Room overlooking the wonderful views of the countryside, waterwheel and River Avon. Lovely room with 4 poster bed and nice furnishings. Was a lovely place to stay overnight, check in was fast and helpful and we had 15 mins to next river taxi to Bath!! what a way to travel into the centre of Bath, loved it.

Very well situated hotel with pleasant staff. Room in main hotel was small and smelt damp. Bathroom dark and small, mould around edge of shower, sink very small, couldn't clean teeth without banging head on cabinet. 'Wardrobe' only tall enough for a shirt on a hanger. Breakfast was very good in a lovely dining room. Dinner in Italian restaurant was...

We stayed here for one night 18th april. We got at the hotel at 1pm and parking for us was fine had a few spaces to choose from. The man on reception was helpful and let us know when the boat was to bath and where to get a drink etc. It reminded us of being abroad as coming from...

This place is a dump. The room was so tiny. I've been in bigger lifts. The furniture was tatty and dirty. The carpet. Well don't even get me going on the carpet. It's was discusting. The bed was lumpy hard and so bouncy you couldn't move without the other person feeling it. When I told the man on reception that...

Booked this hotel as it was one of a very few with free parking - this was very limited & tight though. We were met at Reception by a helpful gentleman who was happy to advise places to see & buses etc. On going to our room, however things deteriorated! The room was so small - there was no space...

We got there about 10 PM no front Desk clerk! We rang the bell. No answer. When someone did appear the check in (5 minutes) it was weird. Little bit of a language barrier (Not a native English speaker..but that is half the fun of England anymore) We wanted to pay up front for each room and be done and...

Booked 5 rooms here for my sisters hen party, mainly because of price and location so wasn't expecting too much from the rooms. We were pleasantly surprised. Our rooms were in the lodge behind the main hotel and they were lovely. They were fairly small, but newly refurbished, clean with good hot water and a comfy bed. The main hotel...

This is a hotel with with a great view and country atmosphere (especially if you get the corner room). The rooms are great , the location is totally incredible, the restaurant food is sumptuous and it is located close enough to the city to be practical (there is even boat transport into the city). This is apparently the only hotel...

After reading the reviews on here I was not looking forward to our stay here as I assumed we were in the lodges WE LOVED IT! We got upgraded from the lodge to a hotel room(123) which was a lovely surprise. The hotel is a little worn but it was not a problem. We found it to be very clean....

A clean hotel on the river Avon and only a short bus ride to the town centre. Breakfast is really good and a lovely view while eating. Didn't disappoint. Staff were very friendly and there is a restaurant on site or a large pub within a 4 minute walk.
