We stayed here with friends for the weekend. This is a real hidden gem full of character and the owner is very welcoming and friendly. She makes the best full English and nothing is too much trouble for her. The beds are really comfortable so what more would you want. The garden and view are just spectacular.

a wonderful 3 days stay at this converted barn set in the countryside. you need to cope driving down narrow single track roads to get there.but its worth the effort as setting is beautiful with wild flowers growing everywhere. Ginny our host was so friendly and a wonderful tasty breakfast was served. bedrooms on ground floor overlooking the garden. one of the nicest bed and breakfast we have stayed for a long time.

We stayed for three nights for a long weekend and were the only guests. Very comfortable room with direct entrance and a side door to the main house. Ginny is very friendly and hospitable - we had a great cream tea on arrival and three superb cooked breakfasts with cereal and fresh fruit, good coffee and OJ. Having lived in the area all her life, she has great recommendations and is lovely to chat to. Small touches like fresh milk for coffee are great. And it's a lovely house.

We've visited Boslinney Barn many times over the last few years, most recently was back in August with our family. As always we have an absolutely wonderful stay. We love staying here for many reasons; the accommodation is beautiful yet cosy, like a home from home. Ginny is the most welcoming and genuinely lovely host you could hope for. Nothing is too much trouble and she goes above and beyond to ensure you have an amazing stay. The location is idyllic, set in a beautiful location off the beaten track. It is a short drive or a 35/40 minute walk down in to mevagissey. We love the peacefulness and tranquility here and I'm sure it wont be very long before our next visit.

We stayed in a comfortable en suite room in the large attractive stone built house, impressively and tastefully renovated by the owners; skilled woodwork in evidence everywhere, plus attractive collection of local art - the house has great character (the photos are accurate!). Situation was ideal for us - quiet and secluded in the countryside, but with Heligan Gardens, Goran Haven and Mevagissy only minutes away by car, and the Eden Project a little further but easily accessible. Breakfast was excellent and ample (fruit selection impressive), gluten free no problem especially if you inform in advance. We also spent quite a bit of time in the spacious and attractive garden (with complimentary pots of tea...) Ginny is friendly and generous - also born and bred in the area and so has plenty of useful and interesting local knowledge. We certainly hope to return. A comfortable five stars; highly recommended.…

We visited for the 5th time and immediately felt at home. Ginny is a true gem and can't do. enough to help you. Lovely cream tea when you arrive, guest lounge, beautiful gardens, individual lovely bedrooms in a very special barn conversation. Breakfasts are cooked to order and Ginny chats to you while she is cooking breakfast. Being born and bred in Mevagissey, she can advise you on where to go, best places to eat and the best walks in the area. We think of Ginny and Dave as friends and feel completely relaxed as soon as we arrive. Can't wait to return again next year.

This is our 4th visit to Boslinney, and Ginny is the perfect host, again. Welcomed as long lost friends to this B&B gives starts the weekend as it should. Since our last visit we have recommended it to various friends, which I am always nervous about, but they have all said the same and thank us for finding this hideaway. Without a doubt we will be looking forward to going back.

My husband and I stayed for a whole week at the end of September, just after our eldest daughter's wedding. What a lovely, peaceful and relaxing week. Ginny did us proud with a gorgeous room, lovely location and a big breakfast that lasted us all day. This was our second visit and we hope to visit again and would highly recommend it to anyone. You do have to approach it down narrow country lanes but then Cornwall is full of such lanes.

We stayed here for two nights in May while friends camped nearby. Ginny is an amazing hostess. Great breakfast on a communal table. Rooms clean and quirky. Quite a trek down country lanes but worth it. Car essential. Thoroughly recommended:)

This is our 2nd visit to Boslinney Barn (I've also recommended it to my parents who have stayed on two separate occasions). If you're looking for a tranquil, picturesque escape, in beautiful countryside, look no further. The rooms are beautiful, breakfast is delicious, and Ginny is honestly one of the most genuinely lovely people I've ever met. You really feel like a member of the family and Ginny goes above and beyond to make your stay special. The attention to detail and level of care is something I have never experienced at any other b&b or hotel. (Also fantastic value for money!!) We stayed for 2 nights last week but I wish we could have stayed longer. I can't recommend it highly enough and am hoping it wont be too long until our next visit!
