There is a cult-like status for this extraordinary property with views on Psarou beach. Perfect for the beautiful and the damned, flocked by the glitterati, chosen by superstars, it is a cycladic settlement on the waterfront. It personifies the return of the trophy hotel: it is Psarrou, the super prime location. It is Mykonos Blu a seriously luxury resort with dizzying demand. And yes, its sence of history starts from the Delos antiquities to its very own star guests. Beach superstardom. A beach for people and yachts. Swim, shop, sunbathe, dance. Be among the summer jet set. Night lights in cobalt and turquoise blue. Resort highlight is its sleek white cave pool overlooking the sea. Shallow and deep interchange as light & shadow does. Breakfast is nothing short of spectacular served on white verandas with periscope views to the Big Blue. Global mykonian cuisine is a gastronomic experience.

We have just had a wonderful week at this superb hotel. We came by taxi from the airport which was €30 for 10 minute journey. Check in was smooth. We were greeted by Maria in the lobby and enjoyed a welcome drink and champagne in the bar area. She had also kindly upgraded our room.
We were in 405 which was a very large room with big comfy bed. 2 wardrobes. Safe, large TV. Sofa and chairs. There was a mini bar as well as a nespresso coffee machine.
The bathroom was very nice. A bath and a separate shower. Twin basins. Nice toiletries. Plenty of towels which were replenished every day. We had patio doors which led onto a small terrace and garden with a lovely sea view.

The hotel itself has been built into the steep Cliff and cascades down towards the beautiful beach and bay. There are infinity pools on multi levels and some of the rooms have their own private pools. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. The gardeners and housekeepers do a great job.
The interior of the hotel has been beautifully designed and decorated. The views from the bar area and restaurant are stunning.
We were here on a half board basis. The breakfast was a nice buffet with a very large selection of hot and cold items. The waiters brought us cappuccinos and there was plenty of fruit juices and champagne as well. The only thing I would say was an egg station would have been nice which you would usually get in a 5 star hotel.

We also enjoyed dinner here every evening. We managed to get through most of the choices on the menu and we never had a bad meal. The food was like eating in a fine dining restaurant every night. The waiting staff are all excellent and nothing is too much trouble for anyone. I hope I haven’t missed anyone’s out but Stefanos, Kostas, George, Alexandros, looked after us and they are a credit to the hotel.
We also used to enjoy a cocktail in the bar and the barman made us great strawberry daiquiris.

Food and drinks are fairly expensive here but so is Mykonos generally. We enjoyed some walks from the hotel as far as paradise beach one way and Mykonos town the other. We didn’t use the bus but it stops outside the hotel.
We enjoyed relaxing on the beach. Very comfortable sun beds and nice parasols. The water is beautiful, a little chilly in October but I swam every day in the calm waters. Weather was perfect .We had a lovely holiday at this wonderful hotel. We will definitely be coming back. I would highly recommend it.

Dear larnerdarren, Thank you for sharing your wonderful experience at our superb hotel. We're delighted to hear about your stay, and we appreciate your detailed feedback. Your description of your arrival via taxi from the airport, the smooth check-in, and the warm welcome by Maria with a drink and champagne in the bar area is fantastic. We're thrilled that she also upgraded your room to make your stay even more special. Room 405 sounds like a comfortable and spacious haven with its big bed, wardrobes, safe, large TV, sofa, chairs, mini bar, and Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom, complete with a bath, separate shower, twin basins, nice toiletries, and plenty of towels replenished daily, seems like a luxurious space. The patio doors leading to a small terrace and garden with a sea view offer a lovely spot to enjoy the surroundings. The design of the hotel, built into the steep cliff cascading down towards the beach and bay, is indeed unique. The infinity pools on multiple levels and some rooms with private pools are special features, and we're pleased to know that the grounds are beautifully landscaped. Our dedicated gardeners and housekeepers work hard to maintain the beauty of the place. The interior design and decoration of the hotel, as well as the stunning views from the bar area and restaurant, are greatly appreciated. Being on a half-board basis, the extensive breakfast buffet with a variety of hot and cold items, along with cappuccinos, fruit juices, and champagne, sounds like a great way to start the day. We appreciate your suggestion for an egg station. It's wonderful to hear that you enjoyed dinner every evening and that the food felt like dining in a fine restaurant. Your mention of the excellent waiting staff, including Stefanos, Kostas, George, and Alexandros, is a credit to the hotel. Their attentiveness is truly appreciated. Relaxing on the beach with comfortable sunbeds and parasols, and enjoying the beautiful water, even in October, is a great way to unwind. We understand that Mykonos can be a bit expensive, and we appreciate your understanding of the cost. Thank you for highly recommending our hotel and for sharing your experience. We're looking forward to welcoming you back in the future. If you have any specific requests or plans for your return visit, please feel free to let us know. We're here to make your stay even more special. Warm regards, Vassilis Ouranos General Manager

