Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I stopped by in the afternoon just after they had closed the kitchen but they served me fresh cooked pasta with meat sauce and a fine mixed salad. They did everything to make me feel welcome. The view from the balcony is outstanding. I recommend this place for lunch.

We stayed 8 nights in this structure, which only confirms the very high level of the structures in Alto Adige, even for a 3-star superior which does not make you regret the more famous (and expensive..) 4 stars.
The hotel has been family-run for generations and has practically always existed in the small village of Stulles. Inside you can feel and breathe the atmosphere of a lived history, with all the photos and various family "heirlooms" that give the structure a "personality" that certainly isn't found everywhere.
A recent renovation of the common areas has included a beautiful wellness area, complete with an indoor swimming pool, hydromassage and sauna area and Turkish bath, all of high quality.
The restaurant is of a high standard, to rival the best 4 stars. Compliments to the chef, the kitchen team and the service.
Our room was spacious, equipped with everything you need. The only flaw is the lack of bidet.
All this immersed in a postcard location. The Passiria valley is a fantastic place.
Thank you all for this lovely holiday week!
Sacco family.

A great hotel in a more wonderful dream location in the South Tyrolean mountains. The service is excellent. The food is deliciously prepared and extremely tasty. Mr. Kuprian's team is well motivated and helpful. Employees are always available with information. The indoor pool and 3 sauna areas are great. The view from our balcony was wonderful.
We wish Mr. Kuprian and his team always a full house and nice guests.
We will certainly come back one day.

Good standard hotel with a well-equipped spa, children's playroom and table tennis. Friendly staff and excellent cuisine. We had a really good time. Even if it is a bit isolated there is a shuttle so there are no problems. Comfortable and clean rooms

Arrived on July 15 settled at the restaurant at table 22 in Anglo with sidewindows that served to give light to the ristorante.come cleaning eat and accommodation, and sauna area etc all bene.la negative note was the constant presence of flies on the windows of the restaurant. The Friday after the storm the flies seemed inpazziye we had to cover the glasses of wine and water, and we had to change the water because a fly had gone to bathe us.A couple from Turin had changed the table after two days of their arrival the table was always the 22 they said.I tried to contact the hotel on the Monday after we were home because when we had paid the bill there was an elderly lady who did not ask us if everything had been to our liking. Those who answered on Monday I, did not understand Italian well or pretended not to understand it did not respond to my remarks about flies

The strengths of this hotel is the excellent food (you should absolutely go for half-board, "Halb-pension"; five courses of very tasty Südtirol-dishes), the very good &service (you feel at home in this hotel, very family friendly) and the beautiful location high up on the sunny hills above Moos/Passeiertal. However, you should note that Stuls is a very small and secluded little village (nothing to do outside the hotel...But they have an excellent little COOP grocery store!). The upside is that it's calm and quite, and you really feel you are up in the mountains. There are plenty of nice trekking routs in Passeiertal (our favorite area was Pfelders), you will enjoy a very nice mountain holiday at this hotel - we really recommend!

We stayed one week on half board, the staff was friendly, evening meal was very good, the same for the breakfast. The pool was very clean and rooms too. The only thing was relatively long waiting time for evening meals, but still possible to accept for the place.
There are no mosquitoes in the place, the position of this hotel evokes tranquility.
The marking of tourist ways is not good in this area and therefore is very important to ask in the place.
