For over 20 years the Sea Breeze family hotel has been welcoming guests to our little paradise on the Island of Corfu. ur aim is to provide our guests with genuine Greek hospitality, great Greek and Corfu dishes, and a unique place to relax, both day and night, right on the sandy beach of the famous Aghios Gordios.

Our 4th time back as a family of four, in 8 years and we’ll be booking again as soon as Vasilis opens his booking registry!
It’s a small, family run hotel, with a beautiful pool (plus baby pool), small playground area for younger children, a gorgeous restaurant and the best spot on the resort for a blend of peace and that famous sunset.
The rooms are very clean and comfortable (we use one of the two bed apartments), with fresh sheets and towels three times across the week.
It’s a self catering apartment, which we used for breakfast only, and has everything you’d need - including a complimentary bottle of wine, chilling on arrival!
I’ve always booked direct and the hotel will arrange a taxi (€40 each way) from the airport for you.
Nothing is too much trouble for the lovely family running their their beautiful , peaceful, well appointed restaurant and we’re already looking forward to coming back!!

Wonderful family suite with sea views from the balcony. Private facilities for all of the family and space to relax together. Serviced regularly by lovely staff and offering self catering facilities. Several supermarkets in the village which is a very short walk away along the beach path which is flat and accessible. Alternatively you can dine at the in-house restaurant which offers wonderful Greek dishes, together with other International foods. The food is so good there is no need to go elsewhere. The family run Sea Breeze also has a swimming pool and children’s play area and it maintains very high standards to ensure your stay is enjoyable - truly a little gem with only a few steps to the sandy beach.

A real find if you like good food, a great location and welcoming staff. The four of us had a wonderful week, despite some inclement weather. We stayed in the 2 bed split level apartment which had been very recently renovated. Modern and very comfortable with all the amenities of the hotel including the swimming pool next to us. The hotel is literally on the beach, amongst other bars, hotels and restaurants and although we were staying as board only we couldn’t find anywhere else locally better for food and service than Sea Breeze. A hotel you’d want to return to.

We stayed at Sea Breeze Family Beach Hotel for 1 week in the middle of October. The owners were incredibly friendly, always with a smile on their face. The whole team of staff were fantastic and treated everyone like house guests. Really enjoyable stay from that perspective. The hotel also has its own restaurant/bar, and we tried several other highly rated places in Agios, but the food and service here was by far the best we had. The Moussaka, Stamnas, Kleftiko were all incredible if you are after some traditional dishes. If not the pastas, pizzas and grills are also delightful. Special mention for the halloumi too! The room we stayed in was very modern and spacious, with separate kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom and even balcony overlooking the sea. It made for some spectacular views. There is also a hair dryer in the rooms, which we didnt see listed - great surprise. The room was cleaned regularly as well. The access to pool and beach was straight forward, with plenty of places to lounge. We can not recommend this place enough. The team here make sure you have a wonderful stay and do the utmost to ensure you have a brilliant holiday.

We stayed at SeaBreeze in early September as a small family with a baby. We were incredibly impressed. We will, without a doubt return again! It was a seamlessly run hotel, professional yet both very friendly and welcoming. The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect, with direct access to the beautiful beach (very handy with baby/small children to be able to pop back to apartment anytime!) and a 1 minute walk takes you a wonderful array of tavernas and bars, with the village shops just a 5 minute walk. The hotel itself is quiet and relaxing, just perfect for those wanting to really feel ‘on holiday’. There is a lovely clean pool area, with a baby pool too, which our son loved to toddle around in. The apartment itself was modern, spacious, very clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The staff were exceptionally helpful throughout the duration of our stay, nothing was too much trouble. It was our first holiday with our baby and on 2 occasions when we could not make it out for dinner due to our baby, the staff were generous enough to serve dinner for us to our balcony instead which enabled us to still enjoy the holiday experience! – the food was exceptional-especially the traditional Greek dishes. Our stay at Sea Breeze was faultless and I am so grateful to them for making our first family holiday absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend Sea Breeze for a beautiful relaxing holiday in Agios Gordios, we cannot wait to return, thank you.

