Arrived at hotel to be greeted by helpful and friendly staff who swiftly checked me in with an added bonus of been upgraded to a penthouse suite. I felt very comfortable with measures taken in regards to been covid secure. Breakfast had to be taken to my room under the circumstances but a lovely member of staff warmed a delicious chocolate croissant for me to enjoy. The room was brilliant, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff couldn’t do enough to make my stay a pleasant and comfortable one. The views from the penthouse suite are incredible especially on an evening, it was great to relax on the balcony and take in the views. I couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough, will definitely book here again next time I’m in London.

Had an amazing two night stay in September! Such good value for the size of the room, nice decor, great bathroom and shower, and a fantastic bed. The White Company products in the bathroom are such a nice touch, and the 10 min proximity to Stratford station / Westfield Stratford made it an ideal base. Whilst the tea/coffee facilities in the room are ideal, the free to use coffee machine in reception with extras such as mochas and lattes is even better! My favourite part was our view from the 7th floor, could see almost all central London from Canary Wharf, to the Shard. Would 100% stay here again, and will be on the look out for Roomzzz hotels in future cities I stay in.

We stayed for 2 nights at the end of August to visit family we had not seen since December. We were very nervous to be out and about - due to age and underlying health conditions which had kept us shielding - but we did not need to be. Covid precautions were in place and followed strictly and professionally at all times by excellent staff. Room was spotless and comfortable and we felt very well looked after and safe. Quick additional note because of Covid restrictions public areas were not in use but this was to be expected and we had a spotless kitchen area and fridge so we were happy to use this instead. Breakfast could be collected if wanted.

We had a very nice stay. Staff are very helpful and it is a comfortable hotel in a very convenient location close to Westfield. It takes about 10 minute to walk to Westfield. We would definitely stay again.

Located perfectly to do shopping at Westfield Stratford City as well as a very short commute on the Tube into London to continue shopping. Reception staff were so polite and helpful and the rooms were exceptionally clean with lovely views of the London Skyline.
