Customer for 4 years on this campsite. We introduced this campsite to our friends. More than 20 people came last year, and this year we came with 8 people, 2 mobile homes.
We have always been able to be side by side and this year, the reception couldn't do anything even though we were alone, there was no one around us!!

Usually we booked directly on the homair platform and this year we found an offer on private sale and at reception we were told that because we had booked through private sale, there was nothing they could do.

I have more than €200 in loyalty checks from them, he could have used them to arrange our proximity but no, they did nothing.

The management has changed and it's felt a lot, there's no way to make arrangements, to be able to use the play areas (ping-pong, mini golf, tennis, etc.) you have to leave an extra deposit. Whereas in previous years, no!!!

The staff is not accessible, not smiling and not at all pleasant especially at the swimming pool, 30 minutes before the swimming pool closes, the supervisors put away the deckchairs even those which are still occupied.

One supervisor in particular, Scrolls on her phone almost all the time. Huffes as soon as she makes her "rounds" around the pools, moans when another agent tells her that she needs to clean around the pool. In short, not pleasant at all.

The activities offered this year are disappointing, they are sluggish, little interaction even with the entertainment team. Even if some are super pleasant and smiling.

You have to leave another deposit to be able to use a barbecue for half a day.

From one year to the next we try to rent the same type of mobile home and it is clear that unfortunately each time we go downmarket even though we rent the same thing on the fitness platform 🤔???

We are disappointed, because if we want to benefit we have to leave deposits everywhere, the supermarket is a real price museum because it is so expensive and the staff are not pleasant.

The entertainment is not at the levels of past years.

The staff is no longer as approachable and pleasant.

We will see in several years if the management will have made changes because for the moment we will not come back, and it is a real shame because the campsite has everything going for it, places, structure and environment.

I am finishing a 15-day stay at this campsite.
We had a very good stay.
The campsite is ideally located near tourist attractions, the Verdon gorges and the Ste Croix lake.
Reception staff very attentive and very responsive.
Security personnel present and visible
We are staying in the 2nd part of the campsite and we enjoy a quiet and shaded location.
The mobile home, although in the category over 10 years old, is still OK even if we feel some signs of wear, particularly in the bathroom.
As I have read in other comments, the swimming pool is indeed small compared to the number of vacationers but it is a bit of the law when you go in August. As for the overcrowding of deckchairs, blame the holidaymakers...not the campsite management! What do you want her to do about this?
Vacationers...stop complaining about everything or nothing or go to chains that offer weeks at 3000 euros and then it will be perfect!
Congratulations to the entertainment team who do their best to liven up our days and evenings

The campsite is well located to go swimming in several lakes. The layout of the mobile homes is good not to be on top of each other. Walking distances to Things to do are great.
Things to do in the morning at 10am and 10.30am are fun.
The restaurant was closed for lack of staff. The bar is constantly overwhelmed and drowned in dirty dishes! The grocery store is shamefully small and at delirious Awards.
The water park is too small for the number of guests.
People have no respect and book deckchairs all day and staff let it happen!
The outdoor swimming pool was closed 2 afternoon for "thunderstorm risk"... it is a matter of safety but especially a precautionary principle... see attached photo!
The evening entertainment is classic and nice... but at 11pm everyone in bed! No dancing after the shows and young people who want to stay awake are parked on the terrace of the snack... it is good for the tranquility of the campsite but not very funny for teenagers!

Enjoyed our stay with the family
Was our first experience , but it was great.
The pool area was great for the kids . The only disturbing was the fact that people where laying towels to reserve their chair for the rest of the day . But despite that , we had the time of our lives .

