Well we stayed end august beginning September and the apartments are spotless the pool area is so clean Ektor is brilliant and accommodating and friendly spyro is excellent with the food all is amazing. Alex is excellent with cocktails highly recommend. A team of truly exceptional genuine people right there and we love them and the apartments . They worked SO hard after the storm which was heartbreaking but they have true spirit and deserve tons of support and credit. See you next year x

We’ve just got back from another wonderful 2-week holiday & stay at Mythos Studios, Troulos Skiathos. We arrived after Storm Daniel had happened & apart from the fact that the pool was unavailable to use due to damage you wouldn’t have even known and this was because of the amount of work Ecktor, Spiros & Alex had done in such a short space of time. To hear about & see photos of what had happened was just terrible. There was only Ecktor & Spiros there when we arrived as Alex had gone back home (plus the hard working cleaners) and as always their hospitality, time & helpfulness was wonderful & nothing is ever too much trouble. Ecktor arranged a quad bike for a couple of days for us & even when there seemed to be an issue with it overheating he just called them & asked for the bike to be swapped (which they did). I would definitely recommend getting a quad as we went high up into the mountains which was amazing & such a different experience to being on the beach everyday (even though I love the beach). I would also recommend having it arranged by Ecktor just in case you experience any sort of problem. In terms of places to eat we cannot recommend highly enough Troulos Bay Hotel & Jasteri both wonderful places to eat with fantastic food. We also tried Ratatouille this year too which was also nice. If your looking for something small to eat at lunch time the bakery does the most amazing baguettes, cakes & doughnuts! Yet another great holiday at Mythos Apartments. Unfortunately storm Daniel arrived creating havoc on the island. However this did not dampen our stay. Yes the weather was horrendous for 2 days, but Ector Alex and Spyros went out of their way and worked extremely hard from early morning to late evening to alleviate problems caused by the storm. As usual they are excellent hosts who were are most helpful, polite and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them. The apartments are very clean and cleaned every day (except Sunday which is a well deserved day off for the hard work of the cleaners ) or as requested. The bar, pool and pool area is very clean and tidy and the pool one of the best pools we have ever swam in. Spyros makes a fantasic Greek salad, chips and pizza, would well recomend eating here during the day. Highly recomend staying here at Mythos apartments, a truly great family run business. Resturants to visit, Sunrise is about 5 minutes walk away, Ratatouille about 12 minutes walk, Captain Nikos - Appaloosa about 15 minutes walk. Also Troulos Bay hotel which is right on the beach. All are reasonably priced, with good friendly service.…

We recently returned from 2 weeks at Mythos Studios in Troulos, during which we experienced the devastation caused by Storm Daniel. Our first week was excellent, lovely weather, great food and the apartment complex first class. Troulos has several excellent restaurants and the bus service into Skiathos Town is good, although it can be crowded at peak times. Located in a peaceful area of Troulos, Mythos pool and bar area are superb the apartments are basic but spotlessly clean. The bar serves excellent food at lunchtime, the pizzas are amazing, as are the cocktails. The staff, both bar and cleaning, led by Ektor, are so helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Sadly, mid way through our stay, Storm Daniel hit devastating the whole island, including Mythos Studios. Despite this, Ektor and his team battled through, cleaning and ensuring the safety and welfare of his guests during very uncertain times. We cannot recommend Mythos Studios enough, thank you Ektor, Alex, Spiros and the rest of the team for all your hard work. The "Huggies" will be back!…

Just back from 2 weeks including the tail end of Hurricane Daniel. Yes it is a 3 star hotel but what you get is a great swimming pool, a bar which is both very reasonably priced but also serves fantastic pizzas. We have nothing but praise for the team particularly Ektor, his son Alex and Spiro's who went above and beyond during and after the storm. Thank you guys and all of your lovely staff. Having had such a lovely family holiday last year at the Mythos Studios, we decided to return & were not disappointed. All guests receive a warm & friendly welcome. Our very comfortable updated rooms were kept lovely & clean ( on guests request, by leaving keys in basket) The Air conditioning worked extremely well, ( my wife actually thinks it saved her life, as we arrived at the end of the heatwave in July, with temps pushing 40c!) The pool & bar area has a relaxed & quiet atmosphere & we met some lovely other guests. The accommodation & business is family run & Ektor, Alex & Spiro's work so hard to ensure all guests have a great stay. The bar food is delicious & available all day. They are always there to give you advice on places to visit, helpful information or just for a friendly chat! Thank you again Ektor, Alex & Spiro's for looking after us so we'll, but I'm afraid your never going to be able to get rid of us now!!! See you next Summer!…

We stayed here for 10 days at the end of August. 2 adults, 2 children. We had 2 rooms and even though they weren't next to each other it didnt bother us in the slightest. The rooms themselves are exactly as I expected for self catering on a Greek Island. The beds were super comfy and the shower worked perfectly - warm water came out of it - what more do you need. The fridge and the air con did its job. Thats all you really need when the weather is perfect without a cloud in the sky. The staff were all excellent and always on hand to help with anything. Great little bar for some speedy snacks and cold drinks. We found the pool area to be busy but very very quiet in noise and at times when our kids were the only kids about it did feel a bit awkward with some older people giving the "look" when the kids played in the pool. There was a pool a few minutes away that had a lot more families so we tended to go there most afternoons. Mythos pool was also very deep. The kids (12 and 9) couldnt stand up in the main pool. All in all a great holiday and I would highly recommend it.…

What a gem of a find.. everything is spot on and more. Great studios with big walk in showers. Water pressure great. Towels fluffy & soft. Maid service as and when required so you can sleep in if you wish. Pool is so fresh & clean with ample space and sunbeds. Pool very deep which we loved. Snack food is lovely usually made by the quiet one of a great family Spiros... bar area great to cool down in and meet up before heading off for evening meals. Hector (?) & Alex really helpful and knowledgeable when and if needed.. Sorted a car out for a couple of days for us and our Taxi (luxury Mercedes van) for airport... nothing too much trouble for this family to make sure you enjoy your stay... Alex keep working on those Margaritas 🍹 for our return... Cosmos already perfect! Even the wrestling boys want to return.... thank you for making our stay so relaxing and perfect. xxx…

What a fantastic place this is. The staff, Ektor, Alex and Spiros (not in order of importance) were hardworking, friendly and professional at all times. Our room (204) was brilliant with a walk in shower big enough for 4 people. The room had a kitchen pod like thingy with a sink, electric hob with an extractor above, a fridge and cups and plates and things stored on a rack above the sink. We had a selection of furniture and beds which was ample for our 14 night stay. The room also had air con which worked a treat and it was worth every penny. The pool was fantastic and had sunbeds including the big plastic white ones suitable for large fat people like myself, saves smashing the ones intended for normal size people. The heart of the place was the bar area, thats the office, kitchen and bar. A selection of bar meals can be had between 12 and 4 with the bar open all day until 12 at night. Try every thing its great, the pizza being our favorite. The prices were good. the whole place was clean and tidy and the regulars around the bar were kind and friendly. It was the first time for us in Skiathos having visited loads of Greek islands, fantastic. Got to mention the sunrise restaurant which is the first place you pass on the way to anywhere food was excellent. the beach is great and there is a good bus service. A fantastic holiday in a fantastic place with fantastic staff. Thank you all, thanks for the lift into town, the banana creams and the TV we nicked out of our room, got £13 on ebay for it. This place is a gem !!! Set amongst beautiful trees and out the way . Such a special place , not to noisy , friendly and very clean . The owners are amazing and nothing is to much trouble . We will be revisiting for sure
