It took us longer to get to the meeting point due to getting on the wrong road but once we arrived at the meeting place Claire was extremely welcoming, we followed her up a long single track road to the villa, where she spent time explaining where we could find everything, what is around in the local area and what...

We hired the villa for two weeks for a family holiday bringing together my son and his family (and me) from Scotland and my daughter and her family from Vermont in the USA. This was a perfect choice for us. As a wheelchair user, the villa and the pool was completely accessible for me. There is a very user friendly...

Our family with two small children spent one week in this house. We would not describe it as a luxurious but nice house. Some small details were not told to us in advance, for example no Spanish TV channels were available and the garden seemed to be in an unfinished condition. Many restrictions were given that did not help our...

Again a lovely carefree holiday. Our fellow guests contributed to enjoyable first half of our 10 day stay, Julie and Sheelagh our hosts made sure we enjoyed the whole holiday as usual. Donkeys, cat and visiting dog added to the pleasure. . Beautiful views, sunsets and night skies. Food excellent. By the way the visiting dog is now going to...

Stayed here in early May and sadly the weather not on our side. However lovely location on a hill, probably a little cooler in the heat of the sun, but we needed the open fire on, and even the bedrooms has underfloor heating, so very cosy. Julie and Sheelagh were lovely and we were well looked after. Variable breakfasts each...

We stayed for 2 nights with some friends of ours, and had a really good time The location is stunning, looking out over olive groves. We eat both nights at the Casa and had probably the best meals of our entire holiday. Breakfast was also a real treat. The rooms are very good, all with wet rooms. Although it wasn't...

Thank you to Julie and Sheelagh....what a fabulous place. After Rob's weeks intensive guitar workshop nearby, we were going to move on, but felt that staying put and taking in the peace and tranquility of Brazos Abiertos was a better option, so stayed for another week! Listening to the Nightingale in the evening, (especially after one of Julie's delicious dinners),...

We went at Easter for 4 days this year- my third trip. I love the peace and beauty of Los Brazos; Sheelagh and Julie are the perfect hosts- nothing is too much trouble- attentive but not intrusive.I recommend it to anyone who wants to get away from the 'rat race' ; recharge your batteries and get a sense of perspective...

What a lovely, lovely place! Julie and Sheelagh are so kind and interesting and run Brazos Abiertos just perfectly. Our room (Spring) was great. Didn't spend much time in there though as the gardens, pool and patio areas kept us outside most of the time. Absolutely fantastic views from everywhere on the property, and just so peaceful and relaxing. The...
