We stayed at New Emerald Cove in September 2017, and we have dreamed to go back since then! What a pity to discover that it has been closed permanently. From the location to the food, passing through the friendly staff, everything was perfect during pur...More

Hi, many thanks for your kind review. The NEC closed down permanently in December 2017. The land tortoises have been moved to Fregate Island, where there is a colony of 3,500 free tortoises. So, they will be in good company. I'm glad you have a...More

I am really dissapointed to hear that the NEC is permanently closed. I have passed there five wonderful days on november 2016, amd it looked busy enough...all rooms were full and and customers were changing. We chose it for offering the atmosphere of an exclusive...More

Dear TravellersNS, many thanks for your smart review. As the hotel is closed, as you state, why a negative review? Just to put it down, even if it is closed? Some reviewers, including yourself, will not get a nobel price. I can guarantee that. Kind...More

Dear Adeline, I usually don't reply to reviewers. But, in your case, I'll make an exception: your comment is not simply impolite, it is offensive and false. Stating that the owners of the New Emerald Cove Hotel are "basically stealing money" is a bit too...More

We stayed 4 days at this hotel in November 2017. At arrival we we're welcomed very friendly by Catia, who showed us arround. All looked very fine from the outside. Untill we entered our "superior" room. There are little houses on the premises, each house...More
