Daroca is an interesting town with extensive medieval walls, hill top castles and churches and well worth a visit and this hotel is a great place to stay to explore the town. This is the third time I have stayed at this charming hotel and it never changes.For the first time we were in the renovated part across the road, as when booking we were advised to do so as it has air con.Not the same character as the original part but very clean and functional. Rooms were quite basic but clean and acceptable. The bar was small but friendly with some of the best tapas I've had in Spain. The restaurant has an excellent menu del dia including wine which one evening featured a delicious venison dish. The only criticism is they don't open until 9.00pm (no flexibility) and the dishes come out really fast... More

We only stayed one night but the accomodations were excellent on European standards. We had a 4 person suite which was actually a double bed up in a loft with a window and 2 twins downstairs.
