Was really surprised to see very comfortable bed with clean room conditions in this part of the country. Breakfast was extremely good and due to many group tour visitors, need to give ample time to take the meals.

I haven't come across such amazing customer care in any hotel - and I must've traveled about 40 countries by now so I'm not saying this lightly. My wife and I stayed at this hotel over the mid-autumn festival weekend. Yading Yizhan and Holyland are associate hotels and across the street from each other. We do not speak any Mandarin...

The lift in the hotel is still not working after all these time. I was given a room on the 4th floor, and it's like the pain from TBBT show, where the tenants have to climb up 4 flights of stairs each day. The good part is, the room is comfortable and lives up to how the hotel wants to...

Last week our tour group stayed 2 nights in this comfy hotel which is suitably located near the Yading Nature Reserve. One setback faced by us is the absence of lifts. Imagine senior citizens having to lug along their baggage up to the fifth floor and panting away. Such effort should not be encouraged since visitors are not supposed to...

The roads in the city were all messed-up so it was dusty and the traffic was terrible. The hotel was an oasis of tranquility, the reception staff spoke very good English, the room was very clean and had all expected amenities (free wifi, hairdryer, good soap and shampoo, toothbrush and paste, etc.). Hot water at all times, good pressure, immaculate...

Very surprised to find this hotel in this small mountain village. Surprised to see how well-educated the staff is, and SURPRISED to have such an EXCELLENT BREAKFAST. The only negative note is that we believed we had read somewhere that they had a free shuttle to the entrance of Yading National Park, less than 2km up the road (we had...

We stayed a night here with a tour group. Bathroom had wooden planks laid across to prevent slip. How thoughtful! Like what others mentioned, there was no lift in hotel. There was a small township with supermart and restaurants. The whole place looked relatively new with many ongoing construction works. We loved the food in the restaurant, especially the Tibetan...

This hotel is actually in a small town called Riwa, and it's a 2 street town. Good location for visiting the Yading Nature Reserve. I stayed in Block B, which I assume is the newer block and has clean, modern and good sized rooms. I would recommend to stay here.
