I have stayed here a couple of times as the B&Bs location is close to a venue that I use. The welcome from the host was genuine and professional and the facilities are similar to a higher end hotel but without the cost.

We only ate in the area once, at the local village pub "The Crown", where they are very accommodating to people with allergies, friendly and the home-made food is delicious. We walked, since it's very close to the B&B, but be aware that the footpath is interrupted here and there, so not always safe.