Very disappointing campsite for the exorbitant price which is not justified either by the campsite services or by the more than basic mobile home: completely smashed terrace with visible nails, entrance and shower door which do not hold, floor which creaks on the slightest pat, no cupboard doors or coat racks. No storage space outside the bedrooms. No TV, dishwasher, hair dryer.
For the services: aquatic complex with swimming pools far too small for the size of the campsite. Every day we had to wait to find deck chairs. When you finally spot one people jump on it! And let's not talk about the shady corners that are stormed in sunny weather. I pointed this out to one of the people who "supervises" the swimming pool who advises me to do like everyone else "to leave our towels while we are away"! It's relatively noisy, the people are not necessarily discreet, it speaks very loudly, parents call their children from the bottom of the slides They run and jump everywhere. The men are in swimming trunks even though that is supposed to be forbidden..The slides are not. framed so that the children run into each other.
The pétanque courts are unlit from 9:30 p.m. so you play in the dark by the light of your cell phones! The same goes for the practically unlit aisles!
The evenings remain what they are, I don't call them shows. Hits are released and people can dance. On the other hand, if you want to sit down to simply observe or incidentally have a drink, it remains very complicated since there must be around twenty tables for 500 pitches in the campsite!
Afterwards you are entitled to the campsite dance...it all depends on what you are looking for.
Concerning the relationship with the professionals of this campsite, whether restaurateurs, "entertainers", reception staff, it remains very smooth and on the surface. No proximity or exchange regarding outings or activities to do in the region.
Obviously they are not local people, they all come from the four corners of France! You ask them questions, they don't know how to answer you. Personally, I prefer human-sized, more family-friendly campsites with which you will have much warmer and more personal relationships.
I also point out that we are supposed to have the mobile homes at 4 p.m., we arrived at 12:30 p.m. and presented at reception. The mobile home was supposedly still occupied. We're supposed to call you on the cell as soon as it's ready. 2:30 p.m. still no news, I return to reception, surprisingly the key was there, the mobile home was ready except that no one warned you! I am convinced that we could have waited like that until 4 p.m. without any call from them
When at the restaurant and the supermarket it will break your head with their prices. For example, I ate carbonara pasta: there were three bacon bits chasing each other, the pasta had no taste. All this for €16.
Besides, you pass in front of the restaurant, there are 2 tables.
In short, for me it remains a factory campsite that only seeks to make a profit and increase consumption. We won't come back

Our stay at the campsite does not live up to the description on the website
Level water park everything is fine except supervision which is minimal 1 lifeguard for all pools and water games
Cleanliness levels nothing wrong
Many possible games "tennis mini golf ping-pong pétanque...
I'll talk about the big weak spots for a 4-star
Arrived at the campsite a little early we took our Reservation a little before time so Bungalow was not ready which is normal we had to call back to tell us as soon as it was ready but it is we who are obliged to go and claim our key no call
Arrival at the Bungalow no documents on camping Things to do swimming pool hours ... not even a small welcome package
Arriving in the toilet no toilet paper has to come out of the campsite to find a supermarket to be able to buy some because given the Award at the grocery store it is better to go to the store
Still for a 4-star campsite no restaurant open the bar 10 minutes waiting for a beer impossible to settle at the bar forced to take his beer and find a table outside the bar serves as storage for bottles of syrup and glasses
The snack impossible to know what can be sold or not pizzas let's not talk about it you order a pizza it arrives burned how we say people employees not very friendly after 10 people more ingredients to be able to sell a pizza advertised on the menu
This morning with my wife we wanted to go for a drink we arrive at the bar closed door we ask why the employees decided not to come to work so impossible to drink a drink
As for the evenings of the campsite I will not give a review because it is necessary for all tastes on the other hand for the information except the posters at the pool except that nothing else the animators in cart pass so quickly in front of the bungalows that we do not have time to hear what they say morning sports session no information on the proposed sessions you must go there to discover the activity
Level Cleanliness of the bungalows I would say average not many Things to do to help campers make friendly encounters so if you are a little shy I recommend against this campsite