This is our third visit in Mykonos, second visit at Mykonos Blu and we are once again over the moon!
COVID-19 measures: I must say, I am so impressed to see all staff, even when working alone and despite the heat wearing their mask All the time (and gloves for those working on the private beach of the hotel).
The hotel has a sanitary kit for each guests with mask and gel. Hand sanitizer can be found everywhere throughout the hotel.
The hotel setting is perfect for social distancing too and they arranged the loungers accordingly too.
They staggered the breakfast to avoid the crowd at the same time and offer you pastries, cakes, fruits, bread as soon as you are seated followed by an a la carte menu of eggs and crepes/pancakes.
You can pre book the gym to yourself or have weights and yoga mat sent to your room.
The General Manager is extremely professional, running from one outlet to another, always with a smile. He came to introduce himself to us and tell us about the improvement of the hotel (new pool and beach furnitures).
The food is excellent (quite an extensive menu for lunch by the pool or on your loungers at the beach), for dinner it is as tasty and generous as for lunch.
The hotel’s location is on one of the best beach (cavo Psarou) where the famous Nammos beach club is too.
Rooms are spacious (and we saw a few categories) but I recommend one with a sea view so your view is not blocked by another building. They have some with garden, private pool, balcony high up... many options to choose from and it’ll definitely can make a different if this is important to you. Currently in room 755 and loving it!

20/10 would recommend. Service was the best I’ve ever experienced. We requested items to the room a couple times (extra towels, shower gel, water) and it always came in under 2 minutes. Staff were always smiling.
Breakfast was delicious. Beach snack menu and cocktails also excellent.
View from our room, stunning.
Path to the private beach from our room had a beautiful view as well and didn’t go through the reception or restaurant, so it felt more like a villa in a beautiful town than a hotel room.
Will be back.

We enjoyed a truly amazing 7 night stay at this beautiful, majestic hotel. Upon arrival we were greeted by staff and the manager who were so very welcoming and friendly, ensuring us all the safety procedures put into place, and to ask them if we were worried about anything. We were upgraded to a beachfront suite, which was a nice surprise especially as this was for my boyfriend’s birthday!

We cannot begin to describe how beautiful this hotel is. To start off, breakfast was brought out in a beautiful a-la-carte style which is very classy in our personal opinion, as well as a hot menu that you are able to order from. The breakfast area overlooks the Mediterranean sea, making it even more so magical and relaxing.

The hotel has its own private part of Psarou beach, one of the best beaches on the Island and provided us with towels, sun loungers and umbrellas. The infinity pool is stunning and the hotel is designed in such a beautiful, traditional Mykonian architecture. The view from the hotel is absolutely incredible.

By taxi it is only 10 mins from the town centre, but we would suggest if you’d like to save money instead of spending €15 there and and back (the taxi’s don’t have meters so they just say whatever fits for them wherever you are going but this is the usual amount to town), there is a bus stop right outside the hotel - it’s only €1.80 per person.

The whole team of staff were so attentive, smiley and warm, which honestly made our stay. They have a hotel WhatsApp managed by reception where anything you needed you could message, and it would be sorted right away.

Once again, thank you so much for such an incredible stay. We will definitely be back once again next year, when hopefully things will be settled and go back to how they once were!

My wife and I went to Mykonos for the weekend and chose to stay at the Mykonos Blu.

There is no doubt we made the right choice. This is an outstanding hotel in all respects. The hotel staff were brilliant, very polite and always ready to assist and accommodate all our needs.

The location is superb as well. Overlooking the most famous beach on the island (Psarou beach), with panoramic views and its own private section at the beach with free sunbeds and umbrellas for hotel guests.

Rooms are very elegant and comfortable, most of them with superb views of Psarou beach. We were also offered a free upgrade to a room with a swimming pool which was of course greatly appreciated.

The hotel can also arrange for you private transfers to the town (chora) and the airport for reasonable prices. Both are not far away (around 3-4 kilometers).

Special thanks to the hotel manager and all the staff for making this a memorable weekend for us. We look forward to visiting the hotel again soon.

Lovely hotel overlooking Psarou beach which is less commercialized than the nearby massively-commercial Platis Yialos beach which is 5 min walk away. Everything is very clean and staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is fantastic (with help yourself Pol roger sparkling wine). Lovely set of infinity pools overflowing into each other but these are filled with cold sea water. Food and drink is expensive but the excellent Nikos Gallop Taverna is just over the road.

Our room was big but had a large empty space due to the minimalist furnishing. Also only 2 available power sockets and only one mirror in the bathroom which could not be used with the hairdryer.

If you want to go to the (heavily commercialized) old town in Mykonos a comfortable modern bus stops outside the Taverna opposite, takes 10 - 15 min and costs euro 1.80 each way.

