I started working in Stratford in early 2023 so tried most of the local hotels. This has been my ‘go to’ option for months. The rooms are clean with comfy beds, great blackout curtains, air con and a kitchenette which means you can really relax in your own space, if you wish to. There is a small gym, car park and laundrette in the basement.

The service in this hotel is very good. You are always greeted with a warm welcome by the staff. The General Manager, Adrian, Ana-Maria, Yasmin and all of the team are incredibly friendly and helpful. Multiple languages are spoken. Breakfast caters for all Western European tastes which I really like.

This hotel is the best hotel in this part of London in my humble opinion.

We stayed here for two nights with our three young children. It has basement parking for an additional fee which we didn’t mind paying for the convenience. It was easy to find from the motorway and is in an excellent location on the jubilee line, close to Westfield, the Olympic park and right next door a Sainsbury’s local which was just perfect to pick up some essential breakfast items. Hotel breakfast is quite pricey by my Birmingham standards! We received a really warm welcome by the staff and check in was super easy. The room was a good size with a double bed, a sofa bed and a cot. The kitchen was well equipped. It was spotlessly clean throughout, there is an on-site laundry room and fitness room too. Very pleased with all aspects no complaints and would certainly stay here again.

This hotel was lovely, there was a big group of us split across two rooms which turned out very cheap. The rooms were very clean, nicely decorated and came with well equipped kitchen including a Nespresso machine and dishwasher.

Reception staff were lovely and conscientious. We had trouble with our room keys accessing the lifts and the staff was extremely helpful.

Will definitely stay again and wish we stayed longer!

Lovely stay here, stayed for work for 4 days and rooms were very spacious and have all equipment needed to cook/clean. Great shower with good water pressure, we had a room with a double bed with converted to a sofa when not in use. Lots of storage available in the room. Location very close and convenient for Westfield shopping centre and tubes/trains. Only criticism is that there is no housekeeping unless you wish to pay for it. Would happily stay again

Booked a studio spotlessly clean, great size bathroom with excellent shower. There was a breakfast bar and full kitchen facilities including large fridge, microwave, hob etc.
A few of us booked rooms as we were in London for my daughters wedding. One of the rooms the air con was not working and there was no alternative room, which was a shame. Would not recommend booking breakfast as there are plenty of places to eat nearby, the breakfast here just gets put into paper bag.
Good staff nice meeting area at the entrance and private parking. Good stay

I stayed here a couple of times recently. The first occassion I was greeted by a very helpful staff member, who recognised my loyalty to Accor and offered me a complimentary upgrade which was lovely.

The apartment, which was a 1 bedroom was very well equipped and I didn't want for anything... apart from space to walk around the bed without hitting the wardrobe door maybe!

The matresses are incredibly hard, and the pillows are not much better. I didn't sleep very well and asked if they had any feather pillows the next day and was given a flat "no".

I took the breakfast upgrade option which was worth the £10 I guess by hotel standards, but did seem a little make-shift in the self service approach. However, there was a fairly good choice of cold items, just not so much in terms of hot items.

The car parking is handy, but quite an experience as it's very tight to turnaround in the basement parking area, and you access it via a car lift!

My 2nd stay was not so good. No complimentary upgrade offered (despite this being part of my Accor reward status benefits) and when I asked about this, I was told they were keeping 2 spare rooms back in case they had any problems, to which I answered "I am now your problem". The receptionist had to refer to a Manager, who said no to an upgrade, then another manager who said yes. Bizarre!

Secondly, the internet went down and didn't return back until the following morning. This is a tall building and very hard to get a phone signal sometimes (as with a lot of London), so unless you're pressed up against the window or prepared to go outside to try and make a call, you've got no chance without the internet. Now I fully appreciate that this was beyond the hotels control, but come on, get a better service agreement with your provider as this facility not working for the entire day is unacceptable. Especially in a hotel when you want to do some work!

In the end, I had to check out as I couldn't work. The receptionist advised me the internet was back up and running when I checked out, but it was too late by this point, I'd packed up. He refunded my room night I was not going to use, but told me no refund on my breakfast I'd prepaid. Charming, considering I had to leave due to them not having functioning internet, which prevented me from working.

Sadly, I won't be staying again for two reasons. The beds are not at all comfortable and the internet is not reliable enough. It's a shame, as the hotel has great potential.

Stayed here for 1 Night prior to an event at London Stadium. Was easy to find, and looks well connected for public transport too. Parking close by (they do have a car park but it was closed, luckily Stratford International car park was just over the road and had spaces!)
Proximity to London Stadium was excellent, only took 15 minutes walking which was ideal.
Apartment was well equipped for self catering, with everything you would need, and everything such as fixtures and fittings seemed fairly new. There was aircon, which was greatly appreciated given the temperature the day we stayed. There was a lot of storage, so if you were staying for multiple nights there is plenty of space! Decor was nice too.
The only negatives were the mattress was a bit stodgy, and the shower nowt as powerful as I would like, but both these points are just personal preference.
We had breakfast in the morning, which was fine. Buffet style with tea/coffee, some ham and cheese, cereals, juice, croissants and sausage, egg, bacon and beans.
All in all, a pleasant stay and would stay again if in the area. Thank you.

I have recently been working in Stratford, London for the past few weeks now and noticed that this was newly opened so thought would give it a try and I was not disappointed. I was lucky enough to be the first ever customer to stay and had the whole hotel to myself, the staff were amazing with me and even give me some presents which was lovely of them. The location is great with lovely views from the big windows and everything you need is right near by including the Westfield shopping centre which has so many different shops and restaurants to choose from you will never get bored of them. The rooms are lovely and they even upgraded me to one of the luxury apartments which were amazing with great views on the 15th floor. Will definitely be staying here again in a few weeks time and well worth the price of the rooms.

I had quite a long-term stay in this place during my studies in London and really loved it. The room I stayed in was modern, spacious enough and comfy, bed was also big which is really convenient. All the kitchen appliances, cutlery and glassware were in available and in good condition. The hotel in fact has everything for a comfortable short- and long-term stay (e.g. small gym, washing machines).
During my stay there was no trouble at all with other guests, the this place is really quiet. The hotel has plenty of cafes and restaurants around, Olympic park and Westfield shopping centre, Stratford station nearby.
I would especially thank all the staff for creating a friendly atmosphere during my stay and being always assistive and ready to help!! Would definitely come back.

Visited with my partner for a 2 night stay for going to the ABBA voyage.

Our room was lovely & clean & well equipped with a microwave/fridge/toaster/coffee machine, sadly no tea or coffee was provided. On our second day we asked at the reception if they provided tea /coffee to be advised they was in the room & any extra was chargeable. We explained we didn’t have any when we arrived, so they gave us 1 coffee pod.

During that evening the electrics tripped on our room. My partner went to reception to report this & someone came up to attempt to reset. Which we had already tried as the fuse box was not locked.after unplugging everything & attempting to reset again we was advised we would have to move room.,

We was given a new room next but 1. This room had a pull out sofa bed & not has comfortable as the original room. Again we had no tea/coffee provided in this room.

The quantity of the rooms is great & they are very clean. Good location for the tube & a shopping centre. Also a local sainsbury’s across the road.

Upon checking out the receptionist tried to charge us for a breakfast which we didn’t have. Unable to solve this they had to go help from someone else.

So has much as I liked the rooms. The service lets the place down. It was inconvenient having to change rooms late on the evening & also not to be provided with any tea/coffee & then them attempting to charge for something we didn’t have.
