Hello all, if you're looking for a terrific, quiet location, search no more....this is it. Fabulous staff, fabulous dinners and kudos to our Chef, for his creativity with local flavors! The only complaint I can lend the...

Hotel Cap Macabou has top-notch, friendly and accommodating staff. The grounds are gorgeous for the mountainous region! Rooms are rustically basic, but bed mattress was tempurpedic and comfy! The pool is awesome and located just outside the restaurant/bar area. Breakfast and dinner were local and fantastic! A special kudos to the fantastic kitchen/bar staff...we came in famished our first night...