Nearby small supermarkets are v expensive and it would be better to go on the bus and find a larger shop used by locals.

The trip to Delos with a guided tour is worth doing - it's the largest archaeological site in Europe.

I stayed to Mykonos Blu for 11 days. The hotel is beautiful, with mykonian architecture, not too modern, very nice decorated, many nice details all around, with a cute touch of blue donkeys around the public spaces. The rooms were nice, one of them huge, amazing front view over the sea. The location is great, the beach is beautiful and not too windy thanks to the location in between hills. Great swimming place as there are no waves.
It is close to some great restaurants and to the town, very easy access with private transfers or rental car.
The restaurants are nice, good food, cute tables decorated with aromatic plants and having amazing view, breakfast was very well organized for the Covid times, served at the table. Lunch by the pool was good with fresh sashimi that i loved. The bar had good bellinis.
The staff is amazing, one of the most friendly i ever met. Many thanks to Anastasia at reception for all her help and nice words and to Christoforos, at the restaurant, for all his kind attention to all my family’s needs. Also for the great lessons in Greek wines and Greek language!
Special thanks to Mr. A. Papaioannou, the General Manager, who is often around and very attentive, making your stay as great as it can get.

Grecotel Mykonos Blu is my favourite five-star hotel on the island and I highly recommend the hotel for your next visit to Mykonos!
The location is perfect, only 5 – 10 minutes from Mykonos Town by car.
This luxury hotel offers breathtaking and unique views over the most beautiful and famous beach on the island – Psarou. Also, it offers a private beach area for hotel guests only.
The pool area is awesome day and night, with a great atmosphere. The lunch experience I had this year in the restaurant was excellent!
Rooms are amazing, absolutely clean, huge and comfortable with stunning sea views. Highly recommend the pool suites, each one is unique, has a private patio with a pool and direct view over the sea.
Last but not least – the staff are professional, offer a high level of service, so friendly and helpful! Special thanks to the general manager, Mr. Alexandros Papaioannou, for the warm welcome! Every time he takes care to make our stay unforgettable!
Looking forward to coming back next summer!

I am a Grecotel loyalty member and have stayed on its properties across Greece. Until this trip, my favorite property was Corfu Imperial. However, the Mykonos Blu's secret sauce is their people. The team does an amazing job of providing a warm, friendly, welcoming retreat in Psarou beach. My wife and I spent 5 nights and hated to leave. From the moment we arrived, Manolis (Thank You!) was there to help with our luggage, handle our car, provide a welcoming greeting and room escorting. The concierge service was great in helping us during our stay. The room was beautifully appointed, clean, and kept fresh. The housekeeping team even found an earring that my wife thought she had lost. The quality of the team at Mykonos Blu combined with a superb location makes for a perfect stay. We look forward to returning...!

If we could rate this hotel with 6 Stars, we would. From the moment you arrive you are greeted by immaculately dressed staff who make you feel like you belong. You are taken to a balcony that looks over Psarou Beach and it is literally breathtaking. Paradise. Mykonos Blu is exactly as you read on other reviews and see in the photos. A world class five star property with staff to match. It is a first for us in Mykonos and we have been recommended this island for many years and finally we managed to escape for my partners 40th birthday for four nights with no children. Only a second for us. The location is unbeatable and this has to be up there if not the best on the island. We were greeted with a welcome drink then a room upgrade. In the room were bubbly and a Happy Birthday cake. Such attention to detail. The hotel is spotless too. The white washed walls and blue touches remind you every second you are in pure Grecian luxury. Every team member from the waiting staff to the cleaners are at the top of their game. They all remember your name and even room number! The. Food may as well be Michelin star and choices are abound. Drinks are plentiful too. My only point and it’s not a complaint is that the prices are some of the most expensive anywhere we have been in the world. €120 a bottle of Rose we would pay £10 on Asda! But, when in Mykonos. Thank you all for everything. We are booking to come back next year and we’ll be staying right here! I am typing this from our balcony overlooking the Mediterranean Ocean, where else! Alan and Jade

Dear Natalie B, I trust this message finds you well. We would like to extend our gratitude for considering our establishment for your upcoming stay in September. Your interest is greatly appreciated. In response to your query regarding transportation to Mykonos town from our premises, please note the following: Regrettably, we no longer offer a shuttle service as mentioned in earlier correspondence. However, we remain committed to ensuring the utmost convenience for our guests and recommend the following alternatives: Taxi Services: Taxis are readily available, providing swift and efficient transfers to Mykonos town. Fares generally range between €20 to €25, contingent on traffic conditions and time of day. Public Transportation (Buses): The local public bus system offers a cost-effective and reliable mode of transportation between our hotel and Mykonos town. We advise you to consult our staff for the most current bus schedule, as timings may vary.
