunch of wonderful people from all over the world, we had a common aim of wanting to improve ourselves/lives in same or different ways. I went to improve my energy/gut health/joint pains and start to get strong again. Also to manage my stress and anxiety. As a 53 year old woman, the menopause has slapped me about a bit and i was feeling old for the first time in my life. There was solo, couples, family members, mothers/daughters of all ages. You never feel alone, you can join in with anything or everything, its totally up to you, of course its better to make the most of the activities, but the ethos is to make yourself at home and the retreat is for the guests. A bonus was that the man himself Jason was there, with his energetic, witty banter and kicked off with the welcome talk, he did the volleyball tournament, the pickle ball, 80’s spin, juicing demo and goodbye talk with book and post-retreat support. Each evening the manager goes through the following days activities/times. While i was there i did 3 yoga sessions a day! I have only done a few classes previously, its all levels, just do what you can do, Amy is a phenomenal instructor, explains eloquently. She takes you on a journey of self care and taking care if your body. I cant believe the difference I feel from the aches and pains I had before. Emelina is a ball of energy fitness instructor with a music collection to get anyone up to have a go! Also a talented singer we were lucky to get a There is a spa, salt pool, hot tub, swimming pool, sauna, these are always open. Access to the river with swimming, paddle boarding and kyaking. Walks into the local areas and villages. The juices are full of variety, four times a day and delicious. You can have cryogenics and the colonic hydrotherapy is popular. I did have a session of both and felt the benefit. Paula made me feel as comfortable as one can feel having a colonic, such a true caring processional, and my daily pain and bloating has eased which is such a relief. Just back from what I can only describe as a truly healing and energising time in Juicy Oasis. I stayed in the newly built cocoons and was ideal to feel completely at peace with nature and time to gather my heart and soul. The daily optional itinerary was well thought out and organised. All of the staff and team at juicy have a genuine love to be there. That’s obvious as the average length of service is 6 years plus! Thank you to Karen, Sara, Emelina, Amy. The guests also love it too as so many are return guests. Paula, was my stand out member of the team. Very in tune in what she does. Reassuring, friendly and very professional. Her treatments really helped me on my healing journey. It’s an indulgent week to give to yourself but we need to remember to re invest in ourselves and fill our own cups to have the energy to go forth again to face life’s challenges. Dream holiday that was well worth the 10 year wait! Absolutely delivered on every level. Location is stunning, staff are so helpful and friendly it was amazing. Everything was done perfectly and Rochelle and Emmalina kept the pace and relaxing time perfectly balanced. Karen the resort manager is an absolute star, how she keeps going with her energy and enthusiasm is remarkable. No wonder most of the people there were on their return visits, lots of them multiple trips. We will be going back for sure. We lost nearly 2 stone between us and continue to juice (not 4 per day) and eat properly and we feel better every morning, just book it you won’t regret it!

The best thing i ever did as a solo traveller! I visited years back and I've longed to go back ever since! It's that time when i need to reflect,-be healthy and feel good and this is the perfect place to do so. I felt like a million dollar following the week long indulgence. I felt pampered, invigorated and loved every bit of the treatment. I am looking forward to returning this year.

We were in Viewless 14. It has a window but no terrace or balcony. It was large clean, en-suite and comfy. I loved it. Staff were amazing. I wasn’t hungry at all and the yoga, fitness, spin and volleyball kept us busy. The weather was amazing. Paddleboard ing on the reservoir was my relaxation. I will return. I will start saving my pennies.
