A peaceful and spacious site with ample parking. Helpful signage from the local lanes. Impressive building that has been well modernised and refurbished, with good sized bedrooms. Very comfortable bed. Although not a problem for me there is no lift to the upper floors and the corridors are lengthy and a little confusing for those with reduced mobility. There are...

First the good things. The staff are helpful and cheerful. The grounds are lovely with views down over the lawns to a lake amongst the trees. The recently refurbished public rooms are attractive and relaxing mainly in pastel blues. Comfortable chairs, interesting light fittings, and a reception not dominated by the usual huge counter are the order of the day....

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good size comfortable bedroom. Very good English breakfast which is self service . Evening meals were good but on the small side. Lovely grounds with sweeping lawns . We would certainly return.

We recently visited Bowden Hall to celebrate my Husbands 70 birthday, the hall itself is lovely and the grounds very nice there our positive experience ends. We were traveling south and had our little dog with us, we were asked to pay £15 pounds extra for the dog which is fine, after checking in we were directed to our room,...

Both myself and my partner stayed the night on the "summer in the cotswolds" deal for her birthday. We were welcomed by a professional and courteous receptionist who checked us in efficiently and gave us all the details we needed to know! Our room was huge and spacious and on the fourth floor with great views (I had researched prior...

Nice place to stay and very friendly staff. Absolutely no hassles whatsoever. If I was being picky I would maybe have preferred some smaller pillows as the ones provided were a bit large but it did not bother me enough to make me go and ask for alternatives.
