When we arrived in Puerto Rico this was our first nights accommodations. The location is close to El Yunque yet on the other side of the entrance. Its located within a small town. When arriving there is a giant fence you must move in order to park your car as there is no parking on the narrow uphill street. the... More

So if you are looking for a hostel with the most this is the spot! Dawn and Josue are fabulous. This place is worth the travel effort; get out of the mass touristy areas a place that is sweet as! Really I have to put more in trip advisor to leave a review. . Lame

I would recommend that anyone stay here! Dawn graciously allowed my boyfriend and I to switch the night of our stay (we accidentally booked the wrong night). Communicating with her was extremely easy. She let us check in super late (almost 11pm!) after the bio bay at Fajardo, even though we had estimated 10pm arrival. When we arrived, we got... More

The owners were the two most welcoming owners of a hostel I have ever experienced. Dawn immediately spotted us driving up the street and stopped to guide us where to go. You literally feel like you have rented a private beach house when you get to the hostel, and that is exactly the feeling they want you to have. The... More

Stay here. Just do it. It's a great location, close to El Yunque Rainforest, a nice beach for swimming, and is within walking distance of a bunch of fun bars and restaurants. It feels cozy and safe, and is a great option whether traveling alone or with a couple of friends. I'm somewhat of an insomniac so I don't sleep... More

I have a hard time seeing why people left bad reviews. We did not stay at the hostel but at the guest house down the road, which has a big, beautiful deck and pool overlooking the ocean. Our room was great, clean and with a mini-fridge, private bathroom, and warm shower for a really good price. And free coffee. The... More

Coming from Vieques, we just needed a place to stay before moving on exploring the rest of beautiful Puerto Rico. But one night at Bahia Del Paraiso soon turned into two, that turned into the best time I had during my 3 1/2 weeks on the island. All though it might seem like a small fishing village, Naguabo comes close... More

I stayed with a friend for one night at Bahia Del Paraiso on a cross Puerto Rico roadtrip in May 2013 - we had SUCH an amazing time here! My only regret is that we didn't plan to spend more time in Naguabo (it was a stopover on our way to Fajardo to catch the ferry to Vieques) and therefore... More

The people really matter in a hostel environment, and dawn and josue are fantastic. I stayed 2 nights at their sister b&b down the street (not enough beds short notice for our group of 3) but made fast friends with the girls who did sleep here (aka took our beds ;) ) Its a pretty new place and the front... The people simply share their apartment with you. I liked the location: you reach the rainforest and biobay within 30 minutes by car, 20 min to start Rute de Panoramico and nice beaches around Naguabo and the south east of Puerto Rico. Free coffee! I enjoyed my days...
