We were booked into this hotel in 2020 and then Covid hit so we had to cancel they were very understanding and refunded all our money so we knew we had to return and were so glad we did. The hotel is a short 5 minute walk from Ipsos beach and has plenty of parking if you have a car. It is up a slight hill if you have mobility issues but you should be oaky. Our room was clean and had everthing we needed.If you can get a sea view for great views.The room was also cleaned daily. The Wi FI was strong and worked all over the hotel. The grounds are well kept and the pool area was amazing with plenty of comfotable sun beds and a view over the Ionian sea. All the staff we met were helpful and friendly. The breakfast is buffet style and had all the usual Greek options and was served from 07.30 to 11.00. They do serve food around the pool in the day but I don't think they serve food in the evenings but don't worry as there are many great restaurants on the Ipsos strip and further away ie Dassia/Corfu Town. If you are arrring by the number 7 bus just get off at City hall and walk down the road by En El Mar bar and you will find the sign for the hotel in a couple of minutes. We have had such a fantastic stay here - Marios and his amazing team are all so lovely and friendly and nothing is too much to ask. The Pool is wonderful, flanked by the beautiful olive grove with stunning views of the sea and onto Albania, the mountains and surrounding olive groves. The rooms are very nice and cleaned daily with comfortable beds and great sea views. The breakfast - wow - absolutely outstanding and from 7.30AM to 11AM (for our teenagers this was a godsend as they got to go out to the early hours and still get a lie in !!!) fresh bread, meats, Greek salad, eggs, greek honey & yoghurt. The hotel staff are all extremely nice and friendly and very helpful indeed. For the close proximity to The Strip you can hear absolutely nothing and could be 10KM away rather than 250M A wonderful hotel that all the family thoroughly enjoyed. We’ll be back for sure.…

Hotel Yannis is a lovely hotel with very good rooms and lovely swimming pool. We had 5 nights here after staying in a villa in Nisaki. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful. Very good breakfast. The only complaint was that at nighttime the bar was dead. This meant we didn’t get to chat with the other guests Ipsos is a bit run down with a lot of empty shop fronts. Still managed to find some good restaurants.

i market the general impression with "excellent" not to downgrade the general marked received from other customers. still, on the first day i received a room with a very bad smell due to a moister wall it has. So the first night was very bad. Next day a was moved with no comments from the guests (i believe they knew from the beginning about the smell) to other room...no compensation received. the rest of the holiday was excellent to this location, good breakfast, cleaning, environment. the bar was very expensive (ex: mytos 330 ml 4.5 eur) comparing with other bars

This is a fab apartment complex. Pool is amazing with fab views of mountains and olive groves. Rooms great and kept so clean. Beds are really comfy. Had a superior room with air conditioning and lovely shower in bathroom. Lovely sea views. Breakfast was outstanding, lovely fresh bread, meats, Greek salad, eggs, greek honey & yoghurt. And it was from 7.30am - 11am. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Had a couple of treatments, massage & soothing body treatment. Did a great boat trip. Had a few lovely pina coladas from the pool bar. Although apartments are just above the strip with bars and restaurants you can’t hear a thing. And there’s electric gates to access the property so feels very secure. All in all - can’t wait to go back next year(or sooner!)

A lovely family run hotel in secluded ground set back from the hustle and bustle of the Ipsos beach strip. Verily welcoming and attentive staff. Room was comfortable and cleaned every day. Breakfast was very Greek in style so lots of sweet things to eat. Fruit and all the usual‘continental’ items as well as hot options. Ad a 3 star hotel it offers way more and the grounds and swimming pool area is outstanding with views over to the sea. We would definitely recommend and stay there again. The proprietor Marios and his wife did everything we could wish for to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Marios arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport that was there to meet us even though our plane was delayed. Spot on !

The hotel is lovely, with really nice grounds. It’s surrounded by olive trees and has a nice pool area. There are sunbeds with parasols and some sheltered cabana type sunbeds. You can tell the owners have really put a lot of thought and care in to the whole place. All of the staff are lovely. The breakfast is amazing, with something for everyone. No request is too much, with the staff happy to bring you drinks and food to your sunbed or to your room and happy to arrange taxi’s for you. The hotel is a short walk from the main street but you feel like you’re far away as you don’t hear any noise or traffic and have great sea views.

Really nice private and safe hotel. Good breakfast, private pool, parking, private garden and even for kids some rabbits and parrot to see. Allways clean hotel and helpful stuff. Lobby in the pool bar building, off season probably in the main building. Gates are usually closed but You have a key if You stay there.

I was in this hotel twice. I love Korfu very much and I love this hotel and didn`t search for its equivalent. When we first arrived to hotel after our flight delay a charming girl brought food to our room as a compensation of missed dinner. Always a welcome drink and pastries while checking in. Very kind and friendly staff who is always ready to help. Clean cosy rooms with beautiful view. Breakfast and dinner are perfect, very tasty food. The territory of the hotel is piсterusque with good swimming pool and luxuriant vegetation. Visited this hotel in September 2017 and 2018.

Great hotel, in a central but quiet area of Ipsos, only 100 metres from the beach up a short hill which may not suit people with mobility problems. Very close to all that Ipsos has to offer, great restaurants/cafe/bars. Our room was spacious, well furnished and maintained. We opted for the sea view and it was lovely! Breakfast room was light and airy with attentive, friendly staff. Plenty of choice for breakfast but surprised that there was no toaster, everything was fresh and well presented, frequently replenished. Pool and area including the garden was very pretty, clean and tidy. Reception staff very friendly and efficient and helpful when asked advice. Hotel was quiet and would be suitable for all travellers, we loved it!
