The penthouse room we had was a stunning piece of design: I suspect these apartments were bulit to accommodate the 2012 London Olympics, and the standards cetainly reflect that! The room was divided internally to separate the kitchen and bedroom space, and the whole space is surrounded by floor to ceiling windows that look out across the City of London and surrounding areas. Impeccably clean, stylish, and well-presented. Gorgeous shower/bathroom with classy toiletries & fluffy towels; and the pièce de la résistance the walk-around balcony, to which guests have full access, unlike so many of these nannyish health & safety hotels that don't even allow you to open the window. Such stunning views, and really romantic at night. There were snacks & 24 hour reception service downstairs, our stay was fully supported and wholly uninterrupted by staff, who were just lovely, there was literally no aspect of our stay that was a disappointment. I would hasten to add that I am an exceptionally harsh critic who loves to spend her spare time watching programmes like Gordon Ramsay's "Hotel Hell"!!

Had an amazing two night stay in September! Such good value for the size of the room, nice decor, great bathroom and shower, and a fantastic bed. The White Company products in the bathroom are such a nice touch, and the 10 min proximity to Stratford station / Westfield Stratford made it an ideal base. Whilst the tea/coffee facilities in the room are ideal, the free to use coffee machine in reception with extras such as mochas and lattes is even better! My favourite part was our view from the 7th floor, could see almost all central London from Canary Wharf, to the Shard. Would 100% stay here again, and will be on the look out for Roomzzz hotels in future cities I stay in.

The apartment was very comfortable with a separate sitting room/kitchen to bedroom area. Mine had a balcony around two sides. The kitchenette had a toaster, kettle, two ring hob, combi microwave and a dishwasher. Dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid and a tea towel provided. Very comfortable bed. Good soundproofed windows: I didn't hear any traffic. Friendly welcoming staff on reception. Grab and go breakfast was very good.

The hotel is in a very good location 10 minutes walk from stratford station and Westfield Stratford. Check in was smooth but rather than taking a deposit the member of staff said they don’t take deposit and write down customers card details which didn’t feel very safe/secure to me. The room I was given initially 611 smelt of cannabis when meant that sadly I had to ask for a different room. The room itself was very clean but the smell of cannabis from whoever had stayed their previously was simply too overpowering. The staff member was very apologetic and courteous and even allowed me to check the new room before finalising the room change. My new room was 305 which was slightly smaller than 611. The rooms have all necessary good apart from cutlery which was annoying. The table in the room is a weird shape which I found to be quite limiting when wanting to spread out work stuff. The air condition controls need to be unlocked to allow guests to change heating and cooling functions. I wanted a cooler room but the aircon would pump out hot air when the room was already too hot for my liking. The aircon unit is very noisy and woke me up on a few occasions when it would click itself on. The breakfast variety is diabolical compared to other hotels I have stayed in in the area. You have a choice of croissant, pan-au-chocolate an orange oats or yoghurt. For the price of the hotel I would have expected much better. The hotel itself was very quiet and I rarely saw any other guests apart from the occasional person at breakfast. The rooms are are very clean and cleaned to a high standard.

Dear ahmadaY1389ME, I am very sorry to read that you experienced a few issues during your stay with us, I have forwarded your review to our housekeeping department as the smell should have been reported but was not so I do apologise for initial check in however I am happy to read that the receptionist promptly redeemed this and checked you into another room and also that you felt that the rooms are cleaned to a high standard. Please know that all of our NEO apartments are very similar in size with minor differences depending, as for the air conditioning all settings are accessible to the guest however it sometimes may take some time for the air conditioning to adjust to the new settings. Please know that as our breakfast is complimentary, we offer convenient breakfast on-the-go which includes pastries, oats, yoghurts and fresh fruits along with some fresh juices, I am sorry to read that this was below your expectations. As for the card details, please know that in some reservations we may tokenize the card details instead taking pre-authorization in order to avoid lengthy release process of the funds, please be assured that the card details are safely encrypted to the system and after your departure this gets automatically deleted. Arrived at hotel to be greeted by helpful and friendly staff who swiftly checked me in with an added bonus of been upgraded to a penthouse suite. I felt very comfortable with measures taken in regards to been covid secure. Breakfast had to be taken to my room under the circumstances but a lovely member of staff warmed a delicious chocolate croissant for me to enjoy. The room was brilliant, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff couldn’t do enough to make my stay a pleasant and comfortable one. The views from the penthouse suite are incredible especially on an evening, it was great to relax on the balcony and take in the views. I couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough, will definitely book here again next time I’m in London.

We stayed for 2 nights at the end of August to visit family we had not seen since December. We were very nervous to be out and about - due to age and underlying health conditions which had kept us shielding - but we did not need to be. Covid precautions were in place and followed strictly and professionally at all times by excellent staff. Room was spotless and comfortable and we felt very well looked after and safe. Quick additional note because of Covid restrictions public areas were not in use but this was to be expected and we had a spotless kitchen area and fridge so we were happy to use this instead. Breakfast could be collected if wanted.

Location of hotel was great, it's 50 minute tube ride from airport, but once you get to hotel all attractions are 4 to 5 stops away. The hotel rooms are clean, comfortable & quite modern. Housekeeping is only done if you stay 4 days or more & only once during that stay. The bathroom is modern, but the taps were broken in the shower & worn on the hand basin, they really needed replacement. They offered a basic complimentary breakfast which consisted of croissants & a good selection of hot beverages from a machine, which was ok. Reception was quite helpful. Hotel is about a 10 minute walk from train station, walking through the mall & past the town hall is more direct. Overall a good stay. The hotel is located in the older section of Stratford, there is a modern town on the Westfield side. One tip, don't take the Elisabeth line from the airport, it will cost you around GBP 12, Central line costs around GBP 4 & counts toward your daily travel cap. Getting from Stratford to Greenwich is a 10 minute trip on Jubilee line.

Excellent, spacious two bedroom apartment with a balcony overlooking Stratford park. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Clean spacious bathroom with heated floors. Bus stop right in front of the hotel. Walking distance/short bus ride to Stratford center, Stratford underground/train/bus station, Masjid bin Baz. Complementary grab n go breakfast that includes an assortment of croissants/pastries, fruit, oats, yogurt, juice, milk, machine vended coffee/hot chocolate. Friendly staff and great check-in/check-out experience. Quiet, friendly neighborhood. Will stay here again if I happen to be in the area again with my family.

Lovely room (double studio) near to Stratford centre. Very secure parking. Helpfully staff. Immaculately clean with great facilities. If you like Thai food, try "the old pie shop" great value really interesting and yes, genuine Thai food and not a pie shop, I kid you not......

I stayed here with my girlfriend and we were on the top floor, the view was amazing! When we arrived the staff were very pleasant and friendly and helped us to check in. The room was amazing with loads of space and balcony that you could go on (was a bit cold and windy though!). We woke up late the next morning and just missed the breakfast, but the lady at the desk went and got us some pastries to eat which was extremely generous. Overall amazing trip and would definitely stay here again.
