We arrived late at night, but were greeted with lovely clean rooms, a bottle of white wine and a cold bottle of water (the shops were closed at this time) The proprietors, Mateu and Caty were very kind, helpful and always on hand, something I feel is very important. The apartment was located by a lovely canal, and only three minutes away on foot from the local Spar supermarket. The beautiful beach and boardwalk were a few steps away from the Spar and there were lots of restaurants beach bars near for drinks and food. I can't end this without saying a huge 'Muchas Gracias' to Maria, who kept the apartment clean and provided clean towels and loo roll! All in all it was a fabulous, relaxing holiday and we will definitely return. Thank you x

Small and cozy apartments. Nice staff and very helpful. Short way to the store and the beach. The pool was nice and clean. We enjoyed the stay very much, and will probably come back some other time ☺️

As great as expected. The location is superb. Close to the beach, everything in walking distance. Excellent communication. Ideal for families with kids. Don’t go there if you like to party. We will definitely return.

Lovely apartment hotel. Not too many rooms. Less than 5 minutes walk from local shops, restaurants and the beach. Lovely sevice from reception staff and good room clean every other day. Will definitely return.

Excellent apartment for a family. My wife and daughters (8 and 10) came for a week. Very clean well furnished with all a family needs for self catering. The beach is a stone's throw and the apartment is also conveniently located for local bars restaurants and shows. Aldi is a 10 minute walk for shopping. The pool area is also nice and there are buckets and spades to borrow for the beach. Will definitely come again

Third time here. Always nice and clean, tidy and with everything you will need. Great apartments, close to the beach. Only downside was staff from neighbouring hotel smoking on their breaks opposite our balcony.

We're just back from a great stay at the Holiday Apartments, Santa Ponsa, Majorca. Clean apartments with fresh linen and bed changed every two days. Not a bug in site! Excellent daytime and evening entertainment by Carl. He is hilarious and great with kids. Valari and the reception staff are charming, not to mention the kind porters. Thomas, Annie and another lady on bar were so kind and speak English well. Mocktails €3 for kids with good bar food, pool table and arts and crafts. Sports on the big screen. The beach is a short walk and had beautiful views. Loads of restaurants and bars in the resort. They take really great care of you at the hotel, so helpful. We'd definitely stay there again.

Stayed here for 2 weeks and really had a great time, these are brilliant apartments. While the pool is small as there is only 20 apartments in total there is always plenty room around it and free sunbeds, but with the sea so close by it really doesn't matter too much. Mateu and Cathy are great hosts and will help you with any enquiries or try and sort any problems (had none to really mention) promptly. They are very modern, with well equipped kitchen part and nice bathroom. We had an upstairs room and nice balcony, lower rooms open onto the pool and would have equal advantages. Maria who cleans the rooms is excellent and so professional, they are cleaned every two days which is plenty. Would hope to stay here again, would advise people to consider these when looking at places to book.…

We booked this apartment as a last minute getaway and were so pleased we did. As everyone is saying it is so clean and well run. I went with my daughter and 14 year old grandson and it’s just so convenient for everything. There is a water park a short walk away and a lovely 20 min walk along the sea front to the marina. One tip that we didn’t think of is you need to take you’re own beach towels. We will defo be returning I hope.
