I could not fault this hotel the rooms were basic but very clean the maid came in every day and the bedding and towels were changed twice a week. The snack bar served breakfasts lunches and evening meals ,the prices were very reasonable and the food was good and very tasty.there were two pools one with a jacuzzi which was well used while we were there.I think it is suitable for both families and couples all the staff are very friendly and helpful. We would be happy to return in the future.

Danny's hotel was really nice for a chill out week in the sun. We stayed in a superior studio which was clean and comfortable and had a lovely view over the quieter of the two pools. In our opinion, it would be nice if they'd get new towels for the rooms as they were extremely thin. We had to request for the towels to be changed on a couple of occasions as we wanted fresh ones but it was no issue. Danny's is at the far end of the resort which made for a lovely walk through Alykanas to the next resort of Alykes which didn't take long and had a lovely range of restaurants. The main pool area seemed much busier and the bar was friendly and lively. If you're looking for a good 3* property that's clean and friendly then this is a great choice!

Fully deserving as ever of the full 5 stars. We had a wonderful here and met up with old and new friends. Dannys always has the sound of laughter in it and this is due to the atmosphere created by Yiannis and Ioanna. We have visited here many times and it remains an excellent place for a holiday. The rooms are clean, all the staff are very friendly and the hosts are lovely people. Prices are fair and the quality of food is very good and equally fairly priced. Simply a great lace for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Such a great place for breakfast/dinner cannot fault any of the food or the service if you are a picky eater like me this is not a problem here they will cater for anyone our waiter Tony made our experience 10/10 highly recommended it, we will definitely be back

Such a friendly welcoming place, room was good, facilities were excellent, and staff were not only friendly and welcoming but really went above and beyond what was expected, I will be re-booking for next year again.

This was our second time in Alykanas and first time at Danny's. We will be back ... in fact I have it ready to book for next year as soon as we get home. The rooms are basic but everything you need is there. The bathrooms are like wet rooms with a drain in the middle of the floor and yes the floor gets wet. I don't understand why this would be an issue for some. Certainly wasn't for us. The food and drinks a the pool bar are fantastic and reasonably priced and the gardens an scenery are stunning. Both pools are beautifully clean and extremely well kept. A very relaxing place to be and feels very safe. More amazing than any of that are the staff. From the cleaners who do brilliant job every day to the family who run the hotel, every single one has been friendly, positive and literally couldn't do enough for us. We came with a large family group. 2 rooms had to be changed for convenience and mobility issues, this was catered to quickly without any hesitation. On our final night I suffered an asthma emergency. The owner of the hotel dropped whatever he was doing to find the medication I needed to not have to go to hospital. This is phenomenal customer service and genuine care for the people who stay with them. We have never stayed in a better hotel anywhere in the world. Thank you to everyone at Dannys! Bit of a mixed review for Danny's. My room was large but I did pay a lot as a solo traveller (met family there). Sheets and towels changed daily but the curtains looked like they had been mauled by a cat! Some staff very friendly some not so much. I was charged three different prices for the same drink depending on who served me. Not my cup of tea but quiz night, karaoke and bingo if you like that sort of thing. My main grump is that I like to have a little elbow room when eating breakfast or sunbathing - too many tables and sunbeds packed into the small space. Shout out to David and Nicos in Danny's Bar who were lovely !!

Second visit to these apartments and won't be the last. What makes it so special are the family who own and run the apartments and all of the staff who work there. A lovely atmosphere throughout the whole complex.

A fantastic time at Danny’s as always and this was our 11th visit to date! As soon as we arrive it’s complete relaxation with the most amazing hosts the Malapetsas Family and all their fantastic staff making our stay every time so perfect 😍 We always book a superior room but all the rooms are nice and kept spotlessly clean by the hard working team of cleaners & you’ll also have fresh towels and bed linen almost every day too which is great. There are self catering facilities if you need them but we only use the fridge for cold drinks etc as the food at Danny’s is 5* and at great prices too so head to the pool bar and you won’t want to leave it. All the grounds and pool areas are kept pristine and there’s plenty of sunloungers for chilling during the day. The on-site shop has everything you need should you have forgotten any essentials or if you fancy any snacks/drinks to have in your room. Having read some earlier reviews on here I’m thinking these guests must have stayed at a different hotel 😳 As a travel agent I have recommended Danny’s to many of my customers and now they also come back year after year which again speaks for itself and we have booked twice again for next year too & it can’t come quick enough!!…

This is a very welcoming hotel. The atmosphere is warm. The staff are excellent . We had the basic room and it had everything we needed. It was spotlessly clean. The food is very reasonably priced and good. We found the other guests to be very friendly. I can see why so many people go back. It is well placed- off the main road, but very near to bars and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and, if we came back to Zante, would definitely stay at Danny’s again.
