Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I tried the scrub and Thai massage in 2 hours, their massage ingredients is natural and my skin was so soft and glowy after! They asked for my targeted massage area and they covered well of what I needed, I hope I could have the massage longer 😆. My massage therapists are Oo and Gigi.

This place could be amazing but falls short due to poorly thought out design. We had a pool villa and that gives you access to 2 huge pools which are much bigger and better than the main pool so definitely worth paying for. Beware that upper level rooms only have limited access points so you want a lower level one and stay clear of the lagoon view rooms as they don't have access to the best pools. The speed boat there was fun and takes 15-20 mins. They don't let you check in early without paying and strictly enforce the 3pm unlike almost every other hotel in Thailand. The greeting off the boat in the reception area was both chaotic and masses of duplication just taking up needless time. The food in the Italian restaurant is great if a little pricey and breakfast was good but not bountiful as many write and they ran out of things regularly. The beach is nice but small and so not really used. The free kayak is only for an hour and the area you can kayak in is tiny so that's pointless. The biggest issue is the room which you really need to be comfortable with your partner in as the doors to the shower and bathroom are see through and the mirror is placed in the main room so that whenever someone uses the shower or TOILET you can see everything from the bed and there is no way to block this out and so the pool access rooms are not suitable for friends or really most people!!! Who though bathrooms and toilets with see through doors was a good idea! Also, whenever it rains, and it does a lot in Phuket, the drains back up and your toilet stinks of raw sewage. The only saving grace for this resort is the staff who are so friendly and cannot do enough for you.

The staff are all very helpful & friendly. I had the best time on the island. The spa was excellent both Ms Oo, Day 1, Ms Anny Day 2 therapist gave me an excellent treatment! Love the experience at the Spa. Mr Tee, got me to sign up for the Loy Krathong dinner night & it was a memorable night with the performances & the highlight of lighting up the krathongs.

I had a great holiday here, this place has so much potential, but they need to put a little focus on staff training. Service is a little lacking. The guys are lovely and mean well, but they are just lacking hospitality skills. I was there for 10 nights, but after about 5 nights I realized the best way to get a drink was to simply go to the bar and ask for drinks rather than order. I asked for mayonnaise on Tuesday, it actually arrived on Thursday (I am not kidding). We went all-inclusive and this is the best way to go for sure, as I felt the drinks were expensive otherwise for Thailand. A relaxing holiday though, met some great people and would recommend this to friends. But make sure you take your own mayonnaise!! LOL

How to start to tell the story of our experience in coconut island. Lets go for the start, finding a cab at the airport to a pier in the middle of nowhere with no signals os informations that could help us or guide us to the island I mean if you paying 680€ to stay in a resort you expect someone to be waiting for you at least of to assist you! Not the case here. Dark and very dangerous spot when comes to safety! The boat are soaking wet and the luggage well don’t expect to be safe, one of my recording equipments were damaged due the heavy rain! You paying 200bths to get to the private island! Getting there is already a challenge the waves are straight into the boat you will get there like you just came out from a diving lesson. No safety equipments and if you have luck as we did the driver will change have to change the batteries! First day we ask for all inclusive which was in our pack on booking.com but for some reason it didn’t appear to us as an option anymore! They inform us that would be 100€ a DAY in a country where the minimum wage is around €200 euros. For who is traveling fist time to Thailand you may not notice the absurd on the overcharge here but let me explain! One water in Thailand is around 20cents in the hotel 2 of the same water is 7 euros If you whish to eat in the hotel it cames to the pice of almost 2000 baths! In Thailand not even a Michelin star restaurant is this price and the food is not good. Is nothing to do with Thai food. The structure is beautiful but not functional if you wish to have your luggage on the floor cuz is no wardrobe just a small space that believe me won’t fit even your sandals Not hangers for towels but you have a mini one for biquíni at the balcony Lets go to the five star teatment The spa is around 2000bths the same treatment which in the city is 400bths but there is a catch there you have to pay to leave the island! The island provide boat on breakfast time or evening around 18 o’clock to “force you” to stay if you which to leave any other time you pay around 400bths for the locals on the same boats I highlight on the top and if you go back after 23;00 you paying 1000 baths a 8 minutes boat ride 😂😂 A tux tuc will be on your own expenses as the hotel don’t whish you to leave but they do offer the golf card to bring you in the morning for breakfast! If you want to support the locals that few restaurants around that you can do by foot the seafood coconut is amazing but also overpriced not such as the reword and the quality of the food is superior. After our complain and try to cancel the rest os the days at the hotel we suddenly were offered the all include drinks only as a gesture which didn’t change the fact that everysingle step of our journey we were took advantage of . Boat trips costing 300bts somethimes 200baths sometimes 100bts. Last day we got a speedy boat and a car to the ferry to phi phi island which was around 700bts on the way the driver said we will do s stop for us to buy tickets! His friend was trying to charge us around 2000bts to a ferry trip that cost around 500bts a journey 😂 Thanks to the internet we were able to realize was a big scam of people trying to take advance again of the tourism. Breakfast is a mess, prepare yourself to Que for a cup of coffee as there is one or 2 machines when working available to the whole hotel! The plates are small as a side plate to make sure you mind your diet (so though full) there is no coconut water or fresh juice but sachê orange juices are available. The only good thing was the egg station the rest is standing there! Anyway don’t trust the staff and don’t stay on this hotel there is much more to see in Thailand that a construct resort that don’t support the local business and make you feel trapped all the time!

Amazing experience overall ! We stayed 2 nights and wished we would’ve stayed longer here. The room was spacious and beautiful. There’s not many people and everyone is distributed all around the hotel grounds, so the beach is quite empty all the time (which is great). The whole grounds are beautiful and the beach is amazing. Best breakfast ever ! It had so many options it was difficult to choose, and everything was delicious. And the best of all, was the staff, super nice and friendly always ! Very attentive and polite at all times ! Specially Nicky, he is such a nice guy, and took us several times to our room with the golf cart and gave us recommendations for Chiang Mai. I really hope I will be back to this amazing place one day ! I highly recommend it if you want a calm and luxurious time in the coast of Thailand.

We stayed two nights at Burasari Island Escape in November 2023. It's been a horrendous experience and I do NOT recommend staying here. - Getting to the hotel is a nightmare with the boat and once you are there you are trapped in like a prison as they only have boat 4 times a day. We spent most of the day waiting for the boat and it was very annoying. It's the same story with getting around the hotel and to the rooms. They have golf buggies that they transport you but you have to constantly wait 10+ minutes for them to pick you up. - The hotel is definitely not a 5 star quality. They don't even clean the rooms everyday. We had to use the same wet towel for 3 days. Staff have beginner level English (including reception staff) and it's been a big hassle trying to communicate with them. - There is no proper beach and the sea is full of rocks. We have seen quite a few people there with injured foot.