Stay from June 8 to June 15, a real disaster.
At the snack we ask for a waffle there is none, everything is frozen. Order a pancake with chantilly, no cutlery and the seller tells us to eat the chantilly with our hands. Whatever you ask is very often out of stock. The hot dog, the sausage is black... finally when there are waffles again , the chantilly is really minimal on it and all for 6 € ( photo to support it, we had to complain to the reception whose lady thought it normal ). The manager had a very good move in making a new waffle and giving cardboard cutlery. That is the good thing.
Employees don’t say hello even as they walk past you, so does a majority of the animation team.
Swimming is not supervised, and the guards allow themselves to shout at the children for things they have already been doing for two hours when there was no supervision.
The supermarket is always empty, one of the employees holding the supermarket is even colder than a prison door, she’s in the store and doesn’t even lift her head to say “hello”, but when you look at the items outside she knows you’re watching and if you don’t take anything and you leave that’s when she leaves her position.
Activities and evenings are of little interest.
Fortunately some employees know how to say hello and others say it out of obligation because they feel the looks on them.
Really disappointed with this campsite which does nothing for holidaymakers and which better teach politeness to employees and animators.

On the plus side, the mobile home is clean and large enough and the campsite is quiet.

So much to say.... First of all the mobile homes are quite old but mostly dirty! I wonder if cleaning has really been done before! We arrived at 4pm and our mobile home was not ready. We were offered to call each other and at 6pm I had to move because no one has called us yet.... We went to the pool and what was our surprise .... An impressive world not a single deckchair free, a DJ who passed rap with very inappropriate lyrics.... The lifeguard asked my spouse to go buy a swimsuit special swimming pool in the shop of the campsite (for hygienic reasons) however we do not tell people who bathe with a birkini or worse I saw a woman with terry shorts and a tank top bathing and no one gave him any thought! (The people watching the ponds saw it!!)
The campsite is very poorly attended.... I advise you to pay attention to your things and do not leave your flip-flops at the risk of never finding them....
Bcp d incivilities and noises in the evening after 00h
We ate at the snack: you have to be very patient! More than an hour wait and everything is expensive and frozen! And the restaurant is currently closed! For the toilet.... None had any papers during the stay I asked for several times in vain. At the end of this stay the people at the reception asked me if my stay went well I told them my dissatisfaction; their reaction: none!
I am extremely disappointed and will never return and I advise you to do the same

We rented a pitch for a 100m2 tent, papers, a t-shirt lying on it, we had to clean it when we arrived. We had taken the pitch with electricity when I booked the lady told me that an extension cord was provided with it when we arrived no extension cord, there were none available they told me to go buy one as a joke Sunday afternoon everything is closed... Children's playground dangerous and not lit in the evening while dozens of children go to play there ditto for the side football table ping pong table etc at the reception when we asked why isn't there lighting we answered because if they put lighting in the play areas the bungalows don't have any🤣. The lottery evening we talk about it we were the first to buy boxes at the time when they should have set up the tables for everyone these are the people who served table chairs so there was no room for everyone I asked To be reimbursed the person does it but reluctantly. No toilet paper the first 2 days and throughout our 4 day stay no soap in the dispensers. It was very dirty with overwhelming odors. About the pool apart from the slides there is nothing fancy there is a regulation at the entrance to the pool no food no ball no swimming shorts well nothing is enforced no control apparently some people swim with their t-shirts on shirt else this bathes with their questionable hygiene. 4 days in a tent for 420th we are very very disappointed we will not set foot in this campsite which is more of a money machine than a campsite.

Campsite that well deserves its 4 stars
🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 top notch. The 8-person mobile homes with 4 bedrooms, 2 showers and 2 toilets are very well equipped (large terrace, towels and sheets included, not forgetting the plancha).
Swimming pool infrastructure with slides, mini golf, pétanque court, tennis... and above all the very large children's park, which is also very good.
The entertainment team is great with a top entertainment manager (atmosphere, show, mini club... everything was very good).
24-hour security service. Very calm.
Reception staff helpful and responsive.
We had a great vacation with family and friends. The campsite has everything and offers everything, even a mini funfair and a small evening market once a week.
The only downside is cleaning the mobile home furniture.
We will recommend it to our loved ones.
