Wonderful restful restorative stay at this lovely hotel. Lovely meals and particularly the breakfasts that set us up for the day. Loved the marmalade particularly and would recommend. Nothing was too much trouble and lovely conversations with all staff and particularly the landlady.

This is the cleanest and friendliest B&B/Pub I have stayed in. The Owners Ann and Barry truly care about great customer service and how business is built by the consistent quality. Kim the Manager shows great pride in her team and displays those little touches that makes customers feel welcome. Rooms are spotless and it does not matter if you are staying for one or more nights the room is set up perfectly everything in its place, no short cuts. On this visit freshly cooked liver and bacon prepared by Brandon was outstanding. Well done to all and thank you.

Warm, friendly with a family atmosphere and close to all amenities is how I would describe this accommodation. The rooms are set apart from the pub making this stay quiet and private. Great location too.

Food came almost too quickly! Menu choice good for a pub. Good social distancing. Food not cheap, but nice. The view was of a road, but the B2070 is not at all busy, even on a Friday night, which was when we went.

Always a friendly welcome here. Great service and menu choice. Food always freshly cooked and tasty. Managing very well under current Covid restrictions. Tables well spaced, feels clean and safe. Nice garden area too 😊
