The mold in the shower, the only structure present, the bar, closes at 20 with little and nothing to buy to eat, except a salad and 1 sandwich left. Low quality salad. (I wonder why in check-in they say at what time the requested meal is scheduled, if they do not warn you that there is not).
If it is true that there are dedicated spaces, beyond the gate at my arrival at least 100 people, boats anchored with loud music and shouts.
If you want water, a beer, or whatever, you have to go get it from the bar, and take it to the trap. And when I went and asked for bottled water, explaining that I was a guest in the trap, I was asked “but are you sure you are a guest?” As if you were lying.
In short, I would understand the high cost, if it offered calm and peace, and if the services were present.
I confirm that the liogo and also the rooms are delicious. But to settle for that, prices would have to be half.
It would only take a few precautions, a stocked fridge, an email reminding you that there is nothing to eat on site. Un servizio spesa!!!! And a little education, finding out if I was really resident in the structure without doubting my word was easy, just “charge the room, tell me the number / ninth?”
Too bad... and to think I wanted to go back.

A flaw is that those who arrive late do not find deckchairs available.
Ticket cost 15 euros per person.
It is preferable to go down with closed shoes.
Almost opposite the entrance there is a large car park
Everything else lovely.

"We rented out the property for a private wedding. If regular hotel stay, you may see non-guests on guided tours throughout the day."Read full review
"i prefer rooms in the main building - i usually reserve sotto la torre with private large terrace and stunning views aver the all property. stayed in many others and like them all . each one has got a different charme"Read full review
"Aim to stay in the main buildings at the seafront, rather than in a side building near the parking lot (e.g. Vicario). The rooms we were in - Ancore and Sotto la Torre - were both full of character, but one had much more space and a more functional kitchen than the other."Read full review
