I had an excellent stay here early in September when hiking in the region. The staff were very friendly and the room was very comfortable and clean with a great little balcony to look out on the village and the mountains. It was a wonderful place to come back to after a long day up high. Unfortunately the restaurant was... More

My wife and I stayed at Le Dahu for 5 nights last week. Not a large hotel (except for its restaurant on the ground floor ) the bedrooms are on the first and second floors which are reached by a less than satisfactorily designed staircase. There is no lift and if you've got heavy luggage or mobility issues the stairs... More

The Hotel is a nice and very clean place to spend your holiday. The staff is very friendly and helpful if any advice is asked. The rooms are clean and cleaned every day. It is the perfect place to stay at when you go to Chamonix. The prices are not expensive (we made a booking 3 months before, I don't... More

Our group were made to feel very welcome on arrival here after a long hot walk. Although our room was average size it was very clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was small but again ideal with a great shower. Breakfast was very relaxed with a good range on offer including cereals cheeses and ham. Thank you

Le Dahu, until other classic hotels, is modern & gorgeous! The rooms are medium size with an ultra modern bathroom. The location is right in the middle of Argentiere. The hotel staff is extremely charming & helpful. And the breakfast buffet is over-the-top fantastic! You can't go wrong with this hotel.

We stayed over Christmas and while we didn't get a white Xmas - we couldn't be happier with every element of our stay at the hotel! We were warmly welcomed, provided with caring advice about things to do and see in the local area. The hotel is beautifully decorated which gave it a lovely atmosphere - much better than we... More

We stayed here over Christmas. There was not a lot of snow, however because of its position has a great view over the township and surrounding area. It is close to town and there is also a bus that is free to take you to town from a close by bus stop. Our room was cosy, bed comfy, clean, and... More

Charming B&B with fantastic location in the center of Argentiere - we stayed there 3 nights and skied all over the areas (just using the public buses). The room was a bit small but clean and great value for money (our bathroom was shared with another room but we got lucky as there was no one there at the time).... More

Was a bit wary when I booked as hotel only has 2 stars and I like my creature comforts. But very pleasantly surprised: 1) Very good location, literally yards from all the restaurants in this quiet village. A 7 minute walk to the main lifts, and absolutely ok if, as we did, you leave your skis in a locker near... More

The Dahu is a sweet hotel run by two charming ladies, Sophie and Véronique. From check-in to check-out they made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel is well situated for local restaurants and shops and is a fifteen minute walk from the base of the Grandes Montets lifts. Our rooms were a nice size, with comfortable beds, clean... More
