Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Really liked this hotel. Our room was on the 4th floor overlooking the swimming pool & airport. I have seen reports that floors 1&2 are better but everything worked in our room. The decor is probably due a make over but we were very comfortably. Was a bit worried about the airport but in fact it was a nice feature & we enjoyed watching the planes come & go. Every hotel in the area would hear them. But Divani has the advantage of being set back on the side of a hillside with a spectacular view of the lagoon and amazing sunsets. Overall the hotel was quiet and relaxing.

The accommodation is depressing. Bit of a downer after a wonderful stay in paxos. Only booked one night luckily as a stop gap before our flight home. Don't even get tea or coffee or watwr in the room just an overpriced mini bar. Location is pretty grim but is near a bus stop. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was OK, some of the staff were pretty grouchy. Give it a miss.

The hotel scores good marks. Location: 12 minutes from the old town, but bus service right outside the entrance (2A) is very consistent and modern. Access to highways for driving is handy. Close to the airport means there is some plane noise although we didn’t find it a problem. The rooms were very clean, with a minor note about super firm mattress. The dining room staff was very friendly and the breakfast offerings were very good. Nice small pool with chaise lounges was also enjoyable.

Booked a couple of nights here before catching our ferry back to the mainland where we live. We have stayed at the Ariti Grand a 10 minute walk away several times but they were fully booked but we knew the area. Initial impressions were good. The reception area, glass lifts and communal areas were nice. Our room was functional at best. No tea or coffee in the room, not even a biscuit 😢 Twin beds pushed together. Grubby curtains. Balcony overlooked the back workings of the hotel and a rusty old van with the doors ripped off, lovely! Tiny bath with shower over and a shower curtain (for a four star hotel, really?). And whoever thought of a full length mirror in the shower needs shooting 🤣🤷‍♀️ The pool area was lovely. Nice sun loungers and chairs, plenty of space and a lovely clean pool. Breakfast was a good selection but would have preferred scrambled eggs without the addition of feta cheese and tomatoes for breakfast. A shame about the smokers. We sat outside but were soon enveloped in smoke so had to move inside. A shame as sitting inside was quite sterile, we preferred the balcony. Maybe the hotel could have no smoking sections outside for the healthy and people who prefer not to stink of an old ashtray. Some people literally sat drinking 8-10 cups of coffee and chain smoking 🚬 We walked to a local restaurant one night but the other we went in the restaurant. We didn’t realise there was a buffet option as well as a la carte. We checked it out as one of us doesn’t eat meat and usually dips out but it was surprisingly good. We ate on the balcony, luckily no smokers and had a bottle of wine and the buffet. It was lovely, overlooking the pool which was lit up. We ate at the pool bar and again, although expensive, the food was lovely and a salad was enough to share. All the staff were lovely, friendly and smiling. A big thank you to Spiros on reception who gave us tickets for the bus to Corfu to save us a few Euros. A nice hotel but pay a bit more for the refurbished sea view rooms.

An older style Corfu hotel. This is located a short distance from the airport and with views of the runway. It has a swimming pool with bar. It is designed more for the mature traveller and a 10min car / Taxi journey from Corfu town. There are a few restaurants 15min walk away.

At first arrived at night, put in a garden room ground floor, asked to be moved to floor 4 at a premium cost of 70 euros per night, for better views, rooms very comfortable cleaners excellent, food breakfasts cannot fault great choices For all tastes. Staff very friendly , great pool lots of sun beds. In general lovely hotel not really a holiday destination felt more like a travel lodge, overpriced drinks at bars, noisy aircraft landings near by.. overall pleasant stay difficult to be negative but falls below what I would consider a holiday hotel and accommodation

Yes you can hear the planes but we didint find it over powering. It was actually quite nice to see them taking off. Thought it was nice hotelWe had lovely room at second floor. Nice bed pillows, clean. Location maybe is the only thing but to be fair its 10-15 min walk to restaurant or bus ride to old town.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough, having switched to this hotel last minute (due to poor feed back from another hotel we had booked) and we were so please we had, and would not hesitate in returning. The staff through out were amazing, especially Christos at the pool bar/restaurant very friendly and nothing was to much trouble. Sun beds always available in the morning, no mad rush or people reserving them as we’ve experienced in other hotels. The rooms were clean and modern as was the whole hotel. Breakfast was included for us and was good with plenty of options. We did eat in the restaurant a couple of times and the food was very good. Close to the Airport and you can even see the runway but far enough that you do not really hear the planes. Corfu town is about 10 mins bus ride from the stop outside hotel and would 100% recommend visiting during the day and at night as this is when it really comes to life. All in all we couldn’t fault anything in the 8 nights we stayed, was one of the best holidays we’ve had in while.

Our stay in the Divani Hotel was pleasant, beautiful and modern structure, excellent breakfast, staff available to satisfy any need. We had arrived very early, before the check in time, and we wanted to leave our suitcases to be able to go to the beach immediately, the staff was very kind, they made us put our suitcases in a room and gave us the opportunity to use all hotel facilities, including the swimming pool.
