Cons: Decent but worn - Food on Princess properties has been sub-par which is disappointing Very spread out and shuttles were not running on time Pros: great scenery and friendly staff Hoping the cruise portion of this tour is better food wise

We were there within days of opening so the staff was fixing a few hiccups (credit card processing wasn't working for a while so lines for coffee were very long). Great restaurants and gift shops. Room was similar to a hotel room but fine. We did this as part of a Princess Land tour. Very convenient to Denali National Park,...

The lodge has great views of the river and mountains. We stayed in building B, which has the best view on the property. The rooms are good, not great. But frankly, you won't want to be in the room anyway given the views and activities nearby. The lodge is across the street from a strip mall - convenient but not...

Although a little spread out, trails link all of the buildings and the area is quite pretty. Room was large and had coffee/tea service, and all bathroom toiletries were mounted on a shower wall, but, sadly, no body lotion. There are computers in the main lobby areas for accessing the internet, and wifi throughout the property. The restaurants are pricey...

Stayed here as part of Princess cruise. Water faucet leaked/sprayed water over wife. Fixed second day. Closed captioning on TV didn't work. Fixed end of second day. Gap in door framing - not fixed at all. Customer relations full of promises but very short on action.

We stayed here as part of our Alaska cruise with Princess, our room was very musty, whilst it looked ok, there was paint peeling off in the bathroom. Walls thin and also when the neighbours flushed or showered we heard it too. Bed was comfy. The main lodge is lovely not accommodation but guest areas eg shops, cafe and reception....

Lovely, rustic themed lodge, exceptional view of Mt. McKinley (Denali) good dinning options at affordable prices. Hiking trails on the grounds. Beautiful cozy gathering room with fireplace. Couple of main lodges contain foyer, gift shop, restaurants. Rooms are spread out in a series of 2 storey lodges, for those with limited mobility, there is a complementary shuttle on the property....

Not too bad but not as nice as McKinley. Denali lodge was mostly concrete and not as open as McKinley. The rooms are smaller but adequate. The restaurants were meh. Places to eat across the highway and more shops and tour peddlers. Typically overpriced food and shopping.

Nice rooms and very friendly hotel staff. Bulgarian student workers in town very friendly as well. Food in grizzly bar amazing and great view. Great place to stay. Do the tundra wilderness tour. Kind of chilly in May.

The accommodations, foods, shops and views are fantastic. The staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. You feel like part of the family. The Music of Denali show was really fun too. I took a glass class too! Michelle was so nice.
