Heliades comprises of four 80 sq. meter townhomes and one 45 sq. meter one-bedroom apartment. All units offer views on the sea. Two townhomes and the apartment face West and Northwest opening on the bay of Molyvos, the Harbor, and the North Aegean. A third townhome faces North-Northwest towards the North Aegean and the straits with Turkey to the North. The Final Unit faces North-Northeast towards the straits of Turkey and Molyvos’ castle.

The only way to beat the experience of being in Molyvos is staying at Heliades. The location, the view, the proximity to the harbor, the amenities, the services and the comfort are unbeatable. The house care taker is very responsive and helpful. This is a great place for families with little children.

I cannot recommend this place enough to anyone visiting Lesbos! I stayed in Aetheria, which is a large, spacious unit overlooking the Aegean. It has everything you could want for a perfect vacation, with a kitchen and comfortable living room downstairs and two spacious bedrooms upstairs. Comfortable beds, air conditioning, fast wifi, and two bathrooms. The highlight is the large deck overlooking the Sea... perfect for meals, drinks, and hours reading and contemplating the view. The location is ideal, steps away from the beautiful Molyvos harbour with all its bars and restaurants and a few minutes walk to the beach and village centre. I can't wait for the next visit!

I have stayed at various Heliades Maisonettes over the years and the excellent experiences have kept me and my friends coming back for more. This year we stayed at Helia, the attractive one bedroom apartment, although we also have stayed in the maisonette Phoebe with its western 180 degree view of Turkey and the the Aegean Sea (perfect for summer sunsets). Helia is special as it has a terrace that spans the entire length of the apartment wonderfully increasing the size of the accommodation and there is private parking available just down the stairs from the apartment. Heliades is located on a beautiful residential street, perched just over the harbor and its many restaurants, cafe and bars. Simply minutes away but still far enough to retain its privacy and quiet. Helia's view over the harbor to the island's north shore is incredible. Access to both the local beach and the Agora shopping streets is also within walking distance, although do remember that Molyvos is built on a hillside and there are many ups and downs to manage away from the main road. But the major plus for me is the Krallis family who take every care to make you feel that you are their own special guests. I and my friends will be coming back for years to come.…

This is a gem of a facility overlooking the romantic port of Molyvos. New building with traditional architecture, combined with state of the art energy saving technologies like heat pumps, double glazing windows, etc. for the environment conscious. Great views of port and of sunset and short walk to Molyvos town. Owners friendly and cultivated, citizens of the world even though one of the oldest families of Molyvos.

I am still here at the hotel as I write this, I am so impressed by this place, I am writing while I have a bit of a down time. Beautiful views, beautiful suite, beautiful communication, modern but also traditional. Its amazing in every way possible. Coming back again next year!

The Heliades Maisonetes are perfect for a perfect vacation. We have stayed two families in July 2019 at the port seeing Masoinetes. The Owner is perfect lady with a perfect attitude for her guests. The Rooms are very clean and comfortable. All the rooms are well equipped. We have even found out that there is Turkish tea pot in our room. The location is perfect just a few steps above the little port of Molyvos. Only 5 minutes walk to the bakery in the town center. The terrace is perfect for both sun set and sun rise. The town is very lovely. There are lots of cats around the town everywhere and they are all very hungry. Please do not forget to give them water and food. Try to find your best restaurant but all the resaurants at the port is fine.
