Captain Carl is simply fantastic. Highly intelligent and knowledgeable on the wildlife, canal, and all of the nature. He is hilarious and keeps things entertaining the entire time. This was the best spent money ever. I would do this tour many times over and would...More
My brother and I had a great time at the Jungle Lodge back in June/July. We stayed for two nights, and did numerous activities, including fishing, trekking, kayaking and searching for Caiman and Crocodiles after dark. We are in our late twenties and it was...More

Ditto to the answer above. Jungle Land is very much a lodge - not a "resort". No car rentals or surfing or tutors onsite - just plenty of nature to enjoy with the help of very helpful staff and informed guides. This isn't a spot to get tours "from" - it is its own destination location - a place to immerse yourself in the beauty of the surrounding jungle and forget about the rest of the world. Again - are you sure you're booked at the Jungle Land Lodge?
