We are frequent travelers and were amazed by the Claudio's family host! It's a family house, you stay in a huge vintage room with an amazing view of the valley and a big brand new toilet! B&B Il Glicine was a perfect stop. The quiet little town of Montefollonico contains friendly people and wonderful food (Ristorante 13 Gobbi -- superb!). After our son suggested we visit Montefollonico and eat at the Ristorante 13 Gobbi for the amazing cheese pasta we were lucky to find Claudio and his family for our accomodation. The room was spacious clean and a stunning view from the bedroom window. (no wonder it was used in the past as a military stronghold). Such a delightful family...

Montefollonico is one of the most charming little towns I have ever been too. When you stay at a Bed and Breakfast a lot has to do with the people that run it. So I would like to speak of Claudio and his family. They are simply wonderful. Caring, attentive, and quite talented... Claudio may even break out into singing...
