Thursday 17 June 16, My husband and I took a steady drive down to Coverack, where we were going to dinner at The Bay Hotel in the evening. We arrived at Coverack and parked our car in The Bay Hotel’s car park. My husband and I then went for a walk round the bay past all the posh houses and...

This is now our fifth visit to the wonderful Bay Hotel. We keep going back so that must mean something. Once again we were welcomed like old friends by Gina and Jane on reception. On our last trip there we had my cousin and his wife with us who had wanted to see if The Bay Hotel really was as...

We got an upgrade to a pleasant room, only moan the shower was a hand held trickle over the bath, to be fair we were told it was . The food was really cordon bleu quality, the staff and management efficient and friendly, and the fish straight off the boat.

We have stayed in many of the finest hotels in the country and I have to say The Bay Hotel matches the best of those just for the pure experience, and so it fully lived up to our expectations. Our room was beautifully appointed with lovely views over the bay. The food was excellent, served by staff who could't have...

If you want to visit an old Cornish fishing village where time as virtually stood still, try Coverack. The Bay Hotel is a good place to stay (although the Paris Hotel is a pub that would make a less expensive alternative. Food is excellent at both. There's a good beach, miles of walks along interesting cliff paths and plenty of...

Thank you for your review, Coverack is a truly special place, so peaceful and we agree that time doesn't' move too quickly here! It is host to some glorious walks across the headland with the coastal path at the foot of our drive. We hope to see you again soon, Best Wishes.

We booked a bit last minute and were pleasantly surprised when there were rooms available, we had decided on a bay view room but then upgraded to a Superior bay view room over the phone and was told its a double room with a king size bed, upon arriving we were giving the key by a very nice lady working...

We are so pleased that you found are breakfast and dinners to be 'first class' and that our staff are nice and smiley. We offered you a discounted upgrade to a Superior Bay View, so called because they offer unrivalled sea views across Coverack Bay- not because they all have Bay Windows (although 2 of them do). As is typical...

The experience we have had at the Bay is second to none! Excellent food, great service and fabulous location. I was on a painting course and my partner spending time locally for a few days, and we could not have chosen a better place to stay. Couldn't fault the food!

I took my severely disabled Mother to celebrate her 89th Birthday to the Bay. I was advised that the Wave Suite would best meet our needs, and what a wonderful room it proved to be. Worthy of particular note was the cleanliness in our room and throughout the Hotel. The food was absolutely superb and all the staff kind and...