Really good hotel and restaurant. We had room 22 which is a one bedroom, modern apartment, with a balcony overlooking the sea, fridge, freezer etc, and good air con. The pool area is great, after a few days on the beach we stayed there during the day. Quite quiet which was nice, but it may be different in more normal times. I think you get the best value booking directly with the hotel, Vasilis will look after your and order a taxi to pick you up from the airport. The service at the bar and restaurant is excellent, the guys there are really friendly. Agio Gordios is brilliant, I can understand why people come here every year. I think that the Sea Breeze is the best is probably the best hotel there. Highly recommend!

Some of the very best accommodation in Agios Gordis, Sea Breeze is a family-run hotel which caters for anyone wanting the perfect holiday. You will be made to feel very welcome by the Pactitis family who have been looking after guests for over 35 years. The food is fantastic and they have an extensive menu with lots of authentic Greek dishes. The Sofrito, Stamnas and Kleftiko are highly recommended! You won't find a better place to stay anywhere in Corfu. We love it!

Booked Sea Breeze Apartments for a last minute getaway at the end of May with my adult daughter and it was exactly what we wanted for a weeks chill out in the sun. The apartments are spacious and immaculate, staff friendly and professional, food in the restaurant was delicious, and being directly on the beach was the icing on the cake! Sitting on our balcony at the end of the night listening to the waves was just lovely ! Agios Gordios itself is a beautiful part of Corfu (previously only been to the North) and only 25 mins from the airport. The sandy beach is surrounded by mountains and the village has everything you could need, mini markets, gift shops and a handful of tavernas lining the beach (a few of which we also ate at). I can totally see why Sea Breeze gets the amount of repeat custom it does. The owners have been in the game a long time and just get it right! I’ve had my days of 5 star all inclusive holidays, and they have their place, but if you want a real taste of Greek hospitality then I’d have to say this small family ran hotel in this beautiful part of Corfu is perfect. Thank you Sea Breeze, I definitely will be one of those customers returning!

My wife and I have just returned from this hotel having tried unsuccessfully to book in previous years.The hotel is immaculately run by brothers Vasilis andYiannis.We had a south facing room with balcony ,thereby seeing the sunrise and the spectacular red sunsets.All staff are very friendly and efficient,but special mention must be given to Mario the young waiter who speaks perfect English,and has an English sense of humour as well as being very polite and efficient.The dining areas,where you can eat inside or on the balconies overlook the sea.All dining areas are kept beautifully clean.We ate there several times where the menu is quite extensive and reasonably priced.Vasilis will organise transport from and to the airport,as well as providing any local information for places to visit.The hotel is 6 feet from the beach!! with free sun beds for residents of the hotel.So this hotel and staff is a must to stay if you want to stay in Agios Gordios as it is located less than 10 minutes walk from the Main Street where there are small supermarkets,restaurants and bars

We stayed here for 8 days at the end of July, due to flight disruption we arrived one day earlier that originally planned but this was no problem for the Sea Breeze. On arriving Vasilis made us very welcome and showed us our lovely Studio we would have the first night, this exceeded our expectations with a lovely balcony with view of pool and sea and the mountainside the other way. The next morning Vasilis and his team had a suite available sooner that we expected and we moved in for the week, the room was amazing with lovely kitchen / lounge area , big bedroom and a huge balcony where the views have to be seen to be believed. As part of the booking we were allowed three evening meals in the Sea Breeze restaurant during our stay, the food was first class so much so we ate there more than the three times. The main plus point of the Hotel and the restaurant are the staff, Vasilis, his better looking brother :) and all the team were accommodating, polite, funny and very quick. We cannot wait to visit again.
