Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The hotel was beautiful however our full day(we only had one) the pool closed. The food in their restaurant was terrible and the house wine was vinegar. Our a/c in the room didnt work so very hot with windows closed to keep bugs out. No top sheet, only heavy duvet. Owner/manager Teddy was rude and made us feel at falt or like we were too fussy. Not a single apology. I highly do not recommend this hotel unless they change management and kitchen quality. So sad we come 9,750 km for this disappointment.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with a gorgeous view of the port. Delicious breakfast served with wide variety of Greek cuisine as well. Excellent hospitality. Walking distance to SeaBus that u can take to Mykonos Town or tourist sites. Shops nearby . Beautiful hotel with a gorgeous garden for those beautiful pics . Lovely pool overlooking ocean terminal. Was so lucky to see the most amazing moon across my room which had a huge balcony. Highly recommended.

We stayed as a couple in September at this hotel and it was great. Breakfast is lovely with lots of choice and good serving times (8am to 11am). Restaurant in the hotel is also very good with 2 shops next door and a food outlet also (this was very good too). We stayed for a week and are out in the old port majority of the time (there is a nice restaurant up the road called Los taverns I think and that was very good). Pool is good and has a nice view and the rooms are a good size. Only suggestion would be is to have a kettle in the room. Staff are amazing, helpful and so friendly and they all work so hard. Situated opposite the new port where you can catch the sea ferry to the old port. Would certainly return, thank you for making our holiday to Mykonos so wonderful

Gorgeous little gem of a hotel, staff are all very friendly especially the 2 men who work there at reception who advised us to where to eat and drink and which beaches to go to as we were only there 4 days. Apartment was very clean and spacious. The food in the fusion restaurant was also gorgeous. Very enjoyable break and would definitely recommend

This is a good little hotel by the main ferry port of Mykonos with a great management team. Our room (with sea view) was well-appointed and in excellent condition - no little niggles at all. The breakfast is good with a wide variety and it has a restaurant serving Japanese fusion and local cuisine. Note that as it is sited by the (new) ferry terminal, it is outside the old town of Mykonos but one can use the little ferry between the new and old ports.

Just come back from a 5 night stay at Olía Hotel with my friend. The hotel was clean and tidy. Our apartment was cleaned everyday and provided with fresh, clean towels. Beds were super comfortable too. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel provided breakfast included with our package and it was lovely. Options of bacon, egg, sausage, omelette, green pie, pastries, cakes, ham, cheese, fruit etc. The hotel also offer a restaurant to buy food to eat in. We ate in during our stay and it was lovely, as well as buying cocktails. There is also a small shop and place to eat also next door. The hotel is directly opposite the water bus marina. You can catch the water bus into Mykonos town which is 2 euros each way and around 10 minute journey. There are loads of bars, restaurants, shops in Mykonos town. To get to paradise beach you can catch a bus from the main bus station which was also a couple of euros and a short journey. Overall, great stay and would definitely recommend to stay here again. Thanks Hotel Olía :)

This hotel was perfect for us. Located right by the port, was super clean and friendly and had a great pool and restaurant. The room had a cute balcony with a view of the port. Easy boat trip into town and easy to get to the airport. There were a lot of stairs, but we managed just fine. Recommend.

Location is close to the port if arriving by Ferry. Across the street from a bus and sea bus station. And coffee shop next door is great. The hotel is Ok other than that. The room/bathroom smelled moldy so we had to air it every time we came back. Safe did not work. If you need to be close to the nice beaches look in the south of the island.

We stayed here for one day. The front office staff (the male staff members) were the WORST EVER. The guy at the front office started by shouting at us. We had some luggage and got the help of the adjoining restaurant person to bring the luggage to the reception (loads of stairs). The front staff guy started shouting at that person as well for helping us. He was very friendly with other European customers. But harassed us all through. Did not want to write a negative review but would like to warn other Asians/Indians to avoid such experience. Worst ever.
