We have been to any other hotels in Ngwe Saung but Eskala is the best one we have ever been to. The amenities and facilities are beyond the normal standards but the view, their hospitality, service and personalities make us want to be back again. Yes, there are some mosquitoes and insects but if you request the hotel, they can make sure your room is clean and cozy. Among any other factors, I would say their hospitality and service are the main things that made our travel beyond the satisfaction level.

The sea view is fantastic, and everyone is nice and friendly. I really love this hotel but I would love to suggest that you should expand this Hotel bigger!!!! Like this hotel is fire!! I would like to stay here forever!

Hotel staff are very friendly and nice. The view of the beach is beautiful and the rooms are clean and affordable. The service is very good and food is also delicious. Highly recommend this hotel for people going to Ngwe Saung.

Very nice stay at Eskala Ngwe Saung Hotel. All of the staffs are super and amazing , friendly , polite and so sweet. Room and every areas also clean and tidy. Breakfast also nice and nothing to complain at here.

Eskala is a peaceful and stunning resort with golden sand beaches. It has sublime views of the sunset over the Bay of Bengal. We went in November 2023 and it nearly felt like we had the entire hotel and beach to ourselves at times. Our room was on the second floor and had good views over the beach and sea. The property is well maintained with beautiful lawns and idyllic palm trees. The staff were all very attentive and professional. The hotel (and the whole Ngwesaung area) is a jewel of the region and is a good place to come to if you want to have a quiet and unspoilt southeast Asian beach experience.

Friendly and helping staff (Ko Shinn Than and all others). Food is good. The Best beach bar ambience. Clean rooms and the whole hotel. Ko Lu Chaw, the fire dancer is a super nice guy. Signature Cocktails need a lot of improvements.

Staffs are very helpful and polite. Room is clean and surroundings are well trimmed. Breakfast is good too. Housekeeping is twice a day and all amenities are good to use too. The food at beach bar are delicious and fire dance is my daughter's favourite!

Fabulous experience. Great hotel with very courteous and caring staff. Liked the food too. They went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. The facilities also were good and enjoyed the pool and the beach. Special mention of Brizo bar for the brilliant ambience, live music and fire dancer.
