We had the double room with separate bathroom and it was really excellent. The weather was not too good so only one dip in the pool which was only 20 deg. We would anticipate that in hot weather a dip when returning from sight-seeing would be sublime. Helen was an excellent hostess, however we like breakfast like the French and...

Arrived to a warm welcome from Helen & Stephen - after being shown to our room, Helen produced a pot of tea and cake. Just the right thing to help with winding down after a fairly long road trip. First impressions were of a well kept and very clean property with lovely spacious grounds and a superb swimming pool with...

Visited the Dordogne again early September and chose to stay again in Grolejac with Helen and Stephen. Great choice once more, the place is still immaculate, clean, great pool and superb breakfast and excellent friendly hosts. With Helen and Stephens local knowledge of the area we visited several different locations which were great and without there input would most likely...

What a peaceful and beautiful location, which is still very close to the two towns Sarlat and Gourdon. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our very friendly hosts. We very much enjoyed the pool with cups of tea in the pool area provided by Helen. Lots of very helpful advice on the surrounding area and places to eat out, which...

Right from the very start my wife and I were made very welcome by our friendly hosts Helen and Stephen Cragg. They couldn't have done anything more to have made our stay any more perfect than it was...The accommodation is located in a beautiful quiet tranquil position just off the Sarlat-la-Caneda to Gourdon road with it's own private swimming pool...

My husband and I recently stayed in the double room, which is bigger than it looks on the website. The bed we must say was exceptionally comfortable and the room had plenty of storage space along with a separate hall with coat stand, fridge, and a basic amount of bowls plates, knives, forks etc to make snacks. At a very...

We booked thIs accommodation having seen good reports on this site. Helen and Stephen were brilliant hosts and able to offer excellent advice of where, when and how to get to places of interest if required. The accommodation itself was superb, very clean, well maintained and served up a good breakfast to start the day. What a better way than...

Excellent base to discover the amazing sights around the Dordogne. Friendly and helpful owners, always on hand to give tips and recommendations. Lovely big pool and comfortable loungers. A fridge with drinks that you can help yourself to with an honesty book including wine for 3.5 euros! A really great place to stay.
