The hotel is very nice, look wise also good and centrally located.Only drawback is that you will not get lunch after 2pm and dinner after 10 pm. Need to order atleat 1 hour before. Rooms are not very clean. toiletries not good. Good for bachelor accommodation.

I stumbled upon this property by chance and oh was I pleasantly surprised. Pay no heed to the horrid pictures, the place is just gorgeous. It sits in the middle of lovely gardens and far enough from the road that you'll hear birds sing rather than cars honk. It's a stylish 1950s building, all painted in white, with tons of...

Found this hotel accidentally. Had to go to Dehradoon with family to attend a marriage function in the peak summer. The venue was on EC road and had no clue where to stay for one night. On my way to check the location of the venue found this hotel. With almost no big expectations went inside to check the availability....

Set back from the main road, behind a mid size manicured lawn perfect for basking in the winter sun, Hotel Regent gives one an idea of how grand it must have been in its hey days. Sadly, those days are long gone and Hotel Regent is now a crumbling, mildly grungy and grumpy, nondescript shell of what could have been...

Regent Hotel in Dehra Dun is a good budget hotel especially for those who love to have a sprawling well manicured lawn, away from the hustle-bustle of the city with ample parking space. Its next to East Canal Rd and the service is good with moderate rates as you have a nice selection of rooms within Rs.2500 per day (Check...

“Take an AC room if you there in summer else any other non AC room too will do. Check on the geyser and toilet before finalising the room. I preferred a modest non AC with a seating facility on the corridor of the room and enjoying the morning cup of tea or evening tea there.”
